Our company,with 30 years of experience in industrial hoses,has started the industrial heated hose production as of year
2000. Being the only manufacturer of heated hoses in Turkish market ;our company serves long-lasting and high quality
products both domestic and overseas customers by using quality material selection,proper application techniques,the control
test applied during the manufacruring process.
Apart from the standard heated hoses for the brand (Nordson,Robatech,Meler,Melton,Graco,SCA and the others) we have

Standard Heated Hoses
Hoses that allows to transfer adhesive(glue),resin,tar,paint,water,wax,plastics,oil,gas and
similar products between the pump and the application point while maintaining the temperature
of the products. Provides the perfect and flexible connection between pump and the application
head/gun. Ogan heated hoses are produced from heavy duty PTFE pressure hose and with
strong stcructure,offering the perfect solution for manuel and robotic applications.
Optionally,at the glue application area it can be produced with integrated air line for pneumatic

temperature and pressure stresses. By providing excellent flexinility between the die
and co-extruded makes it practical to change the mold.

High pressure heated hoses for robotic applications
Special flexible hoses should bu used for robotic applications to ensure the material delivery between the mastic pump and
application head. This PTFE hoses with smooth internal structure is resistant to high temperatures and all chemicals,also
with strong braid techniques these teflon hoses are capable of working at high pressure and temperature conditions.
With proper temperature control and the resistance that fits the operating conditions allows adhsive to be transferred at the
desired temperature.
Usage of heated mastic hoses
In the automotive industry; underbody protective sealant applications,combining the doors-hood internal and external sheet
matels-tin plates,headlight,tas-lens glass assembly applications
and the sealing area as these.

Isıtmalı hortum kullanımında dikkat edilmesi zorunlu durumlar
* Isıtmalı hortumlara sadece deneyimli personel müdahale etmelidir.
* Basınç altındaki sıcak tutkal ciddi yaralanmalara sebep olabilir.Risk oluşturan hortumlara
mutlaka müdahale edilmelidir.
* Riskli hortumlar mutlaka kontrol altına alınmalı veya değiştirilmelidir.
* Eski hortumun sökülmesi gerekiyorsa sıcaklık 40 C altına indirilmeli ve basınç kontrollü olarak tahliye edilmelidir.
* İçinde donmuş tutkal bulunan yedek hortum yerine takılmadan önce 80 C sıcaklığa kadar ısıtılarak
rekor bağlantı yerlerinin gevşemesi sağlandıktan sonra montaj yapılması gereklidir.Aksi halde hortumda
burkulmalar oluşacaktır.
* Enerji beslemesi 230V 50/60Hz .Kabloların korunmasına özen gösterilmeli,hasarlı kablolar onarılmalıdır.
* Hortumlarda toprak kablosu mevcuttur.Toprak kabloları mutlaka yerine takılmalıdır.
* Hortum içinde ısının homojen olarak yayılması ve hortum içindeki maddenin tam olarak eriyik hale
geldiğinden emin olunmalıdır.Tavsiyemiz ilk çalışmada ısı istenilen sıcaklığa geldiği halde bir müddet daha
beklenmeli ve ısının homojen şekilde yayılması sağlanmalıdır.
Mandatory conditions to be considered during heated hose use
* Only experienced staff should work interfere with heated hoses.Hot glue under pressure can cause serious injury.
* Hoses under risk must be checked and replaced.
* While removing the old hose ,temperature should ve below 40 C and pressure must be discharged is controlled manner.
* If the replacement hose contains solid/frozen glue,it should be heated up to 80 C before refitting and shoul be installed only
after loosening the screw/fitting connections.Otherwise buckling occurs.
* Power supply is 230V 50-60Hz. Attention should be given to the protection of the cables and damaged cables must be
repaired immediately.
* There should be homogeneous diffusion of the heat in the pipe and the substanve in the hose must be fully emulsified. Our
advice,at the first study,even though the heat reaches the desired temperature,wait for a while fort heat evenly spread.
* Isıtmalı hortum montaj şekilleri hortum ömrü ve risk oluşmama konusunda son derece önemlidir.
Heated hose assembly shape and hose life is extremenly important in the absence of the risk.
