Bilişim Sektöründe faaliyet gösteren ilk ve amiral şirketimiz olan
Kontrol Bilgi Sistemleri 2002 yılında, Eğitim ve Danışmanlık
sektöründe çalışmalarını sürdüren ikinci şirketimiz MEDNET 2007
yılında yine İzmir’de kuruldu. Kuruluşumuzdan bu yana Eğitim, Bilişim ve
Danışmanlık sektörlerinde hizmet vermekteyiz. Kurumsal ürün ve hizmet
üretirken, özellikle dünyanın teknoloji öncüsü olan marka ve ürünleri
tercih etmekteyiz. Özellikle Sağlık ve Otel Bilişimi, Zayıf Akım Projeleri,
Mekatronik Otomasyon Çözümleri, Network Çözümleri konusunda

Our first and biggest company, Kontrol Bilgi Sistemleri, which is active
in the IT sector, was founded in 2002 in Izmir, and our second company,
MEDNET, which is active in the education and consultancy sector, was
founded in 2007 in Izmir again. Since our foundation, we have provided
services in the sectors of Education, IT and Consultancy. In producing
corporate products and services, we specifically prefer the brands and
products which are the technology pioneers of the world. We serve for
private and public institutions and organizations at all levels with our
company specialized in health and hotel IT, Weak Current Projects,
Mechatronics Automation Solutions and Network Solutions with our

Healtcare IT
Yapısal Kablolama aşamasından başlamak üzere sistemin fizibilitesi,
ihtiyaç tespiti, raporlandırılması aşamalarını da içeren Zayıf Akım ve
Otomasyon Projelerini gerçekleştiriyoruz. Projelerde, network aktif
ve pasiflerinin konumlandırılması, Server ve Terminal sistemlerinin
devreye alınması, Hastane Bilgi Yönetim Sistemi, Laboratuvar Bilgi
Yönetim Sistemi, PACS, e-Arşiv, BCS Acil Uyarı Sistemleri (Mavi Kod,

We carry out Weak Current Projects including the levels of Structured
Cabling, feasibility of system, needs assessment, and reporting. We
provide positioning network actives and passives, activating Server
and Terminal systems, and installation, training and activating the
automation software such as Hospital Information System,
Laboratory Information Management System, PACS, e-Archive, BCS
Emergency Alert Systems (Blue Code, Pink Code, White Code), and
Nurse Call Systems.

Hotel IT
Otel otomasyon ve CRM yazılımlarının kurulum ve desteğini
veriyoruz. Safe&Pay IVR POS Ödeme Sistemi ile otellere güvenli ödeme ve
tahsilat sistemimizi kuruyoruz. Otellere özel Zayıf Akım Projeleri ile Data,
Network, IP Telefon Santral Sistemleri, Personel Devam Kontrol
Sistemleri, Yangın Algılama ve Alarm Sistemleri, Güvenlik Alarm ve
Kamera Sistemleri projelerini gerçekleştiriyoruz. Özetle Kamu ve Özel

We provide installation and support of hotel automation software.
We set up Safe&Pay IVR POS Payment System, which is our secure
payment and collection system, to hotels. We carry out Weak Current
Projects, Data, Network, IP Telephone Switchboard Systems, Personnel
Attendance Control System, Fire Alarm Systems, and Security Alarm
and Camera System projects. In accordance with the order and
projects in the public and private sectors,with Weak Current Projects, we
produce hospital, hotel, school and factory projects, of which systems
are integrated with many different brands, which are manageable and
economic.

