Etik değerlerimizden ödün vermeden, Türkiye’nin
kalkınması ve uluslararası saygınlığının
artırılmasında etkin bir rol oynayarak, bütün ilgi
gruplarının çıkarlarını gözetmeyi kendimize
misyon edindik.
Türkerler’in iş hayatındaki temelleri, 1970’li yılların
başlarında, Sn. Kazım Türker’in üniversite öğrenimi
sırasında, ilk giyim mağazasını açmasıyla atılmıştır.
1980’li yıllarda girişimlerini çeşitlendirerek, zincir
mağazalar haline gelmiştir. 1993 yılında Türkerler
Holding, Türkerler İnşaat’ı kurarak; inşaat,
enerji, doğal gaz, altyapı, imalat alanlarında yeni
yatırımlar yapmaya başlamıştır.
Türkerler, kamu ve özel sektör ihaleleri,
özelleştirmeler ve ortaklıklar konusunda önemli bir
bilgi birikimine ve iş deneyimine sahiptir.
Buna bağlı olarak yenilenebilir ve termik enerji
üretimi, doğalgaz dağıtımı, tekstil ve petrol
sektörlerinde iştirakleri bulunmaktadır.
Türkerler, altyapı ve üstyapı konusunda taahhüt
işlerini gerçekleştirmek için, kalkınan Türkiye’nin
her bölgesinde 1993 yılından 2015’e dek, toplam
3.000.000 m2 inşaat hacmine ulaşmış olarak
sektörün önemli firmaları arasında yerini almayı
hedeflemektedir.
Without compromising our ethical values, by playing an
active role in improving the development of Turkey and
it’s international reputation we have accured a mission
to respect the interests of all the interest groups.
Turkerler’s foundations in the business life have been
laid with the opening of the first clothing store by
Mr. Kazım Türker, in the early 1970s, during the
university education. Then, diversifying it’s initiatives
in the 1980s, this store turned out to be chain stores.
And in 1993, by establishing Turkerler Construction
Company, Turkerler Holding has started to make new
investments in the construction, energy, natural gas,
infrastructure and manufacturing areas.
Turkerler has an important knowledge and work
experience about public and private sector
procurement, privatization and partnerships. In this
context, also has subsidiaries in the renewable and
thermal power generation, natural gas distribution,
textile and petroleum sectors.
Turkerler, to perform in the contracting business
about the infrastructure and superstructure, by
reaching a total volume of 3,000,000 m2 of
construction in every region of developing Turkey
from 1993 until 2015, aims to take its place among
the important companies of the sector.

Zincirlikuyu’da 292.000 m2lik inşaat alanında Çiftçi
Towers Projesi’nin temeli atıldı.
2012 | In Zincirlikuyu, Istanbul’s most valuable
location, the foundations of the Çiftçi Towers project
in a 292 000 m2 construction area were laid.
İzmir’de Park Yaşam Mavişehir Projesi’nin satışları
başladı.

Dünyanın en büyük entegre hastane kampüsü olan
‘’Ankara Etlik Sağlık Kampüsü’’ (PPP)sözleşmesi
imzalandı.

Doğalgaz çevrim ve ithal kömüre dayalı termik
santral girişimleri başladı.

TOKİ projesi olan 2015’te tamamlanması beklenen
Ankara Westgate projesi 40.000 m2 arazi üzerinde
275.000 m2 inşaat alanı ile Ankara’nın hızla gelişen
en değerli aksı Eskişehir Yolu üzerindedir.
Ankara Westgate project which is a TOKI project
that expected to be completed by 2015 with a
construction area of 40,000 m2 on a land of 275
000 m2, is on the Eskişehir Highway which is the
most valuable axle that rapidly growing in Ankara.

MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN
Coğrafi konumu açısından son derece stratejik öneme
sahip olan Türkiye, ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel
değişimin merkezinde yer almaktadır. Balkanlar’dan
Orta Asya’ya, Kafkaslardan Orta Doğu’ya ve Türki
Cumhuriyetlerden Kuzey Afrika’ya uzanan bu geniş
coğrafyada ülkemiz, tüm halklarla ortak köklere ve iyi
ilişkilere sahiptir.
Turkey, which has an extremely strategic importance in
terms of geographical location, is situated in the center
of economic, social and cultural change. Extending from
the Balkans to the Central Asia and from the Caucasus
to the Middle East and from Turkic Republics to the
North Africa, in this vast region our country has the
common roots and good relations with all the peoples.
Bu durum neticesinde; coğrafi, kültürel ve sosyal
yakınlığın, Türk insanının uyum kabiliyeti ile
harmanlanması pek çok kuruluş açısından sektörel

Türkerler İnşaat A.Ş, altyapı ve üstyapı konusunda
taahhüt işlerini, gayrimenkul yatırımlarını
gerçekleştirmek üzere 1993 yılında kuruldu. Kısa
zaman içinde hayata geçirdiği projelerdeki özen ve
titizliğin getirdiği kalite ile inşaat sektöründe önde
gelen bir marka olmayı başardı.
Türkerler Ailesi olarak, sektörel çeşitlilik bağlamında;
yenilenebilir enerji üretimi, enerji ticareti, doğalgaz
dağıtımı, petrol, tekstil, bilişim, gayrimenkul geliştirme
ve kamu özel sektör işbirliği (PPP) konularında
iştiraklerimiz bulunmaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra kamu ve

Energy Sector
The increase in energy demand that accompanied
by the rapid growth of the economy and the
priority given to domestic energy production and
renewable energy sources gives us momentum to
raise our efforts to this issue in a way very quickly
and decisively. We will continue to realize significant
progress in the renewable energy projects and

agreements with international financial institutions

RES:
Türkerler, enerji üretimi için öncelikle yerli kaynakları
kullanmaya çalışmaktadır. Bu nedenle yenilenebilir
enerji projelerine öncelik vermiş ve akabinde de temel
yük santralleri olan doğalgaz çevrim ve kömüre
dayalı termik santral girişiminde de bulunmaktadır.
Dünya ve özellikle Avrupa Birliği ülkelerinde olduğu
gibi, ülkemizde de rüzgar enerjisi sektörünün sağlıklı
oluşumu ve hızlı gelişimine katkıda bulunmak
amacıyla, kapsamlı çalışmalarla hazırlanan 67 proje
için 1 Kasım 2007 tarihinde, Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme
Kurumu’na (EPDK) farklı bölgelerde yer alan yaklaşık
9.000 MW. kapasiteli başvuru yapılmıştır. EPDK ile
diğer kurumların teknik ve idari değişiklik kararları
neticesinde; 59 proje, toplam 3.432,5 MW. için detaylı
geliştirme çalışmaları devam etmiştir. Bu projelerden
tekli başvuru olarak lisanslananlar ve yarışmalar
sonucu uygun bulunanların portföy dahilinde toplamı
2.040 MW.’ı bulmuştur. Lisanslama ve yatırım süreci
devam ederken yatırım ve ortaklık görüşmelerine
konu olan portföyümüzdeki 1.297,5 MW.’lık projeleri
ile, Türkiye rüzgar pazarının en kapsamlı portföyünü
oluşturmaktadır.

