In the beginning milling works were the main business focus, whereby later on lathes, gear workbenches and CNC workbenches were included into our production programme. We as three brothers worked as shaper, turner and welder in that period. On the one hand we produced machine parts for big size companies in several sectors on subcontracting basis; on the other hand we developed and manufactured special machines for the different sectors as yarn, metal processing and laboratory fields. Afterwards we chose the medical and packaging industry for machine and hardware production. For the medical industry, we started manufacturing lead shielded radiation barrier automatic doors with the weight of 4-5 tones installed mainly in the oncology department, radiotherapy rooms of the hospitals. We installed the lead shielded radiation barrier automatic doors thanks to our quality design and service in many reputable hospitals domestically and internationally. Our works continue to contribute to this sector with new products. In the Packaging industry we were initially manufacturing precision mold components and moulds, following this we decided to manufacture machines producing plastic thermoform packaging & caps and we started to manufacture machines with our own design. In the beginning our sales were focused in the Turkish market. There are many large firms as our customers with enormous confidence to our company with which our relation was strengthened in the course of years thanks to our high level quality and service. Our new design works in the packaging sector continue to cover the requirements of the market. YENIYURT MAKINA is a machine manufacturing company designing its own models in pc using latest technology software without copying, organizing production and procurement chain and providing sales and services. Original designs are based on the great importance we give to the R&D department and permanent support. The main objective of our company by having established the organization from R&D to sales and service is customer satisfaction. The secret of having continuous and consistent customer satisfaction is standard production and the importance we give to service as every other good company. Standard production enables storing spare parts; importance given to service prevents disruption of production for the customers. Our company’s aim to obtain is to continue serving the related markets with new products without losing the excitement ever thanks to our experienced R&D department and following the latest technologies in the world. This excitement is fed by the target to be mentioned as one of the companies contributing to the world technology and to obtain a reputable place. YENIYURT MAKİNA 1981 yılında küçük bir atölye olarak Babamız ENVER YENİYURT tarafından kuruldu. Başlangıçta fason freze işleri yapılırken, daha sonra torna tezgâhları, dişli tezgâhları ve CNC tezgâhlarını bünyemize kattık. Biz üç kardeı de o dönemde frezeci, tornacı ve kaynakçı olarak çalıştık. Bir yandan değişik sektörlerdeki büyük firmalara fason makine parçaları yaparken bir yandan da iplik, metal işleme, laboratuar sektörleri gibi değişik sektörlere özel makineler yaptık. Daha sonra makine ve donanım üretiminde tıp sektörü ve ambalaj sektörünü çalışma alanlarımız olarak seçtik. Tıp sektörüne yönelik öncelikle hastanelerin onkoloji departmanına, ışın tedavi odalarına, 4-5 ton ağırlığını bulan kurşun korumalı radyasyon bariyerli otomatik kapı imalatına başladık. Yaptığımız kaliteli tasarım ve hizmetten dolayı yurt içinde ve yurt dışında birçok kaliteli hizmet veren hastanelerde kapılarımız kullanılmaktadır. Bu sektöre yeni ürünler kazandırmak için çalışmalarımız devam etmektedir. Ambalaj sektöründe, başlangıçta firmaların yurt dışından getirttikleri hassas kalıp parçalarını ve kalıplarını imal ediyorduk, daha sonra plastik termoform ambalaj ve kap üreten makine yapmaya karar verdik ve kendi tasarımımız olan makineler üretmeye başladık. Öncelikle Türkiye’de satışlar gerçekleştirdik. Satış yaptığımız firmaların arasında zaman içinde, bize duydukları güvenden dolayı çok sayıda büyük firma da vardır. Ambalaj sektörüne yönelik piyasanın ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda yeni tasarımlarımız devam etmektedir. YENİYURT MAKİNA bilgisayar ortamını kullanarak kopya olmayan kendi ürünlerinin tasarımını yapan, üretim ve tedarik organizasyonunu gerçekleştiren, satış ve servis hizmetleri veren bir makine firmasıdır. Özgün tasarımların yapılabilmesi firmamızın Ar-Ge ye verdiği önem ve duyduğu sevgiden kaynaklanmaktadır. These machines are designed for the production technique with the optimum cost mould system. The maximum production capacity is 75 tones per month. Forming Station Formlama İstasyonu Cutting Technique Kesme Tekniği YM 6545 serisi makinalar, tasarımı Yeniyurt Makina tarafından yapılmış, tek kullanımlık plastik kase, tabak, kapak, kendinden kapaklıkaplar, sebze-meyve kapları gibi ürünleri üretebilen termoform makineleridir. Bu makinalarda kalıp maliyeti en düşük olan üretim tekniği kullanılmaktadır. Maksimum üretim kapasiteleri aylık 75 ton dur. Forming is accomplished with pressure air up to 6 bar and vacuum. Formlama 6 bar’a kadar ayarlı basınçlı hava ve vakum ile yapılmaktadır. Cutting process is accomplished with blades. The blind – not cutting locations of the blades in the cutting station enable transportation of the products easily to the stacking station. The ejectors in the stacking station stack the products by breaking those uncut parts from the products. Kesmede matbaa bıçağı kullanılır. Kesili ürünlerin dizme istasyonuna taşınabilmesi için bıçağın belirli yerlerine çentik açılıp dizme istasyonunda kopabilen küçük bağlantılar oluşturulur. This feature greatly reduces packaging workmanship. The blade mould system is a optimum cost system. This feature enables minimum cost for the short run production and increased diversity of products. It has interface for variety of languages. Usage is extremely simple and practical. These Series have 2x bigger Forming Area in comparison with YM 6545 and is 1.5 times faster. The machines are designed for production technique with optimum cost mould system. The maximum production capacity is 250350 tones per month. The machine can process components made of PP, PS, PVC, PET and equivalent materials. Forming Area is 725x 725 mm – Forming Depth is 120 mm. The operation cycle is depending on product and material. The maximum cycle is 40 cycles/min. One of the main features of the machine is stacking the products with predefined count upwards. This feature greatly reduces the workmanship cost. Tasarımı YENİYURT Makina tarafından yapılmış, tek kullanımlık plastik tabak, viol gibi sığ ürünleri üretebilen bir Termoform Makinasıdır. PP, PS, PVC, PET gibi çeşitli malzemeler çalışılabilir. Şekilleme alanı 725x 725 mm, şekilleme derinliği 120 mm’dir. Çalışma devri ürüne ve malzemeye göre değişir. Maksimum devir 40 dev./dak.’dır. Önemli özelliklerinin başında ürünleri üst üste dizilmiş olarak sayılı verebilmesi gelmektedir. Bu özellik ürün paketlemede işçilik maliyetini oldukça düşürmektedir.