BCS ACİL UYARI SİSTEMLERİ
BCS EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM
Hastanelerde kullanılan, Sağlık Bakanlığı ve Dünya Sağlık
Örgütünün koordine ettiği kısaca Mavi Kod olarak bilinen Acil Uyarı
Sistemlerinin donanım ve yazılımlarını 2008 yılından bu yana geliştiriyor,
satıyor ve destekliyoruz. Kendi ürünlerimiz veya mevcut Hemşire Çağrı
Sistemleriyle entegre ediyoruz. Acil Uyarı Sistemleri içerisinde Mavi Kod,
Pembe Kod, Beyaz Kod, Konsültasyon, Sözel Order mevcuttur. Sağlık
Bakanlığı, WHO ve JCI’ın isteyebileceği tüm yeni kodlar eklenebilir.
Sistemde R/F, GAP, Wireless sinyalizasyonu ile Pager, DECT Telefon ve
WiFi Teknolojisini kullanan tüm telefonlar kullanılabilir.
Since 2008, we have developed, sold and supported the hardware and
software of Emergency Alert Systems also known as Blue Code, which is
used in hospitals and coordinated by Ministry of Health and World Health
Organization. We integrate it with our own products or present Nurse Call
Systems. Emergency Alert Systems include Blue Code, Pink Code, White
Code, Consultancy and Oral Order. All new codes which may be required
by Ministry of Health and JCI can be added.With the R/F, GAP and Wireless signalization; Pager, DECT Telephone and all telephones using Wi-Fi
technology can be used within the system.
BCS Acil Uyarı Sistemi, Üniversite, Devlet, ADSM, Özel Hastane ve Tıp
Merkezlerinde çalışmaktadır. Özellikle kampüs yapısındaki ve yüksek
binalı hastanelerde oldukça başarılı projelere imza attık.
BCS Emergency Alert System works in university, oral and dental health
centers, public and private hospitals and medical centers. We have

DEMİRYOLU KURP OTOMASYON SİSTEMİ
RAILWAY CURVE AUTOMATION SYSTEM
TCDD’ye yapılan özel bir mekatronik otomasyon projesidir. TCDD’ye
yaklaşık 30 yıldan bu yana hizmet eden Buraj makinalarının fleş ve
dever taksimat sisteminin PLC ve Elektronik donanımlarla birlikte ve
yazılımlarıyla modernize edilmesi sağlanmıştır.
It is a special mechatronics automation project made for Turkish State
Railways. Flash and cant division systems of the tamping machines which
have served for Turkish State Railways for more than 30 years have been
modernized with PLC and electronic hardware and software.
Bilgisayar, Elektronik, Elektrik, Mekatronik ve Makine Mühendisliğinin
yer aldığı multidisipliner bir teknoloji projesidir. Türkiye’de çok az
sayıda firmanın yer alabildiği, TCDD teknik ve idari yetkililerinin de
bilgi ve emeklerinin çok fazla olduğu özel bir proje sonucu yerli bir

It is a multi-disciplinary technology project involving computer,

domestic modernization system in which so little company could
participate and with so much knowledge and labor of technical and
administrative officers ofTurkish State Railways has been developed
within our company.

getirilmektedir. Sistem sayesinde, hız, verimlilik, güvenlik ve hatasızlık

With the Railway Curve Automation System, assigning the flash,
cant, leveling and dressage rates, which are made manual and semimanual, through our system, mechanical work is made automatic.
Velocity, efficiency, security and accuracy have been ensured thanks

