Arte Yapı Sistemleri kurucularının
15 yılı aşkın tecrübesi ile 2005
yılında kurulmuş olup; kısa zamanda
uluslar arası taahhüt yerine getirerek
sektöründeki lider firmalar arasına
girmeyi başarmıştır.
Yurtdışı faaliyetlerine önem veren
Arte Yapı Sistemleri; 2007 yılında
Cezayir’de Arte Construction
Systems adı altında faaliyet
göstermeye başlamış ve 80’in
üzerinde proje tamamlamıştır.
Arte 2009 yılında Libya’da prestijli
uluslar arası mimari-tasarım ödülü
alan projeler tamamlamış olup; halen
nitelikli projelerde aranan
mühendislik - uygulama firması
olarak faaliyetlerine devam
etmektedir.
Arte 2011 yılından itibaren yüksek
katlı binalar sektöründe de
faaliyetlerine baslamış, ITower,
Terrace Tema, Palladium Tower,
Eclips gibi yüksek katlı ve yüksek
metrajlı projeleri başarıyla
tamamlamıştır.
Kapasite ve kalite koşullarını
sürekli gelişen dünya standartları ile
paralel yenileyen Arte Yapı
Sistemleri; ürünlerini İngiltere,
Belçika gibi Avrupa ülkelerine ihraç
etmektedir. Bölümler arası etkin
iletişime önem veren Arte Yapı
Sistemleri, Lotus Notes kağıtsız ofis
uygulamalarına başlamış ve
geliştirdiği özel firma için hizmet
programları ile yönetim-kontrol
sistemleri kurarak dinamik ve etkin
hizmet üretir hale gelmiştir.

Systems’ est créée en 2005 par ses
fondateurs ayant plus de 15 ans
d’expérience. Ayant honoré ses
engagements internationaux en peu de
temps, elle a réussi à figurer parmi les
entreprises leader de son secteur.
Arte qui attachent une importance
particulière aux activés à l’étranger a
commencé ses activités en Algérie en
2007 sous la dénomination Arte
Construction Systems et a accompli
plus de 80 projets.
Arte a accompli en 2009 en Libye des
projets qui ont reçu des prix prestigieux
internationaux de conception
architecturale et continue ses activités
en qualité d’entreprise d’ingénierie application recherchée actuellement
pour les projets de qualité.
Arte Construction qui renouvelle ses
moyens en capacité et qualité
parallèlement aux normes mondiales
qui évoluent sans cesse, exporte ses
produits vers les pays européens tels
que l’Angleterre, la Belgique.
A partir de l’année 2011, Arte a élargi
ses activités dans le secteur
d’immeuble de grande hauteur et a
complétée avec succès les projets
comme iTower, Terrasse Theme,
Palladium Tower, Eclipse.

Fabrikamız 3.200 m2 kapalı, 1.200 m2
açık alanı ile Tuzla / Orhanlı’da yerleşik
bulunmaktadır.
Fabrikamızdaki işler ISO 9001-2008
kalite standartları ve OHSAS 18001-2007
Sağlık ve Güvenlik Prosedürleri uyarınca
yürütülmektedir.
Fabrikamız üç kısımdan oluşmaktadır;
ambar, sevkiyat ve üretim (alüminyum
profil, çelik imalat› ve saç metal işleme).
Ambar Bölümü’nde, malzeme giriş/
çıkışları ve stok kontrol süreçleri
gerçekleştirilmektedir. Sevkiyat
Bölümü’nde, imal edilmiş parçaların,
yarı mamullerin ve taşeron tarafından
işlenerek ürünlerin sevkiyat yapılır. Süreç
sonuna kadar takip edilir.
Alüminyum Üretim Bölümü’nde imalat
resimlerine göre doğrama ve giydirme
cephe elemanlarının üretimi yapılır.
Levha İşleme Bölümü’nde alüminyum
kompozit panel, alüminyum ve çelik
levha, ‘Fibercement’ panel, kompakt
laminat paneller işlenmektedir.
Çelik İşleme Bölümü’nde elektrik ark,
gazaltı kaynak metodları da kullanılarak
çelik levhalar ve profiller işlenmektedir.
Fabrikamızda günlük 2 ton alüminyum
profil, 400 m2 kompozit panel, 200 m2
sac levha, 2 ton çelik tek vardiyada
işlenebilmektedir. Aynı şekilde fabrikamız
günde 500 m2 doğrama ve cephe elemanı
montaja hazır halde işlenebilmektedir.
Notre usine se situe à Tuzla / Orhanlı

