Trade is an Italian company which
represents a group of companies not
only operating in textile machinery
sectorbut also others as well.
It has always acted as a partner in search for integrated solutions
for setting up textile systems in spinning, weaving and finishing.
Started with business focusing to providing support for Turkish
market during its development phase, overseeing the search in
Europe and particularly, the Italian market for the technological
opportunities requested by its customers who felt the need to
boost the quality of their production in order to improve their
competitive edge. This created a solid support structure for the
installation of the systems sold, as well as the provision of staff
training, spare parts and after-sales service, all of which could
guarantee customers the value of their investment. Its scale as an
operator in the Turkish market led the company to embark on the
creation of an independent local production unit. This was achieved
in collaboration with an Italian manufacturer that initially formulated
the production methods and models repeated Italian process, as
well as overseeing personnel training.
Working in close contact with a rapidly expanding market, which
by then, had been obliged to improve its level of quality, offered
HAS Trade the opportunity to plan, carry out and test its own
solutions, based on past experience, which are now offered to the
worldwide market. In order to guarantee the agreed level of quality,
and in order to compete with the quality of the equipment
distributed until then, a separate production unit was established
for mechanical components.
The latter is fitted with first-rate equipments, both for processing
sheet metal using laser-cut systems and CNC machines with a
complete range of turning and milling machinery and machining
both large-sized and small parts using work centres.
In order to optimise both the variety and capacity of its production,
the mechanical construction company works in different sectors,
benefiting from the opportunity to broaden its experience and
improve the general quality of its production dedicated to textile
machinery. The existence of this complex reality led to collaborate
with European manufacturers who spotted the potential and
established collaborations resulting in the production of parts for
their systems. In particular, the group developed its own lines for
spreading plants produced and installed in different countries
worldwide. This experience led to the flat rameuse for traditional
textile finishing that is now marketed internationally by HAS Trade.
These new production facilities backed by the original support
structure for installation and after-sales service now represent an
expert and reliable partner for operators worldwide, since they can
guarantee the high quality of products distributed and an expert
and reliable after-sales organisation to protect the value of the
investments made. Together, the companies forming the Group
occupy three separate production units, covering 70.000 square
metres, having 18.000 square meters closed area.

Türk piyasas›nda üstlendi¤i hacim ba¤›ms›z bir yerel üretim birimi
oluflumu üzerine yönelmesine neden olmufltur. Bunu hem ‹talyan
prosesini tekrar eden hem de personel e¤itimini kapsayan üretim
yöntemleri ve modellerini formüle etti¤i bir ‹talyan üreticisi ile birlikte
baflarm›flt›r.
Kalite seviyesini yükseltmek zorunda olan ve h›zla geniflleyen bir
piyasa ile yak›n bir flekilde çal›flmak HAS Trade firmas›na geçmifl
deneyimlerine dayanarak flu anda dünya çap›nda sunulan kendi
çözümlerini planlamak, yürütmek ve test etmek için bir imkan

çelik plakalar› iflleme ve çal›flma merkezleri kullan›larak hem büyük
çapl› hem de küçük parçalar› ifllemek için birinci kalite ekipmanlarla
donat›lm›flt›r.
Üretim kapasitesini ve çeflitlili¤ini optimize etmek için bu mekanik
konstrüksiyon firmas› farkl› sektörlerde çal›flarak deneyimlerini
geniflletme ve tekstil makinelerine adanan üretiminin genel kalitesini
yükseltme f›rsat›n› yakalamaktad›r. Bu kompleks realitenin varl›¤›
potansiyeli fark eden ve sistemleri için parçalar›n üretimine neden
olan iflbirlikleri kuran Avrupal› üreticiler ile ortak çal›flmalara imkan

