Gündoğdu Ekzotermik Sistemleri fabrika ve idari binası kendi arazisi üzerinde
açık ve kapalı olmak üzere 12.000 m2 lik bir alanda Düzce 1. OSB’nin hemen yanında
faaliyet göstermektedir. Gündoğdu Ekzotermik Sistemleri; demir ve çelik döküm
sanayinde kullanılmak üzere besleyici gömlek ve ekzotermik besleyici adı verilen
ürünler üretmektedir. Bu konuda 30 yıllık tecrübeyi bünyesinde toplayıp kısa sürede
Türkiye'de kendi sektöründe ilk iki firmadan biri olmuştur. G.E.S. 2014 yılında
taşındığı yeni üretim tesisinde yıllık üretim kapasitesini 12.000.000 adete
ulaştırmıştır. Bünyesinde bulunan kalıphanesinde müşteriler tarafından özel
ölçülerde istenilen mini besleyici ve ekzotermik besleyici gömlek kalıpları kısa
zamanda üretilebilmektedir.

BOUT G.E.S.
Gundogdu Exothermic Systems operates in an area near Duzce 1st Organized
Industrial Site, consisting indoor and outdoor areas of 12.000m2 including the
factory and the administrative building. Gundogdu Exothermic Systems produces
such products named as mini risers and exothermic feeder sleeves to be used in
iron,steel and casting industries. With an experience of 30 years regarding this issue,
G.E.S has become one of the two best prominent companies in this area. After
moving to the new production site in 2014, G.E.S has reached an annual production
capacity of 12.000.000 items. In it's chamber facility, G.E.S is able to produce mini
risers and exothermic feeder sleeves coating moulds upon the special requests of
customers.

ECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND ADVANTAGES
Both h gh-temperatured and low-temperatured m n r sers and exotherm c feeder sleeves
can be produced as both fluor de-free or low-fluor ded depend ng on the request.
The m n r sers and exotherm c feeder sleeves don't conta n any harmful gases w th neutral
CO2 em ss on and t's nonres nous character.
The less nteract on w th the mould ng surface, due to the usage of metal breakers
ncreases the qual ty w th less craftsmensh p after mould ng.
H gh and low temperatured r sers that can be produced upon requests w th spec al

FEEDING SYSTEMS IN CASTING
EXOTHERMIC FEEDER SLEEVES AND MINI RISERS
Dur ng the cast ng process, the l qu d metal that w ll f ll the gaps as a result of volumetr c shr nkage
of the sol d f ed metal has to be present n the system.
L qu d metal feed ng from a source (reservo r) of these gaps, result ng from the shr nkage s called
feed ng of the mould ng and th s l qu d metal source s called, feeder.
The molten metal conta ned n the feeders must be kept n l qu d form unt l the ma n cast ng p ece
gets sol d, and must be sol d f ed after the cast ng p ece.
In a process of cast ng p ece product on, the feeders must fulf ll the ma n cond t ons stated below:
