ve Çalışma Tüzüğünün 37, 39, ve 45 inci maddeleri için değişiklik önerisinin Ek1 da
verilen şekli ile kabulüne 1 çekimser ve 2 ret oyuna karşın oy çokluğu ile;
Acceptance of amendments to Articles 37, 39, and 45 of the “Staff Structure and Working
Principles for Academic Staff “ Regulations proposed by Technology Development Center
(TEKMER) as given in Attachment1 was against 2 rejections and 1 abstention by majority;

programın Ek.2 de verilen şekli ile kabulüne oy birliği ile;
Acceptance of the new program “Master in Urban Design” proposed by the Department of
Architecture of the Faculty of Architecture as given in Attachment 2 was unanimously;

programında Tezli seçeneğin sunulmasına ilişkin önerisinin Ek3 de verilen şekli ile
kabulüne 3 ret ve 3 çekimser oya karşın oy çokluğu ile;
Acceptance of the proposed Thesis option in the existing “Master of Information Systems”
program proposed by the Department of Mathematics of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences
and as given in Attachment3, against 3 rejection and 3 abstentions was by majority;

programının çok disiplinli bir özellik kazanması konusunda çalışmak üzere Araştırmalardan
sorumlu Rektör Yardımcılığına bağlı bir komisyonun kurulmasına 3 ret ve 3 çekimser oya

Formation of a committee under the Vice Rector for Research to investigate the possibility
of improving the multi disciplinary characteristic of the Information Systems master
program against 3 rejection and 3 abstention was by majority;

Acceptance of the proposed course codes by the Department of Educational Sciences of the
Faculty of Education for the programs “Pre-school Education”, “Primary School
Mathematics Teaching”, and “Computer and Educational Technologies” as given in
Attachment 4 were unanimously;

Araştırmalardan sorumlu Rektör Yardımcılığının önerdiği ‘Asistan Görevlendirme ve
Lisansüstü Burs Yönetmeliği’ nin aşağıda verilen Madde 6 da yapılması öngörülen
değişiklik ile geçici hüküme yapılacak olan ilavenin yapılması kaydı ve Ek.5 de verilen
şekli ile kabulüne oy birliği ile,
Madde 6 daki üçüncü cümlenin ‘Asistanlardan yalnızca öğretim etkinliklerinin gerektirdiği
görevler istenebilir; Akademik Bölüm tarafından saptanacak özel durumlar dışında
sekreterlik veya sekreter yardımcılığı gibi görevler yapmaları istenemez.’ şeklinde
değiştirilmesi.
Geçici Hükümler
2. Kısmi zamanlı asistan (D kategorisi) alımının en çok iki yıl daha devam etmesi.
Acceptance of “Assistant Appointment and Post-graduate Scholarship” Bylaw(Attachment5) proposed by the Vice Rector for Research, subject to changes to Article 6
and the addition of a clause under transitional provisions as given below, was
unanimously;
Under Article 6, third sentence to read as “Only education related duties can be assigned
to assistants. Except for conditions to be determined by Academic Departments, assistants
can not be assigned the duties of a secretary or assisting the secretary”.
A second item to be added to the Transitional Provisions as follows;
2. Appointment of Part-time assistants (Category D) to be allowed under certain conditions
for at most another two years.

Mimarlık Bölümü öğrencilerinden 2004-2005 Bahar döneminde mezuniyete hak kazanmış,
019992 kayıt numaralı Seyedeh Tannaz Alavinin 24/04/2004 tarihinde DAÜ Öğrenci
Disiplin Kurulundan aldığı kısa süreli uzaklaştırma cezasının bağışlanmasına Öğrenci
Disiplin Yönetmeliğinin 17(b) maddesi uyarınca ve ilgili dekanlık tarafından Ek 6 da
verilen öneri doğrultusunda, bir çekimser oya karşın oy çokluğu ile;
Acceptance of the proposal by the Faculty of Architecture given in Attachment 6 for
clearing of disciplinary action record dated 24/04/2004 from the file of Seydeh Tannaz
Alavi (Std. No. 019992) from Department of Architecture was against one abstention by
majority;
karar verilir.
