Cadre réglementaire du travail en hauteur :
La chute de hauteur constitue la seconde cause d’accidents
mortels après ceux de la circulation. Ce risque de chute,
caractérisé par un taux de gravité élevé, est présent lors de
travaux en hauteur ou travaux à proximité de dénivellation.
De nouvelles règles concernant les équipements de travail
mis à disposition et utilisés pour les travaux en hauteur ont
été introduites dans le Code du Travail, assurant ainsi la
transposition de la directive européenne 2001/45/CE du
27 juin 2001 et du Décret 2004-924 qui concernent les
prescriptions minimales de sécurité et de santé pour l’utilisation de ces équipements.
Les nouvelles dispositions, de portée générales, s’appliquent à tous les établissements soumis au Code du travail
et visent les salariés de ces établissements ainsi que les travailleurs indépendants et les employeurs exerçant directement une activité sur un chantier. La prévention des chutes
de hauteur doit donc se faire le plus en amont possible et
en privilégiant toujours la protection collective (garde-corps,
échelles, nacelles…) et une évaluation préalable du risque.
Regulation standards of work at height:
Fall from height stands for the 2d fatal accident causes,
right after car crashes. This risk of fall, characterized by
a high seriousness rate, is existing while working at
height or close to high difference in level.
New laws concerning protective equipments at user’s
disposal and used to carry out work at height have
entered into force in the Labour Law regulation, allowing the adaptation of the European Directive
2001/45/CE dated from 27 june 2006 and the Decree
2004-924 which deals with the minimum safety and
health working limitations for the use of these protective equipments.
These new general law aspects apply for all companies
submitted to the Labour Law regulation and target
each of the employees, as well as independant workers
and employers standing in working onsite. Protection
against fall from heights must be taken prior to exercising the activity and must always emphasize first the
collective safety with a previous risk examination.

Yüksekten düşme trafik kazalarından sonra 2. ölümcül kaza
nedenidir. Yüksek ciddiyet oranıyla bilinen bu düşme riski
yüksekte veya az veya çok farklı bir seviyede çalışırken vuku
bulmaktadır. Kullanıcıların koruyucu ekipmanına ve yüksekte
çalışırken kullanılan ekipmanlara yönelik yeni yasalar İş Kanunu
tüzüğü kapsamında yürürlüğe girmiştir ve bu tür koruyucu
ekipmanların kullanımına ilişkin minimum güvenlik ve sağlıklı
çalışma sınırlamalarıyla ilgili olarak 27 Haziran 2006 tarihli
2001/45/CE Avrupa Direktifi ve 2004-924 Hükmü
adaptasyonunu mümkün kılmaktadır.
Bu yeni genel yasal düzenlemeler İş Kanunu tüzüğüne tabi
olan tüm şirketler için geçerlidir ve çalışma alanında işini
sürdüren her bir çalışanı ve bağımsız çalışanları ve işverenleri
hedefler. Yüksekten düşmeye karşı koruma faaliyetin
uygulanmasından daha öncelikli olarak değerlendirilmelidir ve
öncesinde yapılacak bir risk incelemesiyle daima genel
güvenliğe öncelik vermelidir.
La protection individuelle :
Le recours à la protection individuelle doit être limité à des
interventions qui ne permettent pas la mise en œuvre de protections collectives. Seules les personnes ayant été formées
sont habilitées à utiliser ces équipements.
La protection individuelle contre les chutes de hauteur présente la particularité de nécessiter trois composants indissociables sans lesquels la protection serait inopérante et illusoire:
- le système d’ancrage
- la liaison antichute
- la préhension du corps
Les deux derniers composants sont couverts par la directive
européenne 89/686/CE traitant des EPI. Pour être mis sur le
marché, ces produits doivent faire l’objet d’un marquage CE
délivré par un organisme notifié. Le système d’ancrage, lui, est
défini dans la norme européenne EN795.
Individual protection :
The use of individual safety must be restricted to interventions
which do not allow any collective safety means to be taken.
Only people having attended training are authorised to use
these Personal Protective equipments.
Individual protection against fall from height arises the distinctive feature to gather three indissociable factors without
which the protection would be totally unefficient and useless:
- Anchorage point
- Fall arrester connection
- Body prehensility
The last two factors are part of the European Directive 89/686/CE
dealing with Personal Protective Equipment. To be launched on
the market, the CE marks showing that the product meet the
requirement of the PPE directive must be notified. The anchorage point is defined into the European standard EN 795.