2010 tarihinde üretime başlamıştır. Proje Finansmanı
Alınmış İnşaat halindeki projeler ise 118,5 MW
gücündedir.
RES:
For the energy production, Turkerler primarily tries
to use local resources. For this reason, Turkerler
gives priority to renewable energy projects, and
subsequently makes attempt to the thermal power
plants that based upon the natural gas conversion
and coal which are in fact basic load power plants.
As in the World and European Union countries,
there is a great number of projects based upon the
healthy formation and the rapid development of wind
energy sector in Turkey. For example, on November
1, 2007, there was an apply of 67 projects from the
very different regions of the Turkey to the Energy
Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA). These projects
that comprised of very comprehensive studies have
the capacity of about 9,000 MW. As a result of the
technical and administrative decisions of the Energy
Market Regulatory Authority and other agencies, the
59 projects total capacity of 3432.5 MW. were led for
detailed development work. For these projects, some
of them licensed as individual application and others
found appropriate with the result of the competitions.
And the sum of those within the portfolio was about
2040 MW. Whereas Turkerler, with the project of 1297.5
MW. comprise the most comprehensive portfolio of
Turkey’s wind market.
HEPP:
Turkerler will reach the installed capacity of 427.6 MW
in the area of hydroelectric energy and we have a total
of 14 licenses. The first production facility location of us
in Artvin Erenköy Regulator with the installed capacity
of 22.5 MW hydroelectric power plant began production
in October 2010. And whatsmore the construction
projects in the form of Project Finance received are in
the power of 118.5 MW.
Jeotermal (4 Ruhsat 150 MW Potansiyel ;
1 Lisans 24 MW)
Temiz, çevre dostu, yenilenebilir bir enerji kaynağı
olması nedeniyle ülkemiz jeotermal enerji açısından
şanslı ülkelerden biridir. Türkiye, dünyanın en yüksek
7. jeotermal potansiyeline sahip, yaklaşık 2.000 MW.
potansiyel kapasite ile Avrupa’da 1. sıradadır. Türkerler,
çalışma kapasitesi ile en verimli kaynak olan jeotermal
enerji alanında; Manisa – Alaşehir sınırlarında yer alan
dört farklı jeotermal arama ruhsatı ile Şubat 2011
tarihinde sondajlı arama faaliyetine başlamıştır. İlk
kuyularda elde edilen başarılı sonuçları takiben, 24 MW
enerji üretimi lisansı alınmış binary tesislerle enerji
üretim yatırımları için çalışmalara devam edilmektedir.
Bu bölgelerde 150 MW.’lık kurulu güce erişilmesi, yıllık
1.26 milyon kWh enerji üretilmesi ve projenin 1 yıl
içerisinde tamamlanması planlanmaktadır.
TERMİK; (609 MW)
ES-ES Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. Projesi için Enerji Piyasası
Düzenleme Kurumu’ndan lisans uygunluğu alınmıştır.
Eskişehir ili Merkez İlçesi Muttalip Köyü’nde kurulacak
olan doğalgaza dayalı kombine çevrim santrali, 609 MW.
kurulu gücünde ve yılda yaklaşık 4,8 milyar kW-h elektrik
enerjisi üretim kapasitesine sahip olacaktır. Projeyle
ilgili Çevresel Etki Değerlendirme Uygunluk Belgesi’nin
alınmasına müteakip, projenin finansman paketi
belirlenecek, mühendislik ve makine-ekipman tedarik
firmaları ile ilişkiye geçilecektir. Tesisin 2016 yılında
ticari işletmeye başlaması planlanmaktadır.

Geothermal (4 licenses 150 MW of potential; 1
License 24 MW)
Because of it’s being clean, environmentally friendly
and renewable energy source, our country is one of the
luckiest countries in terms of geothermal energy. Turkey
is the world’s seventh highest geothermal potential with
approximately 2,000 MW and with it’s potential capacity
it is the first number of Europe. Turkerler has started
to its drilling explorations in the field of geothermal
energy in February 2011 with four different geothermal
exploration licenses on the borders located between
Manisa – Alaşehir. Following the successful results
obtained from the first wells, by obtaining a license for
production of 24 MW of energy, we are continuing our
works for the energy production investments in binary
plants. It is planned to reach the installed capacity of
150 MW in these areas to obtain annual production of
1.26 million kWh of energy, and to complete the project
within 1 year.
THERMIC; (609 MW)
For the project of ES-ES Electric Manufacturing Co.,
Ltd. there has been obtained a compliance with the
Energy Market Regulatory Authority license. The
natural gas-based combined power plant cycle which
will be established in the village of Muttalip - Central
District of the province of Eskisehir, will be installed
capacity power of 609 MW. and annual production
capacity of approximately 4.8 billion kW-h of electricity
will have. After receiving the Certificate of Conformity
Environmental Impact Assessment, the project’s
financing package will be determined and will be
involved with engineering and supply of machinery
and equipment firms. Facility is scheduled to begin it’s
commercial operation in 2016.