Safe&Pay IVR POS PAYMENT SYSTEM
Safe & Pay IVR POS ÖDEME SİSTEMİ olarak adlandırılan sistem kısaca
İşletmeye telefonla gelen müşteri ve satış taleplerinin resepsiyon
veya satış ekibi tarafından satış gerçekleştirildikten sonra Sesli Yanıt
Sistemiyle otomatik olarak 4 dilde karşılanıp, müşteri Kredi Kartı
bilgilerinin tuşlaması sonrası müşteri banka hesabından güvenlik
aşamaları geçilerek tahsil edilip işletme hesabına yatırılmasını sağlar.
Safe&Pay IVR POS Payment System runs briefly as follows:The
customer and sale demandreaching to the business by telephone is
automatically welcomed in four languages by Interactive Voice
Response after the sales is achieved by reception or sales team.
The customer enters his Credit Card data, the security phase of the
customer’s bank account is completed and the charge is received and
deposited into the account of business.
Sistem Çalışma Prensipleri ve Özellikleri
- Otelden Oda/Gün satın almak isteyen müşteri otel telefonunu arar,
Satış Yetkilisi/Resepsiyon Görevlisi ile satış görüşmesini yapar. Satış
şartları netleştirilir, oda, yatak, gün sayısı, tutar, ödeme koşulları
belirlenir. Bu aşamada CRM/Otel Kayıt Programına Satış Yetkilisi
/Resepsiyon Görevlisi müşteriye ait özet kimlik bilgilerinin (Adı Soyadı,TC
Kimlik No, Pasaport, ID No, GSM Telefon No vb.) girişini gerçekleştirir.
- Müşteriye ücret ödemesinin Sesli Yanıt Sistemiyle otomatik olarak
tahsil edileceği bilgilendirmesini yaptıktan sonra müşteriyi Safe & Pay
IVR POS Ödeme Sistemi’ne aktarır, satış görevlisi devreden çıkar.
- Safe & Pay IVR POS Ödeme Sistemi müşteriyi Türkçe dahil 4 dilde
( Türkçe, İngilizce, Rusça, Almanca ) karşılama yapar. Müşteri devam
etmek istediği dili tuşlayarak seçer.
- Müşteri, ödeme yapmak istediği Kredi Kartı bilgilerini telefonundan
tuşlayarak Safe & Pay IVR POS Ödeme Sistemine girişini yapar. Sistem,
banka tarafından önceden sağlanmış güvenlik aşamalarını geçerek
sanal POS ile bankadan sorgulamasını yapar, uygunsa provizyonu alır ve
sorun yoksa müşteriden nakit veya taksitli ödeme tipini seçmesini ister.
Kredi Kartı bilgilerini sesli tekrar ederek müşteriye “ödemeyi onaylıyor
musunuz” diye son kez sorar. Onay aldıktan sonra bankadan ilgili tutar
çeker ve otelin hesabına yatar. Eğer işlem başarılı ise telefon görüşmesi
satışı takip eden Satış Yetkilisi / Resepsiyon Görevlisine otomatik olarak
geri aktarılır.
( Güvenlik açısından Müşteri Kredi Kartı bilgilerini Satış /
Resepsiyon Görevlisi dahil hiç kimse göremez, sisteme kayıt edilmez.
Ödeme gerçekleştikten sonra müşteriye bilgilendirme maili ve SMS gönderilir. )
The Principles and Features of the System Operation
The customer who would like to buy a Room/Day calls the hotel’s
telephone. Sales Executive/Receptionist makes the sales call. Sales
conditions are clarified; room, bed and day number, amount, payment
conditions are determined. At this stage, Sales Executive/Receptionist
enters the summary of credentials of the customer (Name Surname,
ID number, Passport, GSM number) to the CRM/Hotel Registration
Program.
-After the Sales Executive/Receptionist informs the customer that his
payment will be automatically received by Interactive Voice Response,
he transfers the customer to Safe& Pay IVR POS Payment System and
cuts out.
- Safe& Pay IVR POS Payment System and Interactive Voice Response
welcome the customer in 4 languages (Turkish, English, Russian and
German). The customer chooses the language he wants to continue
with.
- The customer enters his Credit Card data from his telephone and
enters into the Safe& Pay IVR POS Payment System. The system
inquires via online POS from the bank completing the security phase
which has been previously ensured by the bank; if it is applicable, it
receives the authorization and if there is not any problem, it requests
the customer to choose cash or installment payment type. The system
asks the customer “Do you confirm the payment?” for the last time
repeating the Credit Card data vocally. After it receives the confirmation it
withdraws the money needed from the bank and deposits it into the
hotel’s account. If the transaction is successful, the telephone call is
transferred back to the Sales
(Credit Card data of the customer is seen by no one including Sales
Executive/Receptionist and is not registered to the system in terms of
security.)

Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemi (PDKS)
Personnel Attendance Control System
Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemi (PDKS), şirket personelinin giriş
- çıkış zamanlarının kayıt altına alınması ve bu kayıtlarla ilgili
günlük ve aylık raporların oluşturulmasını sağlayan, bilgisayar tabanlı
elektronik bir sistemdir. Personel Devam Kontrol Sisteminde (PDKS)
işletmelerin ihtiyaçlarına göre farklı ekipmanlar kullanılabilmektedir.
Kullanılacak kart tipine (proximity veya mifare kart) göre uygun kart
okuyucular seçilebilir. Parmak izi uygulaması isteniyor ise parmak izi
okuyucu ünite kullanılabilir. Personel Devam Kontrol Sistemine (PDKS)
dilenirse turnikelerde ilave edilebilir. Kart veya parmak izi okuyucular
turnikelerin üzerlerine monte edilerek röle açtırılır. Personel Devam
Kontrol Sisteminde (PDKS) terminal üzerinde biriken giriş ve çıkış
zamanları merkezi bilgisayara aktarılarak personel devam kontrolü
yapılmaktadır. Bu sayede puantaj ve bordroya esas olan bilgilerin
kolay ve çok kısa bir süre içinde hazırlanması mümkün olmaktadır.
Personnel Attendance Control System (PDKS) is a computer-based electronic system which enables the in-out time of the company personnel
to be recorded and relevant daily and monthly reports to be formed with
these records. The businesses can use different equipment according to
their need in the Personnel Attendance Control System. It is possible to
choose appropriate card readers according to the card type to be used
(proximity or Mifare card).
Parmak izli - Şifreli PDKS Okuyucusu; Personel Devam Kontrol (PDKS)
uygulamasında kart kullanmak istemeyen ve şifre+parmak izi PKDS
konfigürasyonunu tercih eden firmalar için özel olarak üretilmiş çift
kontrollü PDKS okuyucusudur.
Parmak izi okuyularda, bir kişiye birden çok parmak tanıttırılabilir.
Personel; parmak izi okuyucuya parmağını okuttuğunda; parmak izi
okuyucu; parmak izinin fotoğrafını çekmez; ona binary (0,1) denilen bir
kodlama verir. Parmak izinin fotoğrafı çekilmediğinden tamamen
yasaldır. Bazı projelerde oluşan personel itirazına gerek kalmamaktadır.
Bu kodlama ile, kişinin giriş - çıkış bilgileri oluşturulmuş olur, parmak izi
okuyucusunda biriken datalar istendiği zaman ister network hattı
kullanılarak isterse; parmak izi okuyucu üzerinde bulunan usb ile Personel Devam Kontrol Programına aktarılabilir. Bu şekilde personelin
takibi yapılmaktadır. Parmak izi okuyucular, genellikle işletmelerin,
kurumların girişine veya üretim departmanı girişlerine monte edilir. Parmak izi okuyucu üzerinde turnike açtırmaya yarayan röle çıkışı mevcuttur.
Parmak izi PDKS okuyucusu kullanıcıyı iki ayrı teknolojide tanımlayıp,
kontrol ederek işletmenin güvenliğini ve denetimini sağlar. Böylece
personelin başkasının yerine şifre girerek denetimi atlatması
önlenmiş olur.
Parmak izi okuyucular günümüzde personel devam kontrolünde ve takibinde en çok kullanılan, en güvenilir ve maliyet olarakta en hesaplı sistemdir. Parmak izi sistemlerinde proximity kart maliyetleri olmadığında
parmak izi PDKS sistemi çok kısa bir sürede kendi kendini amorti eder.
Parmak izi sistemler artık hayatımızın
bir parçası olmuştur.
If the fingerprint application is required, the fingerprint reader unit can
be used. Turnstiles can be involved to the PDKS. Card or fingerprint readers are mounted on turnstiles and the relay is opened.The in-out time
which has been collected on the terminal is transferred to the central
computer.
CDS Fingerprint – Password Personnel Attendance Control System
Reader is a dual control reader which is particularly produced for the
companies preferring password+fingerprint PDKS configuration instead
of card.
One person can identify more than one finger to the CDS fingerprint
reader. When the personnel puts his finger on the fingerprint reader, the
reader does not takes a photograph of the fingerprint; it gives a coding
called binary (0,1,0,111, etc.). It is completely legal since the fingerprint
is not photographed.
With this coding, the entering-leaving time of the person is formed. The
data collected in the fingerprint reader can be transmitted to CDS Personnel Attendance Control Program via network line or the USB on the
fingerprint reader at any time. The follow-up of the personnel is done in
this way. The fingerprint readers are mounted generally to the entrance
of the factories or entrance of production department. There is a relay
output which is for opening turnstile.
CDS fingerprint PDKS reader identifies the user in two different technologies and ensures the security and control of the business. Thus the
risk that the personnel enters password instead of another and skip the
control is prevented. Nowadays fingerprint reader is the most commonlyused, safe and economic system in personnel attendance control and
follow-up. In fingerprint systems, when there is no proximity card cost,
fingerprint PDKS system amortize itself in a very short time. Fingerprint
systems are now a part of our life.