de 1.200 m2 ouverts. Le travail dans l’usine
est menée en conformité avec les normes
de qualité ISO 9001-2008 et les normes
du Système de Gestion de la Santé et la
Sécurité au Travail OHSAS 18001:2007.
Notre usine se compose de trois sections
telles que le dépôt, le façonnage et la
production (profilés en aluminium, le
traitement de la fabrication en acier et des
plaques métalliques). Dans la section de
dépôt sont traitées l’entrée et la sortie des
matériaux, le contrôle des stocks. Dans
le département d’éxpédition, les articles
fabriqués, les semi-produits, les produits
finis et les articles qui seront traités par les
sous-traitants sont éxpédiés et suivis jusqu’
à la fin du traitement.
Dans le département de production des
profilés en aluminium sont traités la menuiserie
en aluminium et les pièces des murs-rideaux
jusqu‘à la fin conformement les dessins
d’exécution. Dans la section du traitement des
plaques sont traités les panneaux composites
en aluminium, les plaques métalliques, les
plaques fibrociments, les panneaux compacts
laminés. Dans la section de la production en
acier sont fabriquées des plaques en acier,
sont effectués aussi des arcs électriques, des
soudures électriques sous gaz.
La production quotidienne de notre usine
en un poste de travail est de 2 tonnes
de profilés en aluminium, de 400 m2 de
panneaux composites en aluminium,
200 m2 de plaque métallique et 2 tonnes
de pièces en acier. De même, notre capacité
de production prét à installer quotidienne de
mur-rideau et de menuiserie atteint 500 m2. Our

The work in our factory is carried in
accordance with ISO 9001-2008 quality

and Safety procedures.
Our factory consists of three sections such
as warehouse, forwarding and production
(aluminium profiles, steel manufacturing
and sheet metal processing). In warehouse
section material entries, exits and stock
control processes are carried out.In
forwarding departments manufactured
items, half products, products, and items
which will be processed by subcontractors
are forwarded and pursued until the
termination of process.
At aluminium production department
profiles are processed as per shopdrawings
until the termination of menuiseries and
curtain wall items. At sheet processing
section aluminium composite panels, sheet
metals, fibercement boards, compact
laminate panels are processed. At steel
production section steel sheets, steel
sections are processed, electric arc, gas
shielded electric arc welding processes are
also executed.
In our factory daily 2 tons of aluminium
profiles, 400 sqm of composite panel, 200
sqm of sheet metal and 2 tons of steelwork
can be processed in one shift. Also our
daily production capacity for curtainwall and
menuiserie ready to install is 500 sqm.

Yapı Sistemleri. tüm faaliyetlerini, iş
sağlığı ve güvenliği alanı ile ilişkili
riskleri açısından sistematik olarak
ve yazılı prosedürler çerçevesinde
incelemeyi, insan sağlığına
ve güvenliğine yönelik gerekli
tedbirleri önceden alacak şekilde
düzenlemeyi ve bu sistemin sürekli
olarak gelişmesini sağlamak üzere

