SAREM PP, PE AND PVC PIPE EXTRUDERS
Fully automatic complete lines of 16mm diameter up to 1000mm diameter pipes. Raw
material savings can be set to maximum level. We are producing machinery for the need
of standard pipe types to complex and non standard pipe production lines,
PE, PP
and PVC high-performance flat pipe, composite pipe production lines and corrugated
pipes with parallel double-screw extruders, single-screw extruders and co-extruders.
Continuous development of machine technology has enabled us to produce new SAREM
Extruders and these new technology extruders are all time consequence of developments in
screw and extruder technologies.
Sarem Makina reached the optimum hardness and highest life and
durability of the screws with using German certified gas nitrated steel
1.8550 (34CrAlNi7).
Sarem Makine extrudes use Zambello gearbox which is also used by
world’s leading brands. This gear box is directly coupled the system
to ensure of the cycle accuracy.
As a SAREM standart, we use AC motors rather than DC motors
and 40% utilization rate provides an extra energy saving. You do not
need any maintenance apart from a standard lubrication of bearings.
AC motors run at lower speeds thus ensured at the highest level of
energy savings and reduce noise pollution.
Sarem extruders are specially designed to achive maximum
performance, maximum efficiency and long life during the production
of PE, PP and PVC flat pipes or Corrugated pipes.

The secrew and Barrel of Sarem extruders are all equipped with precise
temperature control, thus the system is allows aperator to set different
raw materials and prevent variations in the products.
ABB brand motor driver is used as the reach the most appropriate level
of accuracy. In this way, the highest production capacity and efficiency
were obtained at lower costs.
The resistances with ceramic stones, imported from
Germany and
extended working life and minimized the power consumption.
In the control panel is powered international brands such as Siemens,
Telemekanik, Weidmüller, LG. We have achived longest working life
at our air conditioning according to different climate requirements and
designs.
Depending on customer demands, we provide systems with world
famous PLC controlled systems or manual systems.