verilmiştir. 300 milyon dolarlık bir yatırım öngörülen
proje çerçevesinde; mühendislik ve tasarım hizmetleri,
altyapı inşaatları, regülatör tesislerinin yapımı dahil
tüm doğalgaz şebekesinin işletmesi, abone, satış ve
servis hizmetleri sunulmaktadır. Yatırım süresinin
tamamlanmasıyla birlikte, gaz tüketiminin 6,5 milyar
m³/yıl’a ve 1 milyondan fazla müşteriye ulaşması
hedeflerimiz arasında yer almaktadır.
In scope of the project, for the region of distribution
which is comprised of districts of İzmir Central,
Konak, Karşıyaka, Bornova, Buca, Balçova, Çiğli,
Gaziemir, Narlıdere, Güzelbahçe, Aliağa, Kemal Paşa,
Menemen, Torbalı, Menderes and Tire, Izmir Natural
Gas Distribution License was given to Izmirgaz
Natural Gas Distribution Inc. also in which Turkerler
have shares, on 07.07.2005 for a period of 30 years. In
the framework of the project in which an investment
of $ 300 million envisaged, engineering and design
services, construction of infrastructure, including
the construction of regulator facilities, operation of
natural gas network, subscribers, sales and services
will be offered. With the completion of the investment
period, one of our goals to reach is to provide 6.5
billion cubic meters of gas consumption / year and
over 1 million customers.
İnci Doğalgaz İthalat ve İhracat;
Ülkemizin doğalgaz ihtiyacının karşılanabilmesi için
Türkerler İnşaat A.Ş., Crescent Petroleum ile yarı yarıya
ortak olarak İnci Doğalgaz İthalat & İhracat San. ve Tic.
A.Ş. ve İnci Doğalgaz İletim Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.’yi
kurmuşlardır. İnci Doğalgaz İthalat & İhracat ve İletim
Şirketleri, doğalgaz piyasasında faaliyette bulunmak
üzere EPDK’ya 30 yıl süre ile “İthalat Lisansı” ve
“İletim Lisansı” almak için başvuru yapmışlardır. Lisans
prosedürü devam etmekte olan İnci Doğalgaz, Nabucco
projesine gaz sağlayabilecek önemli projeler arasında
yer almaktadır. İnci Doğalgaz Projesi ile Nabucco, ITGI ve
TAP projelerine ve komşu ülkelere gaz temin edilmesi
mümkün hale gelmiştir.
İnci Natural Gas Imports and Exports
In order to meet our country’s natural gas needs the
Turkerler Construction Inc., in partnership with half
and half with the Crescent Petroleum has established
the İnci Natural Gas Import & Export Industry and
Trade Ltd. Inc. and İnci Natural Gas Transmission
Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. İnci Natural Gas Natural
Gas Import & Export and Transmission corporates
applied for Energy Market Regulatory Authority to
operate in the natural gas market for 30 years and to
obtain “Import License” and “Transmission License”.
İnci Natural Gas whose license procedure is ongoing,
is one of the major projects that can provide gas for
the Nabucco project. And with the help of İnci Natural
Gas Project, it has become posible to supply gas to
Nabucco, the ITGI and the TAP projects and also
neighboring countries.
Angoragaz;
Angoragaz Spot LNG İthalatı yapmak üzere
15.12.2009 tarihinden itibaren 10 yıl süre ile
EPDK’dan İthalat ( Spot LNG) Lisansı almıştır.
Angoragaz bu lisans kapsamında; yurt genelindeki
ihracatçı şirketlere, serbest tüketicilere, CNG
dağıtım, iletim ve satış şirketlerine, ithalatçı
şirketlere, dağıtım şirketlerine, diğer toptan
satış şirketlerine, iletim ve depolama tesislerinin
işletimi ve minimum stok için kullanılmak üzere
iletim ve depolama şirketlerine doğalgaz satışı
faaliyetlerinde bulunma hakkına sahiptir.
Turga Doğalgaz;
TURGA Doğalgaz İthalat Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş.;
enerji köprüsü olma yolunda ilerleyen ülkemizde;
ilk etapta Türk-Yunan boru hattıyla, Nabucco ve
diğer ihraç boru hatları ile Türkiye’den doğalgaz
ve LNG tedarik, ihraç edilmesine yönelik faaliyet
gerçekleştirmek amacıyla kurulmuştur.
Angoragaz;
Angoragaz to make Spot LNG Imports, has
obtained an imports license from EMRA for a
period of 10 years from the date of 12/15/2009
to make Spot LNG Imports. Angoragaz within the
scope of this license, has been assigned to take
part in the operations of selling natural gas to the
export companies throughout the country, eligible
consumers, CNG distribution, transmission and
sales companies, import companies, distribution
companies and other wholesale companies,
and transmission and storage facilities for the
operation and minimum stock companies.
Turga Doğalgaz;
TURGA Natural Gas Import Industry and Trade
Co., Ltd., in the first place with the Greek-Turkish
pipeline and then Nabucco and other export
pipelines, this company was established in order to
carry out activities aimed at export of natural gas
from Turkey.