endommager la santé humaine, la
sécurité du lieu de travail (à l’usine et
aux matériaux) pour fournir la sécurité
au travail lors de toute activité en cadre
de Santé et de Sécurité au Travail,
précise les facteurs de risque pour tous
les dangers probables, et prend ou fait
prendre les mesures nécessaires pour
développer positivement la performance
de la santé et la sécurité au travail.
ARTE Systèmes de Construction a
crée et rédigé le Système de Gestion
de Santé et de Sécurité au Travail qui
peut exécuter les besoins précisés
dans le standard de Gestion de Santé
et de Sécurité au Travail TS 18001, pour
créer, soutenir et faire durer des cibles
qui appliquent, continuent et annoncent
le Système de Gestion de Santé et de
Sécurité au Travail à tous le personnel.
La performance de santé et de sécurité
au travail sera mesurée et évoluée par
la haute direction de la société grâce
aux contrôles internes, pour installer la
durabilité, le garde et la continuité du
système crée et les mesures prises,
et aussi pour prouver objectivement
l’application effective et suffisante du
système selon TS 18001. Il est précisé
les cibles et les buts pour fournir une
amélioration continuelle, il est crée les
programmes de gestion selon ces cibles
et buts, il est défini les autorisations et
les responsabilités du personnel, et il est
fourni une continuité avec les travaux de
formation, d’information et de vérification.
Il sera soutenu les travaux adéquats
de nos sous-traiteurs et fournisseurs au
Standard du Système de Gestion de

réalisation d’habillage particulière avec le choix de la couleur et une géométrie différente.

Tabanlıoğlu Mimarlık tarafından tasarlanan Aeropark İş Merkezi binasının her katının kesit değişkenliği, bina kütlelerinin farklı
geometrisi, bütünlüğü tamamlayan özel alüminyum levha geçişleri, farklı kat bahçeleri ve iç avluları ile bulunduğu çevreye göre
farklılaşan bir yapıttır.
Centre Commercial Aéropark dont la conception a été développée par l’architecture Tabanoglu est un projet bien diversifié selon
l’environnement avec la diversité de coupe de chaque niveau, la géométrie différente du bâtiment, des jonctions des tôles aluminium
spécial complétés la globalité, des jardins différents de niveau et des cours intérieurs.
Designed by Tabanlıoğlu Architecture, the Aeropark Business Centre building is a structure that varies when comparing with
the environment, together with the variability of the section on each floor, different geometry of building mass, special aluminum sheet
transitions that completed the integrity, different floor gardens and an interior courtyards.

Ekvator Ginesi Cumhuriyeti'nin başkenti Malabo'da yer alan Sipopo Kongre Merkezi
Tabanlıoğlu Mimarlık tarafından tasarladı.
Sipopo Kongre Merkezi, hemen okyanus kenarında ormanlık bir alanda konumlanıyor.
Dikdörtgen biçimli 2 katlı yapı, yarı geçirgen bir strüktür ile, gün ışığından en yüksek
değerde fayda sağlayarak aynı zamanda iç mekanın güneşin zararlı ışınlarından
korunmasını önleyecek bir kabuğa sahip. Bunun yanında cam duvar sistemi ile okyanus
manzarasından, düşeyde ve yatayda, her açıdan maksimum faydalanma sağlanıyor.
Kabuğun geçirgenliği, içerisindeki yarıklar ile, gece cam duvarlardan sızan lokantanın,
lobinin ve diğer mekanların ışıkları, sabahları ise içeri sızan dış mekanın güneş ışıkları,
doğa, orman ve okyanus ile tam bir bütünlük kurgulanmasını sağlıyor.
La conception du projet de Centre de Congrès Sipopo situé à Malabo, capitale de la
République de Guinée Équatorial a été développée par l’architecture Tabanlioglu.
Le centre du congrès Sipopo est situé dans une espace boisée au bord de l’océan. Le
bâtiment rectangulaire en deux étages avec une structure semi-perméable, permets d’avoir
au maximum avantage de luminaire solaire et d’avoir également une couche de protection de
l’intérieur de l’espace contre les lumières dangereuses. En plus le system de paroi en verre
permet vertical et horizontal d’avoir une utilité maximum pour la vue de l’océan. La
perméabilité de la couche, avec les fissures a l’intérieur, les lumières de nuit s’infiltrent à
travers la paroi en verre du restaurant, de lobi et d’autres espaces, le matin aussi les lumières
solaires de l’extérieur qui s’infiltrent a l’intérieur et permet une harmonie avec la nature, la foret
et l’océan.
The Sipopo Congress Center located in the capital Malabo of the Republic of Equatorial
Guinea was designed by Tabanlıoğlu Architecture.
Sipopo Convention Center is located just on the ocean shore in a wooded area.
A rectangular two-storey structure with a semi-permeable structure at the same time has a
shell to protect the interior from the harmful rays of sun.by providing the highest degree
benefit of the daylight. Besides this, the glass wall system provides the maximum benefit from
the ocean view at vertical and horizontal, in every aspect. The permeability of the shell, lights
of the restaurant, the lobby and other spaces, filtered inside through the glass walls at night
and the sun light that filtered inside in the mornings ensures building of a
complete integrity with nature, forest and ocean together with the slits inside.

