The attachment of tent covers to the pipes are by adjusting a ring locker that fits materials to each other. Also, in order
to strenghten the connection, it’s recommended to use velcro as well for more durable connection preventing any wind
or weather turbulence.
MATERIALS & MANUFACTURING
POLYETHYLENE PIPES EXTRUSION
Like most of the pipes, polyethylene ones are also

made by Extrusion technics. Correct formed for
mould and raw PE material needed for PE pipes
to be formed.
The reason that Polyethylene glasshouse films are used is;

because there are stabilizer chemical additives mixed during manufacturing which prevents solar deforming during
usage by being retardant to UV lights from Sun.
While the raw material is poured into the mould,
there is an extensive force supplied by the machine which both pushes the melted material and

After the melted PE is formed it is immediately
recooled again for material to have sustainable
