Training Date 06.2006‐07.2006 Prepared by Ercüment SÖNMEZ 05‐01‐4340 Bornova, İzmir 2006 Ö Z E T Bu rapor, Evyap Sabun, Yağ, Gliserin Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.’nin Ayazağa tesislerindeki stajım boyunca işletmenin en büyük birimlerinden biri olan kozmetik üretimdeki, üretim teknikleri, üretim çeşitleri ve üretime yardımcı prosesler konuları hakkında edindiğim bilgileri içermektedir. Raporun ilk bölümünde, kurum hakkında detaylı bilgilere ulaşabilirsiniz. Bunlar sırasıyla, tarihçe, kronolojik başlıklar, üretim‐teknoloji ve kalite, çevre, iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin oluşturduğu yönetim sistemleridir. Kozmetik üretim kolonya, saç bakım ürünleri, cilt bakım ürünleri, güneş bakım ürünleri, erkek bakım ürünleri ve ağız bakım ürünlerinden oluşmaktadır. Fakat bu bölüm geniş bir ürün çeşidine sahip olduğundan dolayı bu ürün grubları içerisinde yer alan şampuan, traş kremi, diş macunu ve güneş kremi hakkındaki bilgileri raporun diğer bir kısmında bulacaksınız. Genel olarak ürünlerin kısaca tarihçeleri, hammaddeleri, üretim, kalite kontrol ve paketlenmeleri konuları ise bu bölümü oluşturmaktadır. A B S T R A C T This report contains all my experimentation about production techniques, varies and utilities to the production processes during my summer training in Cosmetic Production that is the one of the biggest department of Evyap Sabun, Yağ, Gliserin Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş Factory. In the first part of report, you will reach detailed information about corporotion. One by one these are history, chronological headlines, production & technology and management systems that consist of quality, environment, work health, and safety. Cosmetic production department consists of cologne, hair care products, skin care products, sun care products, man care products and oral care products. Because of this department has a wide product range, you will find information about shampoo, shaving cream, toothpaste and suncreen that take part of these product groups in next part of the report.
