1. Qu'est-ce que Metafil CX?
Metafil CX est une résine composite photopolymérisable contenant une charge
organique unique qui réagit chimiquement avec la matrice polymère. Cette
caractéristique donne à la restauration finale une plus grande résistance à l'usure.
Etant réellement thixotropique et ne collant pas aux instruments, Metafil CX est trés
facile à insérer même dans les cavités difficiles d'accès. Les teintes sont adaptées
avec précision au teintier VITA permettant une sélection de la teinte facile et fiable.
Un polissage rapide donne des résultats esthétiques remarquables de naturel. La
charge inorganique est de 27.0 vol% avec une gamme de tailles de particules de
0.02 à 0.04 μm. Metafil CX contient UDMA et TEGDMA.

1. What is Metafil CX?
Metafil CX is a visible light cure, tooth shade composite resin using a unique
organic filler which is reactive with the polymer matrix. This feature gives the
finished restoration greater resilience and wear resistance. Because of good flow
characteristics and minimal stickiness, Metafil CX is easy to place even in the most
difficult situations. Shades are precisely matched to the Vita* shade guide making
color selection both easy and reliable. With standard polishing procedures, Metafil
CX gives outstanding life-like cosmetic results. The inorganic filler loading is 27.0
vol% with a particle size range of 0.02 to 0.04 μm. Metafil CX contains UDMA and
TEGDMA.
Typical Applications :
Metafil CX is indicated for use in Class 3, Class 5 and selected Class 4 restorations
where esthetics are of prime concern. With the exception of not being radiopaque,
the low wear-rate makes Metafil CX suitable for selected Class I and Class II
restorations.

3. Precautions
• Metafil CX should not be used either by clinicians or on patients who are methacrylate monomer-sensitive.
• Avoid contact of Metafil CX with soft tissues, skin or eyes.
• Dentist should wear rubber or PVC dental gloves.
4. Storage
Avoid high temperatures above 30˚C and direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not
necessary. However, if stored in a refrigerator, then allow the material to warm to
room temperature prior to use.
5. How to use Metafil CX
Adhesive Bonding System :
Metafil CX is compatible with currently available bonding agents including Hybrid
Bond from Sun Medical Co., Ltd.
Apply the bonding agent on the preparation surface according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
Placement and Curing :
A. Dispense Metafil CX on to a mixing pad and promptly recap the syringe.
B. Place dispensed material into prepared cavity previously treated with a dentin
adhesive.
C. Light-cure for at least 30 seconds using dental visible light-curing device.
• For best handling, use Metafil CX near room temperature.
• The excellent flow of Metafil CX makes the use of an unfilled resin prior to Metafil
CX placement unnecessary in most cases. However, should the clinician desire
an unfilled resin, Metafil CX is compatible with most bis-GMA and UDMA type
unfilled resins.
• If the cavity preparation is large and/or deep, incremental filling techniques
should be employed.
• If dispensed material is not used immediately, cover it to protect the material
from ambient light preventing premature polymerization.
Polishing :
Metafil CX will polish quickly and easily to a high luster. Use of most discs or
polishing paste systems are acceptable.
As in any dental treatment, the patient's individual constitution and the
unique requirements of clinical case at hand must be considered before
selecting materials and conditions for use.
Indications pour applications :
Metafil CX est indiqué pour les obturations de classe III, classe V et pour les
obturations de classe IV lorsque l'esthétique est le critère essential. Bien que
n'étant pas radio - opaque, Metafil CX, grâce à son taux d'usure très faible, peut
être utilisé pour des obturations de classe I et classe II.

3. Precautions
• Ne pas utiliser Metafil CX sur un patient présentant une sensibilisation au
monomère méthacrylique.
• Eviter tout contact du Metafil CX avec les tissus mous, la peau et les yeux.
• Pour le Chirurgien-Dentiste, le port de gants en caoutchouc ou en PVC est
recommandé.
4. Stockage
Eviter les températures supérieures à 30˚C et l'exposition directe au soleil. Le
stockage au réfrigérateur n'est cependant pas nécessaire. Si le produit ets stocké au
réfrigérateur, laisser le produit se réchauffer à la température ambiante avant l'usage.
5. Comment utiliser Metafil CX
Adhésif amélo dentinaire :
Metafil CX est compatible avec la plupart des adhésifs amélo dentinaires
disponibles,y compris Hybrid Bond de Sun Medical Co., Ltd.
Appliquer l’agent adhésif sur la surface préparée en respectant le mode d’emploi
du fabricant.
Mise en place et polymérisation :
A. Déposer la quantité nécessaire de Metafil CX sur un bloc de mélange et
reboucher immédiatement la seringue.
B. Insérer Metafil CX dans la cavité préalablement préparée avec l'adhésif
dentinaire.
C. Photopolymériser au minimum 30 secondes à l'aide d'une lampe à photopolymériser traditionnelle.
• Pour une manipulaiton optimale, utiliser Metafil CX à température ambiante.
• L'application d'un couche de résine non chargée, avant de placer Metafil CX
n'est pas nécessaire dans la plupart des cas, grâce à l'excellente capacité
d'étalement du Metafil CX. Cependant, si le praticien souhaite utiliser une
résine non chargée, Metafil CX est compatible avec les résines non chargées
bis-GMA et UDMA.
• En présence d'une cavité large ou profonde, la technique d'obturation
multi-couches doit être employée.
• Si le composite déposé sur le bloc de mélange n'est pas utilisé immédiatement,
il faut le protéger en le recouvrant pour éviter toute polymérisation prématurée
due à la lumière ambiante.
Polissage :
Metafil CX se polit rapidement et facilement etprocure un glaçsage parfait. Il est
possible d'utiliser la plupart des disques et pâtes à polir disponibles actuellement.
Comme dans toute intervention dentaire, la constitution individuelle du patient,
ainsi que les besoins du cas clinique doivent être pris en considération avant
de choisir les matériaux et les possibilités de leurs applications.

