• Smallcut Dynamic Plate
Natilus Smallcut plate system is a minimal invasive system. Additionally Natilus
Smallcut Plate System is more stable than traditional plate systems. In traditional
plate systems the loading is perpendicular to the screws, but in Natilus Smallcut
System the loading is less ten 90 degrees. That means less bending force at screws
and the plate. So early load bearing is available in Natilus Smallcut Plate system

INDICATIONS:
• Canulated screw
• Alignment and stabilization of bone fractures; such as wrist,elbow,foot,ankle,k
• Percutenous solid screws
nee,patella,hip,etc.
• Nonunions and malunions
FEATURES:
• Ligament reconstruction.
• Designed to stabilize bone fragments.
• Arthrodesis of the foot,ankle,wrist,elbow and hand.
• Threaded head provides interfragmentary compression.
• Agumentation of fracture fixation by wire or cable via the hole on the head
• Threaded conical head design minimizes hardware prominence and soft tissue
irritation.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
• Ability of soft tissue augmentation by the hole on the head.
• Active infection
• Ability of wire augmentation via the hole on the head to fix the fragments.
• Patient conditions including blood supply limitations,
• Self driling and tapping ability.
• Insufficient quantity or of bone
• Patients with mental or neurologic conditions who are unwilling or incapaple
of following postoperative care instructions.
• Foreign body sensitivity.

Aconda is an anatomic and dynamic plate for fixation of proximal femur having five modules to fix proximal femur. The system has normalcutl and smallcut
models having locking and dynamic models. The material is MRI friendly stainless
steel.
Indications
• Fractures of proximal femur
• Combined fractures of the proximal femur and ipsilateral shaft fractures
• Metastatic fracture of the proximal femur
• Osteotomies of the proximal femur
• Osteopenic bone
• Nonunions or malunions
Contraindications
• İnfection of surgical region
• Severe osteoporosis and avascular necrosis
• Metal sensitivity
• Metastatic or malignant disasees of the surgical area
• Psychological conditions that the patient can not tolerate the postoperative care

Ortovia android Lengthening system designed to be used in lengthening and
shortening purpose of the limb is a rigid and precision mechatronic external
lengthening system. Ortovia app. is a spetial android-based software that authrized orthopedic surgeon can program and operate the system with remote access via the Internet.
On this system Ortovia.app is installed in patient’s mobile phone, the doctor by
his mobile phone or PC can reach the relevant patient’s lengthening system and
obtain information about the current situation, and also he can reprogram the
lengthening or shortening process.
Indications:
• lengthening and shortening process in long bones
Contraindications:
•In case the patient does not have enough psychological and intellectual abilities
to sustain the operation and postoperative treatment .
• Other known contraindications of limb lengthening process.
