taşınmaz için geliştirme ve yatırımcı çalışmaları başlamıştır.
Bölgenin gelişme kaynakları ve yönlerinin profesyonel
analizi yapılmış, ekip çalışması ile tespit edilen hedefler
doğrultusunda çalışmalara devam edilmiş, imar durumu
2,00 emsal, konut+ticaret şeklinde yeniden düzenlenerek son
haline getirilmiştir.