Metafil CX è una resina composita fotopolimerizzabile (nella tonalità dentale) che
contiene una carica organica unica che reagisce chimicamente con la matrice polimerica. Questa caratteristica fornisce al restauro finito una resilienza e resistenza
all'usura maggiori. Grazie alla tissotropicità e al fatto che il prodotto non cola dagli
strumenti, Metafil CX è facile da applicare anche nelle situazioni più difficili. Le
tonalità di colore corrispondono in modo preciso alla guida colori Vita rendendo
estremamente facile ed affidabile la scelta del colore. Nelle procedure di lucidatura
standard Metafil CX fornisce eccellenti risultati estetici. Il riempitivo inorganico rappresenta il 27.0 vol% con una gamma di dimensioni delle particelle che va da 0.02
a 0.04 μm. Metafil CX contiene UDMA e TEGDMA.
APPLICAZIONI:
Metafil CX è indicato per eseguire restauri in Classe 3, Classe 5 e in alcuni casi di
classe 4 dove l'estetica è il requisito principale. Nonostante non sia un prodotto
radiopaco, Metafil CX può essere anche utilizzato in otturazioni di classe I e classe
II, grazie al suo tasso di usura estremamente basso.
• Evitar el contacto de Metafil CX con tejidos blandos, piel u ojos.
• Los dentistas deben utilizar guantes de goma o PVC.
4. ALMACENAMIENTO
Se deben evitar temperaturas altas que esten por encima de 30˚C y el contacto
con la luz solar directa. No es necesaria su refrigeración. Sin embargo, si se
refrigera, se debe permitir que el material alcance una temperatura ambiental
antes de ser utilizado.
5. COMO UTILIZAR EL METAFIL CX
SISTEMA ADHESIVO-UNION:
Metafil CX es compatible con los sistemas adhesivos actualmente a disposición,
incluso Hybrid Bond de Sun Medical Co., Ltd.
Aplique el agente adhesivo sobre la superficie de preparación de acuerdo a las
instrucciones del fabricante.
COLOCACION Y CURADO:
A. Distribuir el Metafil CX en una papel secante para mezclas y recapitular la
jeringa rápidamente.
B. Colocar el material en la cavidad previamente tratada con un adhesivo dental.
C. Fotocurar por lo menos durante 30 segundos, utilizando una lámpara de
fotocurado.
• Para lograr una mejor manipulación se debe utilizar el Metafil CX a una
temperatura ambiental.
• En la mayoría de los casos la excelente fluidez del Metafil CX hace que el uso
de resina sin relleno antes de colocar el Metafil CX sea innecesaria. Sin
embargo, si el clínico desea colocar una resina sin relleno, el Metafil CX es
compatible con la mayoría de resinas sin relleno como el bis-GMA y la UDMA.
• Si la cavidad es my extensa y profunda se deben incluir técnicas de relleno.
• Si el material no es us utilizado de forma inmediata debe ser cubierto con su
protector, para asi evitar la polimerización prematura, al entrar en contacto con
la luz ambiental.
PULIDO.
El Metafil CX se pule facil y rápidamente, logrando un gran brillo. Para conseguir
dicho resultado se pueden utilizar la mayoría de discos para pulir y diferentes
pastas de pulimento.
Como en cualquier tratamiento dental, la constitución personal del paciente y
las exigencias individuales del caso clínico deberán evaluarse antes de
seleccionar los materiales y las condiciones de uso.

1. Metafil CX Tanımı?
Matrikse duyarlı eşsiz organik ve inorganik doldurucular içeren ve eşsiz monomer
kombinasyonuna dayanan diş renginde, görülebilir ışıkla sertleşen (light-cure) ve
yüksek akışkanlıkta kompozit rezindir. Bu özellik, bitmiş restorasyonlara yüksek
direnç ve aşınma direnci verir. İyi akışkan karakteristikleri ve minimal yapışkanlık
sayesinde, en zor durumlarda bile Metafil CX ‘i yerleştirmek kolaydır. Renkler, Vita
renklerini tam olarak karşıladığından renk seçimi hem kolay hem de güvenilirdir.
Standart polisaj yöntemleri ile Metafil CX gerçeğe yakın kozmetik sonuçlar verir.
0.02 ila 0.04μm partikül boy aralığı ile inorganik doldurucu oranı hacimce %27 dir.

