RIXOS SOCHI
Sochi Rixos Otel projesi 2014 kış olimpiyatlarına da ev sahipliği yapan Krasnaya
Polyana’da bulunan bir Rixos projesidir. Her detayında lüks ve konforun ön planda
tutulduğu proje, Sochi Havalimanı’na 40 dakika mesafede, 114 oda ve süitten oluşan
seçkin bir tesis. Projenin SPA alanı 10.000 m2’lik bir alana yayılmış halde.
Sochi Rixos Otel project is a Rixos Project, located in Krasnaya Polyana which host
2014 Winter Olympics. The project which is held by prioritizing luxury and comfort in
every detail, is 40 minutes from the Sochi International Airport and formed with 114
rooms and suites in elite facility. SPA area of the project covers an area of 10,000 m2.
RIXOS SOCHI
Proje büyüklüğünün yanı sıra teslim tarihinin çok kısa olması ile de zorlu bir çalışma gerekiyordu. Rixos’un Seva’yı tercih
etmesindeki en önemli etken projelerimizdeki teslim sürelerimizle ilgili hassasiyetimizdi. Proje’nin Spa alanı için çok kısa
bir süresinin olması, buna karşın özellikle altyapı çalışmaları ile ilgili gerek duyulan yüksek nitelikli mühendislik çözümlerinin
vakit alacak olması gibi çözümlenmesi gereken bir sorunlar söz konusuydu. Bu noktada devreye girerek Eylül ayında teslim
aldığımız Spa alanını Aralık ayı başı gibi rekor bir sürede teslim ettik. Bu süre içinde altyapı çalışmaları, rus saunaları,
saunalar, buhar odaları, şok havuzları, kar çeşmelerinin yanı sıra 250 m2’lik kapalı yüzme havuzu, jakuziler, şadırvan ve
şelaleler proje içerisinde yer aldı. Otelin lojistik olarak zorlayıcı bir bölgede yer alması, çetin kış koşulları etkili ve programlı
bir çalışma sürecini zorunlu kıldı. Özellikle günün belirli saatlerinde çalışan ve tek ulaşım olan teleferik sistemi, üretimde
kullandığımız bileşenlerin yerleşim sıralamasına göre belirli bir ulaşım planına sadık kalarak yukarıya taşınmasını gerektirdi.
Bu sorunu eğitimli ve yetenekli ekibimizle iş akışlarını her aşamada paylaşarak ve projede bulunduğumuz noktayı sürekli
geri bildirim sağlayarak aştık. Bu çalışma disiplini daha uygun iklim ve ulaşım imkanları bulunan projelerde işimize yaradığı
gibi, şartların çetin olduğu Soçi Rixos projesinde de değerini ispatladı.
Besides the large size of the project short delivery date supposed a challenging work. The factor of choice of Rixos to
choose Seva is our sensitivity about the delivery time. Having short time for the Spa area in project, however engineering
solutions taking time especially about the infrastructure works should be solved. We have cut-in point and delivered the
area first days of the December which we received at September as a record-breaking time. Meanwhile the infrastructure
workings, Russian saunas, saunas, steam rooms, shock pools, snow fountains, 250 m2 swimming pool, jacuzzis, fountains
and waterfalls are taken part in project. Being a challenging zone of Hotel’s location, hard winter conditions necessitated
us to work us effective and programmatic. The cable car system which is especially at a certain times in a day required us
to take the equipment upwards in a specific transportation plan.
We have solved this problem with our educated and skilled team by sharing our workflows in each stage of the project by
continuously feedback. This working discipline measured up us in Sochi Rixos projects as well as the other projects with
proper climate and transportation facilities.

HILTON BOMONTİ / İSTANBUL
Hilton’un Avrupa’daki en büyük Spa bölümüne sahip otelidir. Bu seçkin projede yeralan açık
ve kapalı havuzlar, hidromasaj havuzları, sauna ve buhar odalarının yanısıra özel nitelikli su
perdeleri de Seva imzası taşımaktadır. Mimari proje ile tam bir uyum içerisinde gerçekleşen
çalışmamız bizi başka seçkin projelere taşımıştır.