EN 353-2 : Spécifie les équipements de protection individuelle contre les chutes de hauteur. La partie 2 spécifie les
antichutes mobiles sur support d’assurage flexible. Dispositif
qui possèdent une fonction de blocage automatique et un système de guidage se déplaçant le long d’un support et accompagnant l’opérateur sans intervention manuelle.
EN 354 : Spécifie les équipements de protection individuelle. Dispositif de connexion ou composant d’un système
d’arrêt de chute-longes. Détermine la résistance statique, la
performance dynamique, le design et l’ergonomie.
EN 355: Spécifie les équipements de protection individuelle contre les chutes de hauteur- absorbeur d’énergie.
Dispositif qui amortit l’arrêt d’une chute de hauteur en toute
sécurité lorsque la chute libre est supérieure à 1 m. Dans notre

EN 358: Spécifie les équipements individuels de maintien
au travail et de prévention contre les chutes de hauteur- système de maintien au travail. Les ceintures de maintien doivent
être utilisées en tant que complément d’un système de maintien au travail à cordes ajustables.
EN 360: Spécifie les équipements de protection individuelle contre les chutes de hauteur - antichute à rappel automatique. Dispositif qui possèdent une fonction de blocage
automatique et un système de rappel de la longe rétractable.
EN 361: Spécifie les équipements de protection individuelle contre les chutes de hauteur - harnais antichute.
Dispositif de préhension du corps destiné à répartir le choc
pendant la chute pour en limiter les conséquences et à maintenir l’utilisateur après celle-ci.
EN 362: Spécifie les équipements de protection individuelle contre les chutes de hauteur- connecteurs. Dispositif
de connexion ou composant d’un système avec différentes
caractéristiques: type de fermeture (verrouillage manuel ou
automatique), type d’ouverture (par deux actions).
EN 397 : Spécifie les exigences physiques et de performances, les méthodes d’essais et les exigences de marquages
des casques de protection pour l’industrie. Ces casques protègent contre les chutes d’objet.
EN 795 : Cette norme européenne définit plusieurs
classes en fonction de leur caractéristiques. Dans ce catalogue,
vous est présentée la norme EN 795: 1996 classe B correspondant aux ancrages provisoires transportable; trépied, ligne de
vie et sangle d’ancrage.
EN 813: Doit s’utiliser en combinaison avec la norme
EN358 et/ou EN 361 afin de constituer un équipement de protection individuelle pour le maintien au travail et pour la prévention contre les chutes de hauteur - ceintures à cuissardes.

Ekipmanını tanımlar. 2. kısmı sabit ankraj üzerinde kılavuz tip

EN 354 : Yüksekten düşmeye karşı Kişisel Koruma
Ekipmanını tanımlar. Cihazın veya düşme önleyici sistemin –
ipin bağlanması. Statik güç, dinamik güç tasarımı ve ergonomisini belirten normlar.
EN 355: Düşme önleyici enerji emici olarak kullanılmayan
ve tamamlayıcı olarak kullanılan Kişisel Koruyucu Ekipmanları
tanımlar. En az 1 metre yükseklikten düşüşü güvenli bir şekilde
absorbe eden cihazlar. Tekstil yırtılma sistemine tabi enerji
emiciler katalogumuzda mevcuttur.
EN 358: Bireysel İş Konumlandırma Ekipmanını ve düşme
önleyici tertibatı – iş konumlandırma sistemini tanımlar. İş
konumlandırma kemeri ayarlanabilir kablolarla iş konumlandırmanın bir parçası olarak kullanılmalıdır.
EN 360 : Yüksekten düşmeye karşı Kişisel Koruma
Ekipmanını – kendinden sarılan düşme önleyici tertibatı
tanımlar. Kendinden kitleme sistemi ve geri sarma sistemi
bulunan cihazlar.
EN 361: Yüksekten düşmeye karşı Koruyucu Ekipman olarak kayış takımlarını tanımlar. Düşme darbe etkisini yayan ve
sonuçlarını azaltan vücut kavrayıcı cihazlar.
EN 362: Yüksekten düşmelere karşı Kişisel Koruyucu
Ekipman olarak konektörleri tanımlar. Farklı özelliklerde
bağlama cihazı veya sistem bileşeni: kapama sistemi (dönme
veya vidalı kilit) ve açma sistemi (kullanıcının kontrolünde olan
iki aşama).
EN 397 : Endüstriyel güvenlik başlıklarına ilişkin fiziksel ve
performans gerekliliklerini, test yöntemlerini ve işaretleme
yükümlülüklerini tanımlar. Bu başlıklar düşen nesnelere karşı
koruma sağlar.
EN 795 : Avrupa standardı özelliklerine göre farklı sınıfları

EN 397 : Specifies the physical and performance requirements, the testing methods and marking obligations concerning safety helmet for industry. These helmets protect against
falling objects.
EN 795 : This European standard specifies different classes
depending on the characteristics. In this catalogue, is only displayed the EN 795:1996 class B concerning temporary and
moving anchorage point: tripod, anchorage line and anchorage
lanyard.
EN 813: This standard has to be combined with EN 358
and /or EN 361 so as to make up a full Personal Protective
Equipment for the Work Positioning and for the protection of
fall from height - Thigh harness with work positioning belt
Ground clearance defintion: Necessary distance between the ground
and the anchorage point in order to provide maximum safety to the
user.

ürünün KKD (kişisel koruyucu donanım) direktifi şartlarına
uygun olduğunu gösteren CE işaretleri bildirilmelidir. Ankraj
noktası EN 795 Avrupa standardında tanımlanmıştır.
Yerden yükseklik tanımı: Kullanıcıya maksimum güvenlik sağlamak
için zemin ile ankraj noktası arasında bulunması gereken uzaklık.
