Windows 2000, Windows XP veya Vista iflletim sistemleri üzerinde

WHAT IS S-MATIK?
S-Matik, is basically a queueing system composed of electronic
components which lines up people in a service environment.
The system is made of of the following components:

Briefly; S-Matik is a customer flow
management system which
• Lines up customers
• Increases service quality
• Provides CRM support
• Optimizes resource utilization
No additional PC is required to install
S-Matik software which is compatible with
Windows 2000, Windows XP and Vista
operating systems. The installation can be
performed on an existing PC.
The workflow of an S-Matik system
is as follows:
1. The customer selects the service category
(transaction type) using the ticket printer or kiosk
2. The system generates a ticket(sequence) number and
issues a ticket with the designated number
(in the meantime tellers call a customer from the waiting list)
3. The customers in the waiting line track their ticket numbers
watching the displays
4. When called, customers proceed to the relevant counter and
perform their transactions

Two types of ticketing equipments can be used:
Kiosks and ticket printers. Kiosks are computer
based equipments which are most commonly
preferred by large accounts due to their
functionalities and industrial designs. Ticket
printers are ideal for small size companies
looking for more economical solutions.

KIOSK
Dokunmatik ekranlar, bir di¤er ad›yla kiosklu sistemler,
kullan›m› kolay ürünler olup gerek basit anlamda s›ra
numaras› üretmek için gerekse her türlü reklam amaçl›
görüntü göstermek için kullan›labilirler. S-Matik
sisteminde iki tip kiosk modeli olup SM- N klasik tip
ekonomik çözüm arayan, SM-S Box ise esteti¤e
önem veren müflteriler için tasarlanm›flt›r. Kiosklu
sisteme ihtiyaç duymayan iflletmeler ise bilet makinalar›
kullanabilirler.
Touchscreens, known as kiosks, are more user
friendly and can be used to issue and print
tickets and for digital signage purposes.
S-Matik system comes with two kiosk types;
SM-N being a classical model designed for
economy buyers and SM-S Box offering
aesthetics. Enterprises who do not need kiosk
based systems can prefer ticket printers instead.

TICKET PRINTERS
Ticket printers issue and print tickets with
the queue number of the customer and
can be used either free standing in
spacious places or desktop in small size
offices. Upto 10 buttons can be added
on the ticket printers. Unlike traditional
printers, corporate logotype, date and
time can also be printed on the ticket.
In some applications, card readers are
integrated into ticket printers.

S-Matik s›raland›rma sisteminde üç tip gösterge

An S-Matik system comprises three display
types: Main displays, counter displays and
information displays. All S-Matik displays are
matrix type which allow the displaying of
alphanumerical characters and sliding texts*
unlike seven segment displays.

Main displays indicate queue information and
forward waiting customers to the assigned
counter. Institutions with low transaction
volumes can prefer single row main displays
which are generally hang on the wall in front
of the waiting area; however it is essential to
use multi-rows main displays in spacious places
or crowded environments.

Counter terminals are used to call customers from
the waiting list and initiate some other functions.
Transactions can be performed via a physical unit
or a virtual terminal integrated in the application
software of S-Matik system.
F‹Z‹KSEL ÇA⁄RI TERM‹NAL‹
PHYSICAL TERMINAL
Personelin s›ras› gelen müflteriyi (numaray›) s›radan
ça¤›rabildi¤i portatif terminal ünitesidir. Müflteriyi
paslama, araya sokma ve geri ça¤›rma ifllemleri
yap›labilir. Kifli baz›nda kullan›c› ID code verebilme
özelli¤ine sahip olup, sistemden kifli baz›nda
performans raporu al›nabilmesini mümkün k›lar.
S-Matik sisteminde 19 tufllu fiziksel bir ça¤r› terminali
kullan›l›r.
Physical terminal is a portable uni used to call,
forward and recall customers from the waiting list
by pressing a button. Performance reports can be
retrieved from the system based on user ID codes.
SM-AT19 is a 19 buttons smart terminal commonly
used in an S-Matik system.

SM-ST is a virtual terminal which provides
exactly the same functionalities as a physical
terminal. All transactions are performed via a

warning every time a customer is called through
an S-Matik system. There is no quantity
limitation in terms of system connectivity.

INTERFACE
Çevirici, sistem bileflenleri ile yönetim yaz›l›m›
aras›ndaki ba¤lant›y› sa¤layan LAN ve WAN
üzerinde çal›flan ara birimdir. Sistem ile bilgisayar
aras›ndaki iletiflimi sa¤lar. Çoklu sistemlerde

The interface links the communication between
system components and management software
and operates on LAN and WAN. It also enables
remote monitoring (no. of customers visiting,
transactions times…etc) of branches.
