The fruit-picking machines with conveyor belts of the TECNOFRUIT series represent the most modern and technically
advanced system available for fruit harvesting. The machines can also be handled by less experienced staff as they
have been designed for simple and practical operation.The
machines of the TECNOFRUIT series can be used for various
tasks all the year round: in addition to the harvest, they are
ideally suited to summer and winter pruning and the installation and maintenance of hail nets. In short, they are ideal
machines for the fruit growers who are looking for a robust,
multipurpose machine. The extensive standard equipment
and a series of efficient accessories allow the machines of
the TECNOFRUIT series to be adapted to the special needs
of individual fruit growers. The several advantages of the
machines of the TECNOFRUIT series are the result of many
years of experience in the field, of a great deal of research
and last but not least of the suggestions of the fruit growers
themselves. All this was realised with the help of state-ofthe-art 3D software and the application of high precision
production cycles.

All the models can be equipped with TIER 4 Diesel engines,
the most powerful engines that can be used in this segment
from the point of view of the reduction of noise and emission levels. On the other hand these machines provide the
highest fuel efficiency.
All machines of the TECNOFRUIT series have been EU approved. The ongoing research to improve the machine, together with its performance and safety-in-the-workplace
record guarantee a state-of-the-art machine for modern
fruit-growers.

Efficiency
The labour costs involved in the harvest can be reduced by
a third, with savings of about 15,000 Euro for every 10 hectares (as shown in a showcase firm) due to a smaller number
of workers during the harvest, to a higher performance level
per worker compared to traditional ways of picking and to a
reduction of the number of rejects. All this, together with low
running costs allows for a very short amortisation period.

A compact machine for row distances from 3,00 to 4,00 metres and plant heights to a maximum of 3,60 metres. The generous standard equipment and a complete range of accessories
allow the machine to be adapted to the individual needs of modern fruit growers. Equipped
with a reliable 3-cylinder diesel engine, it has a fuel consumption and emission level in accordance with the TIER 4 norm. The four lateral platforms (back: 1,25 x 0,36 metres, front:
0,80 x 0,36 metres) permit picking at three picking levels in a very compact machine. As
many as six persons can work comfortably at the same time without getting in each other’s
way and in compliance with the highest ergonomic standards.
Optional is the choice of an automatic trailer (offloading the full fruit containers onto the
trailer) or a non-automatic trailer (offloading the full fruit containers onto the ground)
which is particularly suited to very narrow or very short rows. Moreover an optional air compressor is available for 4 to 5 pruning shears.

TECNOFRUIT CF 110
Fruit picking machine for row distances of 3,60 to 4,50 metres and plant heights to a maximum of 3,80 metres. Designed to be multi-purpose, it has a generous standard equipment,
including the automatic trailer and the air compressor for 6 to 8 pruning shears. The CF 110
can be employed in many seasonal tasks. Equipped with a 4 cylinder Diesel engine, it has
a top speed of 18 km/h. The four lateral platforms have generous dimensions (1,38 x 0,40
metres) which allow the pickers maximum freedom of movement. The high quality which
distinguishes all the machines of the TECNOFRUIT series and the simplicity in handling them
make these machines into ideal partners, also for large companies.

The automatic trailer makes the harvesting system of the TECNOFRUIT really complete:
there are five hydraulic functions: the transport of the empty fruit containers on the upper
part of the trailer by means of chains, lifting the empty fruit containers, moving the full
fruit containers to the lower part of the trailer, offloading the full containers to the ground
and hydraulic steering. Controls provided on the driver’s side of the vehicle allow the quick
replacement of a full container with an empty one. The trailer can carry up to 16 empty
containers and up to 3 full containers. Moreover, the hydraulic steering of the rear wheels of
the trailer allow it to follow exactly the trail of the fruit picking machine and have a relatively
small turning circle.
The assisted changing of containers makes the job of the operator easier: it’s not tiring, it’s
not dangerous and a changing time of under 20 seconds per container is possible.
