COMPANY PROFILE
TILIM MAKINA company were founded by Ekrem and ilhan DENİZLİ and
commenced its activites at 1986, in İstanbul. Our company which is working
on producing, marketing, assembling of LPG filling and storage facilities,
fixtures, machinery and rendering aftersale service, has obtaineda significant share in
LPG sector with its high quality and wide range of products in a short time.

machinery and production capacity in to our current place which has 1250 m² indoor
and 1500 m² outdoor space at 1996 in Kurtköy / İstanbul. We maintains our

Today it replies to the entire requirements of the LPG sector and continues its Works
to bring its production quality to a higher level and to produce new devices needed by
the market.
During the past 26 years the company fulfilled production and assembling of 65 LPG
filling facilities, countless assembling, repair and renovation of machinery.
Our products are used with admiration inland and abroad. Our company exported
%30 of our total production between 2006 – 2011
Our sister company Net Baskül Ltd. Which is builded in 2001 sucessed in producing
filling scales with high sale ratios in national and international LPG market. Net
Baskül Ltd. exported %60 of their production to international market between 2005 –
2012

LPG GAS COMPRESSOR
Gas compressor allows transport of liquid LPG ( liquefied petroleum gas ) from one place to
another with vapour transfer. Pressure differance should be present for the liquid LPG. Gas
compressors suck LPG in gas phase from one tank and forces it into another tank which
causes pressure increase there and with increased pressure LPG starts flowing into the
other tank to fulfill the transfer.

RELIEF VALVES
They are used the discharce the excessive pressure formed in fixed LPG tanks,
transport tanks and piping installations.They are chosen in size suitable fort he place
they will be used.
Opening pressure: 17,5 kg/cm²
All size up to 1 ½” are made entirely from brass,
2” and 2 ½” size are made from brass casing excluded.

HYDRAULIC VALVE & HYDRAULIC VALVE CASING
They are used as remote controlled safety valves at fixed LPG storage tanks,
spherical tank sor LPG transportation tanks. ( 30 m³ to 5000 m³ ) at liquid and gas
outputs or at piping lines.They can be either placed directy in the outlet of the tank
or outside by installing in a case.

LEAK DETECTOR
This specfication describes the requirments for the 12kg Automatic leak
dedectors.
The leak detectors shall be located wih in the 12kg LPG filling hall
building. Leak detection unit shall be operation and shall be designed to
examine the integrity of the top entry compact cylinder valve to cylinder
body threaded joint, the top entry valve seal and if present the safety
relief valve seal of standard 12kg cylinder and valve.

There shall be 12kg leak detectors for the Project.
The equipment scope of supply may be defined, but not limited the
following items.
 Machine frame
 Pneumatically operated test bell complete with infrared gas
detector with control panel and meter to control volüme of
evaucated air
 Microprocessor for gas analysis.

Normal Performance
The normal operating capacity of each of the 12kg leak detectors shall
be 900-1000 cylinders per hour.
Guaranteed Performance
The guaranteed performance of each of the manuel leak detection
equipment shall be for continuous operation at 750 cylinder per hour.

GENERAL FEATURES OF ELECTRONIC FILLING
MACHINE







LPG Filling scales operate with 12V DC potential. It has 2 amp 12v smps with
built-in short circuit protection.
LPG filling Scales incorporate extra-strong 300 kg capacity load cell with a
very short reaction time.
Main board of the system is made of gold plated high quality PCB made from
fr4 material.
It is highly durable against impacts and vibration since all components
contained in the system main board are SMD (surface mount device).
It is capable to operate in the range of -40 to + 80 Celsius as the components
are MIL-SPEC.
System user interface is made of blue backlight 128*64 full graphic screen.
System user interface key set is made from water proof material that is
compatible with long term usage.

Likely arc formation is prevented by using Ex-Proof coil valves and solenoid
valves in the system and the entire control panel has fully static design.
The system incorporates built-in buzzer for constant audible warning.
16bit core 40mhz MCU is used in the substructure of the system.
24 bit resolution delta sigma converter incorporating high precision PGA is
used for the load cell analog cycle operation.
IC’s are used which generate the reference potential in every environment and
at every temperature in all analogue measurements of the system.
The system performs a hardware self-testing every time it is turned on.
None of the parameters is altered under conditions like power interruption.
Menu substructure and options are entirely equipped with graphics for user
convenience and visual design.
Calibrations and other menu operations can be carried out by authorised
persons by means of password log-in.
The time consuming work load in the calibration menu which could confuse
the operator is entirely loaded to the MCU by means of intelligent algorithms.
Calibration is possible with any etalon mass.
The system is designed to operate with load cells of any brand and of any
weight. It is sufficient to write the load cell weight capacity into the system.
The menu contains manual options for air valve tests. This menu can be used
for non-operative valves or for those which are thought to be defective.
Vibration inertia is absorbed since the digital filter contained in the system
software is engaged under conditions of high vibration and shaking
(parametrically adjustable).
The control panel incorporates an emergency stop button to shut down the
whole system in emergency conditions.

portal frame building and upon the buildings extended foundation apron.
The building is fully open to one side and is partially opened to two
further sides to provide a degree of natural ventilation within the filling
hall. Given the nature of the building all equipment shall be engineered
for sheltered outdoor location.

CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
They are used to transport the cylinder in the filling building and are manufactured in various
dimensions suitable fort he size of the cylindder to be carried. They are designed in such various forms
like with or without chain returning curvers and auxiliary sections depending on the length,purpose and
means of use of the conveyor.
The body is manufactured from NPU iron or steel profile where railings are made from steel pipes with
plastic. ULPOLEN-1000 is a wear resistant material in the chain belts. They are manufactured in sizes
of 3m or else and linked with screws
