In addition, the photographer who is awarded the most with exhibition (+FIAP award and mention) will be
honored as “FIAP Best Photographer”.
COMPETITION RULES
 The Competition is open for all amateur and professional photographers worldwide, except from the Jury.
 Only digital entries are accepted. Entries should be to [email protected] by e-mail. The application form
should be attached to e-mail message. The entries sent via other terms like CD/DVD posting, print etc. will not be
accepted.
 Each photographer can participate with maximum 4 photos for each segment. The maximum participation for all 3
segments can be 12 pieces. The same or similar of the same entry is not accepted to different segments. In such cases,
all of the similar entries will be considered out of judge.
 The entries that completely created via computer software or without any photographic content will not be accepted.
 The entries that not conforms the rules or not paid of entry fee will be considered out of judge.
 Jury decisions are precise.
 A digital CD/DVD catalogue will be sent to all participants.
 The Participant declares and confirms that the entry sent to the contest is totally belongs to him and all required
permissions were taken. In case of any breach on participant’s declaration and confirmation, the all gathered prizes,
appellation and other acquisition will be taken back.
 The candidate’s who presents the entry as himlsef even if not, manipluates the photo for misleading the jury or
violates the rules, participation to the TFSF approved competition is restricted in accordance with TFSF competition
principals. In case of repetition, canditates participation to TFSF approved competition is restricted indefinitely.
Award wining photos will be presented on Turkish Photography Art Federation’s-TFSF web site, www.tfsf.org.tr and
printed on TFSF’s publication “Almanac 2014”
 The participants whom has a limitation related to the reasons mentioned above cannot participate to this contest.
 The photographs that qualified for honor and exhibition may be used on posters, brochures, catalogues etc. and digital
media with promotional purpose by FOKUS without any payment of copyright.
 During the competition and in the salon TFSF representative will be attending.
Naming the entries and sending:
The images should be in “JPEG” format, equal to 1800 pixels on the short edge with the resolution of 72 dpi. File size
should be maximum 2 MB for each image.
Entries should be to [email protected] by e-mail. The application form should be attached to e-mail message.
The entries sent via other terms like CD posting, print etc. will not be accepted.
All photographs should be sent with one mail message without creating a folder as an attachment of mail message.
The participants can trace their competition registries and participant lists on http://www.fokus.org.tr/yarisma2014
Nicknames should consist of participants name’s initial sound and surname and adjacently written. Turkish characters
should not be used. The participants should mention the segment codes before nickname and after the nickname entry no and
image name should be written. While naming the image dash “-“ should be used and there should not be a space.

Participants who realized the payment via PayPal or transfer should mention their name and surname. In case of any disparity
between the sent photographs and Transfer/PayPal sender, those photographs will not be considered.
Entry fees should be transferred before the closing date.

Family
: The photos that imply the importance of family, express household devotion and
affection, expressing all kind of emotional and physical events like better or worse, huge or minor in the context of family by
individual activities, social life or examples from the nature. In this section, the experimental photographs that produced by
composing several photos will not be accepted.
