What should be the expiry date
for the Performance Security?
Because the bid no. BID-090-GOO-ICB/15
is an international tender, the ruling
language for this bid is English only.
During the contracting phase, we may
accept submission of the performance
security in different language. A Turkish
version is attached for information only.
Please note that a Performance Security is
only required in case of contract award.
However a Bid Security is required for bid
submission.
Please see ITB 44.1 and Special
Conditions of Contract on GCC 18
(Performance Security) and ITB and
BDS 21 (Bid Security) for further and
detailed information.