Trablus Kongre Salonu küresel toplum ile fiziksel bir
ilişki kurma iddiasında bulunan ve kendi vatanının ruhunu
yansıtan bir yapı.
Ormanlarla çevrili dikdörtgen iki katlı "blok" ana giriş
tanımlayan geniş bir revak ile metal bir zarfın içine geçerek
dış peyzaja açılıyor.
Tasarlanmış bronz hasır uygulamasına sahip yarı saydam
çevresel bir "kalkan" iç cam duvarları koruyarak binanın
etrafında akıyor. Tel kafes duvarlar ağaçlardan ilham
alınarak yapılmış oyuk desenleri taşıyor ve kontrollü gün
ışığının geçişine izin vererek merkezdeki mekana yayıyor.
Cephenin dokusu her yönde binanın yönlendiriliğine ve
dış ilişkisine bağlı olarak değişiyor. Aynı zamanda hemen
bitişiğinde bulunan koru ile uyumunu da koruyor. Doku
görsel olarak ağaç dallarının bir uzantısı haliyle ormanlık
bir alanın tamamlayıcısı gibi duruyor. Binanın içi gece
aydınlatıldığında,ışık cephe boyunca sızarak arka planda
yer alan ahşapla birleşiyor.
İşleviyle birlikte dünya başkanlarının buluşmaları için bir
mekan olan bina gücünü henüz belli etmese de mütevazi
bir duruşa sahip.
Salle de Conférence de Tripoli qui réflete l’esprit de leur patrie
prétend établir une relation physique avec la communauté.
“Bloc” rectangulaire de deux étage entouré des forets avec un
portique large définissant à l’entrée principale en passant dans
un envelope métalique s’ouvre vers le paysage extérieur.
Un « bouclier » ambiant semi-transparant qui appartient à
l’application de paille du bronze protégeant les murs intérieurs
en verre coule autour du batiment. Les dessins de cavité
inspirés des arbres se trouvent sur les murs de toile métallique
et ces murs permet le passage de lumière du jour controlé.
Le tissue de façade change selon l’orientation du batiment
et la relation extérieur dans chaque côté. En même temps, il
protégé son harmonie avec le bois. Le tissue visuellement, les
branches des arbres comme cela semble être complémentaire
d'une zone boisée. Quand l’intérieur du batiment est éclairée
pendant la nuit, la lumière combine avec le bois se trouve en
arrière-plan en passant le long de façade.
Avec sa fonction, le batiment qui est un lieu de rencontres des
présidents mondials, a une posture humble même s’il cache sa
force.

The Tripoli Conference Hall is a structure that asserts a physical relationship
with the global community and reflects the soul of its native land.
The Trablus Conference Hall is a structure that asserts a physical
relationship with the global community and reflects the soul of
its native land. Surrounded by a forest, the two-story rectangular
structure is defined by a wide porch and encased within a metal
envelope that opens up to the landscape.
The bronze wickerwork creates a semi-transparent environmental
shield, protecting the inner glass walls and giving a flowing
bronze impression. The wiry cage walls were inspired by trees,
carrying grooves in the design and allowing a controlled filtering
of sunlight that spreads in to the central area.
The frontal view pattern of the building changes due to its
location and relationship with its surroundings. At the same time,
the structure maintains its harmony with the woods. The pattern
appears as an extension of the tree branches completing the
forest area. When illuminated in the night, the light penetrates
through the façade merging with the wooden area in the
background.
The structure is a location used for the meetings of world
leaders, and though the building does not yet reveal its full
power it stands humble in the forest setting.