Bomonti Hilton has the largest Spa area in Europe among other Hilton’s. In this exclusive project
the indoor and outdoor pools, hydromassage pools, sauna, steam room as well as the water
curtains bear the signature of Seva. Our perfect match with the architectural project has taken us
to another outstanding projects.
FOUR SEASONS BAKÜ
Seçkin bir mimariye sahip Four Seasons’da özel bir çalışma gerçekleştirdik. Projeye özel
paslanmaz masaj ekipmanları ile donatılmış Vitality pool ve yüzme havuzları başka
hiçbiryerde denenmemiş üniteler. Bu ünitelerde kullanılan özel nitelikli fiberoptik
aydınlatma ise projeye değer katıyor.
We have performed a special endeavor for Four Seasons project which has an exclusive
architecture. Vitality pool which is rigged with special stainless steel massage equipment,
swimming pools and the untested units that are used anywhere before. In this units the special
quality fiber optic lighting enriches the project.
RIXOS BORJOMI
Gürcistan’ın maden suyu ile tanınmış önemli bir şehri olan Borjomi’nin en seçkin oteli olan
Rixos Borjomi’de havuzlar, hidromasaj havuzları, sauna, buhar odası ve hamamın yanısıra
birçok ünite ve özel nitelikli izolasyon sistemleri Seva imzası taşımaktadır.
Rixos Borjomi, which is located in an important city of Georgia; called Borjomi and also
well-known by the carbonated mineral water; bearing the signature of Seva with its swimming
pools, hydromassage pools, sauna, steam room and hammams as well many units and
specialised insulation systems.
RADISSON BLU BATUM
Radisson Blu oteli Batum’da kazandığımız başarı ve aldığımız övgülerin sonucu olarak Seva
tarafından gerçekleştirilen 5 yıldızlı bir şehir otelidir.. Sınırlı bir alan içerisinde ürettiğimiz
çözümler otel SPA’sının kullanışlı ve çekici bir tasarıma sahip olmasını mümkün kıldı.
Radisson Blu is a 5-star city hotel realised by Seva as a result of our success that we gained and
the praise that we received. The solutions in hotel’ s Spa in a limited area has resulted in an
attractive design for itself.
SHERATON BATUM
Batum’un ilk seçkin otellerinden biri olan Batum Sheraton’da olimpik havuz, kapalı havuzlar,
hidromasaj havuzları, kral dairesi teraslarında yer alan hidromasaj havuzları, saunalar, buhar
odaları, su perdeleri ve şok havuzları gibi birçok ünite Seva imzası taşımaktadır.
Batumi Sheraton hotel which is the first one of the elite hotels, bears signature of Seva in Olympic
pool, indoor pools, hydromassage pools, hydromassage pools of the king’s suites, saunas, steam
rooms, the water curtains and the shock pools.
42 MASLAK İSTANBUL
İstanbul’ un en işlek bölümlerinden biri olan Maslak Oto Sanayi bölgesinde yer alan büyük
bir proje 42 Maslak. Projenin sıra dışılığı bize aynı sıra dışılıkta bir havuz sistemi kurmak
yönünde ilham verdi. 25. katta yer alan havuz içerisinde yer alan hidromasaj havuzları,
ambiyansı ve misafirlerini bir anda başka bir mekana taşıyabilen görselliği ile beğeni
topluyor. Misafirlerine kuş bakışı bir hidromasaj havuzu keyfi sağlayabilen havuz Seva’ nın
detay çözmedeki becerisini gösteriyor.
42 Maslak is a grand Project located in Maslak Auto Industry Site, one of the most busiest regions
in Istanbul. Extraordinariness of Project inspired us to built swimming pool system in the same
extraordinariness. It wins recognition with hydromassage pools, ambiance and visuality with
moving guests towards to another place at 25th floor. It shows the ability of Seva to solve details
by providing bird’s eye-view hydromassage pools.