Raising Machine which is produced by Has has been developed
a result of the experiments and experiences gained during the
production of textile finishing machines. Furthermore, it ensures
absolute customer satisfaction.
Control panel has been designed in a special manner in order to
ensure ease of use for operators; it comprises two different parts.
The first part is a huge liquid crystal display unit by which the
programs are made and motions are monitored as graphics,
whereas the second part, the serigraphic part, consists of the
buttons that control all of the functions.
Each drum comprises 20-24-28 rollers whose lengths vary
according to the working width, and has a speed control that can
be changed independently. Additionally, thanks to the drums
whose directions of rotation can be changed, the same side is
raised for twice and the front and back sides are raised for once
before the fabric comes out of the machine. The speed of the pile
and counter pile rollers is adjustable. No damage occur on the
fabric thanks to the pneumatic stretching applied to the belts.
When the fabric speed and drum cycles change during the
operation and stop time of the machine, raising effect is
automatically kept constant.
It is possible to zero the raising effect just by one button at the
time of fabric transfer and to restore it by pushing the same button
once more. Moreover, it is possible to control all drag rollers which
are placed on the machine, thus make them move in the desired
direction. Additionally, it is possible to run the drum and drag
rollers just by one button although the rollers are inert. Thanks to
this specification, it is very easy to supply the machine with the
first fabric or to transfer any damage.
The synchronization of the drag rollers between two drums and
accordingly the fabric speed is ensured by a dancing roller.
The piles accumulated on the cylinders are easily removed by the
wire brushes located on both drums.
The synchronization of the drum and the wire brushes is controlled
by "brush synchronization unit" and "plc". In the event that the
synchronization is disrupted, the machine automatically comes to
a stop. Each drum has an individual suction places. These ways
are interconnected by a single output and attached to the suction
unit with four scales which is assembled to the back of the machine.
The stretch of the treated fabric is adjusted by a dancing roller by
the medium of a swing assembly.
Finally, the fabric comes out of the machine either in a folded
manner into a conveyor or in a rolled up manner into the frame roll
up unit. When it is folded, the length is adjustable. All fabric drawing
rollers which are located in the input and output areas of the swing
assembly can operate independently in desired direction although
the machine is inert.

büyük bir likit kristal ekran, ikinci k›s›m tüm fonksiyonlara kumanda
eden dü¤melerin bulundu¤u serigrafik bölümdür.
Her bir tambur, uzunlu¤u çal›flma enine ba¤l› olarak de¤iflen 2024-28 adet silindirden oluflmufl olup, birbirlerinden ba¤›ms›z olarak
de¤ifltirilebilen h›z kontrolüne sahiptir.
Ayr›ca dönüfl yönleri de¤ifltirilebilen tamburlar sayesinde kumafl
makinadan ç›kmadan ayn› yüzü iki defa , ön ve arkas› birer defa
flardonlan›r. Koparma ve tarama silindirlerinin h›zlar› ayarlanabilir
olup, kay›fllara uygulanan pnömatik gergi sayesinde de kumaflta
k›r›lma ortadan kald›r›l›r. Makinan›n çal›flma ve durma zamanlar›nda
kumafl h›z› ve tambur devirleri de¤iflti¤inde flardon efekti otomatik
olarak sabit tutulur.
Kumafl geçifl an›nda flardon efektini tek bir dü¤me ile s›f›rlamak,
ayn› dü¤meye tekrar basarak eski haline getirmek mümkündür.
Makina üzerinde bulunan tüm çekim silindirlerine istenilen dönüfl
yönüne göre kumanda etmek mümkündür. Ayr›ca tek bir dü¤me
ile silindirler durur vaziyette, tambur ve çekim silindirleri çal›flt›r›labilir.
Bu özellik sayesinde makinaya ilk kumafl vermek veya herhangi
bir y›rt›k yer geçirmek çok kolay olur.
‹ki tambur aras›ndaki çekim silindirlerinin buna ba¤l› olarak da
kumafl h›z›n›n senkronizasyonu bir balerin silindiri taraf›ndan
sa¤lanmaktad›r.
Her iki tamburda bulunan temizleme telleri sayesinde kozalak
üzerinde biriken tüyler kolayca al›n›r.
Tambur ve temizleme telleri aras›ndaki senkronizasyon , brush
synchronisation unit ile plc taraf›ndan kontrol edilir. Senkronun
bozulmas› halinde makine otomatik olarak stop eder. Her bir tambur
için emifl hazneleri ayr› olup, tek bir ç›k›flla birlefltirilip makinan›n
arka taraf›na monte edilen dört kefeli emifl ünitesine ba¤lan›r. ‹fllem
gören kumafl sallama tertibat› vas›tas›yla gerginli¤i bir balerin
taraf›ndan ayarlan›p, iste¤e ba¤l› olarak araba içine boyu ayarlanabilir
katlama veya dog silindirine sarma fleklinde makinadan ç›kar.
Sallama giriflinde ve ç›k›fl›nda bulunan tüm kumafl çekim silindirleri
makine dururken de birbirinden ba¤›ms›z olarak istenilen yöne
do¤ru çal›flma özelli¤ine sahiptir.