Trafo Binası
Ana binanın elektrik ihtiyacını sağlayan
bina, havalandırma amacı ile tamamen
menfez ve menfezli kapılardan
oluşturulmuş. Binanın bulunduğu
ormanlık alana uyum sağlaması için
mimari grup tarafından tasarlanan ağaç
gövdesi görünümlü alüminyum levhalar,
her bir parçası özel olarak üretilerek,
menfez profilleri üzerine yapıştırıcılar ile
monte edilmiştir.
Poste de Transformation
Ce bâtiment qui fournit l’éléctricité du
batiment principal, est complètement
formé des claustras et des portes au
claustras pour permettre ventillation.
Chaque panneau en aluminium, fabriqués
à l’aspect de tronc d’arbre projeté par
l’équipe d’architecte a fin de garder
l’harmonie du batiment avec le fôret a été
monté avec des colles sur les profiles de
claustras.
The Substation Building
The building that meets the electricity
requirement of the main building, is formed
completely of louvers and louver doors
for ventilation. In order to comply with
the forest setting, the team of architects
designed aluminum sheets with tree trunk
appearances where each piece was
manufactured specially and mounted on
the louver profiles with adhesives.

Mekanik ihtiyaçların karşılandığı
binanın, makina odaları ve havalandırma
sistemlerinin bulunduğu alanlarında
menfez ve menfezli kapılar, sağır
cephelerde ise alüminyum sinüsoidal
levhalar kullanılmıştır.

Le besoins mécaniques sont fournit dans
ce bâtiment,les claustras et les portes au
claustras ont été utilisés dans les salles de
machine et des systèmes de ventillation et
les panneaux sinusoïdale en aluminium ont
été utilisés pour les façades aveugles.
The Mechanical Building
The building that meets the mechanical
requirements of the main building, is
formed by louvers and louver doors at the
mechanical rooms and areas occupied by
the ventilation systems. On the other hand,
aluminum sinusoidal sheets were used for
cold facades.

ebatları logaritmik açılım oluşturacak
şekilde imal edilmiş, özel birleşim
detayı uygulanarak montajı yapılmıştır.

Les panneaux composés ont été projétés
á telle façon de former une exposition
logaritmique et ont été installés en
employant un détail spécialement
développé. Plus de centaine “3D
modelling” avaient été appliqués pour
le détail qui est unique le monde.

3D modelling of dome
Aluminium composite panels in form of
fish tails were used for cladding of dome
principal. Composite panels were
designed in a manner to form a
logaritmic exposure, and were installed
using special junction detail. More then
hundred 3D modeling were applied fort
this detail which is unique in the world.
Caminin şadırvan bölümünde ana kubbe
ile aynı dizayna sahip 24 adet küçük
kubbe kaplaması tasarlanmıştır.
Küçük kubbe kaplamalarında logaritmik
desenlerin devamını kubbeler boyunca
sağlamak amacıyla özel kesişim
detayları oluşturulmuştur. Yüzlerce farklı
ebadlarda kompozit panel nakış işler
gibi tek tek işlenmiştir.
A l’endroit de fontaine de mosquée
“ad› rvan” 24 no’s petits dômes ayant le
meme concept avec le dôme principal ont
été projetés. Spécial intersection détails ot
été appliqués à chaque petit dôme pour
pouvoir projeter la continuiété des dessins
logaritmic du dôme principal.
Des centaines de pièes de panneaux
composés ont été appliqués une par une
comme un dessin de broderie.
At the area around the fountain of the
mosque “ad› rvan” 24 no’s small domes
having the same concept with the dome
principal have been designed.
Special intersection details have been
applied for every small dome in order to
reflect the continuity of logaritmic shapes of
dome principal. Hundreds of small pieces
of composite panels have been applied
one by one as a model of embroidery.