3. Önlemler
• Metafil CX metakrilat monomere hassasiyeti olan klinisyenler tarafından veya bu
hassasiyeti olan hastalarda kullanılmamalıdır.
• Metafil CX ‘in yumuşak dokularla, ciltle ve gözle temasından kaçının.
• Diş hekimi PVC ya da lastik dental eldivenler giymelidir.
4. Saklama
30°C üzerindeki yüksek sıcaklıktan ve direk gün ışığından uzak tutunuz.
Soğutucu gerekli değildir. Ancak, bir soğutucuda muhafaza ediliyorsa kullanım
öncesi materyalin oda sıcaklığına gelmesini sağlayınız.
5. Metafil CX Kullanımı
Adeziv Bondlama Sistemi :
Metafil CX, Sun Medical Hybrid Bond ‘u dahil olmak üzere günümüz bondlama

sertleştirin.
• En iyi kullanım için Metafil CX ‘i oda sıcaklığına yakın sıcaklıkta kullanın.
• Metafil CX ‘in mükemmel akışkanlığı Metafil CX yerleştirilmesinden önce kaide
malzemesinin kullanılması çoğu durumda gerekli değildir. Ancak, klinisyen kaide
malzemesi kullanmayı arzu ederse, bis-GMA ve UDMA tipi kaide malzemeleriyle

Metafil CX yüksek parlaklığa erişmek için hızlı ve kolay bir şekilde parlatılacaktır.
Disk ya da parlatıcı pasta sistemleri kullanılabilir.
Herhangi dental tedavide, kullanılacak malzemeyi ve koşulları seçmeden
önce hastanın bünyesi ve klinik vakadaki kendine has gereksinimleri göz
önünde bulundurulmalıdır.

1. Metafil CX란？
Metafil CX는 Matrix에 반응하는 독창적인 유기Filler를 함유하는 광중합형
Composite Resin이다. 이 특성에 따라 수복물은 내마모성, 인성이 우수하다. 또한
Paste는 우수한 유동성을 갖추고 있고 들러붙는 것을 최소한으로 하여 충전이
어려운 부분에도 뛰어난 부형성을 발휘할 수 있다. 색조는 Vita*의Shade Guide에
정확하게 매치되므로 색조의 선택이 용이하고 신뢰성이 높다. 통상적인 연마에
의해 Metafil CX로 우수한 심미성을 얻을 수 있다. Metafil CX는 UDMA와
TEGDMA 성분으로 구성되어 있으며, 0.02~0.04μm의 입자크기와 27.0 vol%의
무기Filler를 함유하고 있다.
통상적 증례：
Metafil CX는 주로 심미성이 요구되는 3급, 5급 와동과 일부의 4급 와동에
사용한다. X선 조영성이 불필요한 증례라면 뛰어난 연마성으로 1급, 2급 와동에도
이용할 수 있다.

3. 주의
・메타크릴산 Monomer에 대한 과민증이 있는 치과의의 사용 또는 그러한 환자에
대한 사용을 피할 것.
・연조직, 피부 또는 눈에 대한 접촉을 피할 것.
・치과의는 고무 또는 PVC의 치과용 글러브를 사용할 것.
4. 보관
30˚C가 넘는 고온과 직사광선을 피할 것. 냉장보관할 필요 없음. 단 냉장고에서
보관할 경우에는 사용전에 제품을 실온으로 돌려 놓을 것.
5. Metafil CX의 사용법
접착 Bonding・System：
Metafil CX 는 Sun Medical사의 Hybrid Coat (AQ Bond Plus)를 포함한 모든
Bonding재와 병용이 가능하다. 사용할 제품의 취급설명서에 따라 전처리 표면에
접착재를 도포한다.
충전과 경화：
A. 연화지에 Metafil CX를 채취하고 신속하게 Syringe의 Cap을 닫는다.
B. 상아질 접착재로 처리한 와동에 채취한 Metafil CX를 충전한다.
C. 치과용 광조사기로 최소한 30초간 조사한다.
・최고의 효과를 얻기 위해서는 실온에서 Metafil CX를 사용할 것.
・Metafil CX는 유동성이 우수하므로 통상적으로 충전 전에 unfilled resin을
사용할 필요는 없다. 그러나 꼭 사용하고 싶다면 Metafil CX는 대부분의
bis-GMA 및 UDMA계 unfilled resin과 적합하다.
・만일 와동이 크거나 깊으면 적층 충전 테크닉을 이용할 것.
・채취한 Metafil CX를 곧바로 사용하지 않는 경우에는 주위의 빛에 의해
중합되는 것을 막기 위하여 재료에 보관용 커버를 씌울 것.
