he hotels located in a town brings about a significant value to the city in architectural senses. Recently, there has emerged
a new trend in the accommodation sector: Hip Hotels, in other words: ‘Highly Individual Places’... Now, let’s take a look at
the hotels which have the most special characteristics from Paris in France to Bali Island in Indonesia, from Siracusa region in
Italy to Mauritius Island on the Indian Ocean.
Nobis Hotel / Stockholm
İsveç’in Stockholm şehrinde, Norrmalmstorg Meydanı’nda
bulunan Nobis Hotel, 19’uncu yüzyıldan kalma 2 tarihi

Yumuşak renklerin hakim olduğu, şehre ya da otelin
avlusuna bakan odalar, Carrera mermeriyle döşenen
lüks banyoları ile de göz alıyor. 25 metre yüksekliğindeki
tavanıyla bir katedrali andıran Nobis Hotel’in lobisi,
altın aynalarıyla ışıldayan Gold Bar ile şehrin en önemli
restoranlarından biri olan Caina’naya da ev sahipliği
yapıyor.
Located on the Norrmalmstorg Square in Stockholm,
Sweden, the Nobis Hotel is comprised of two historical
buildings dating back to nineteenth century. The design
of this luxury 5 star hotel which blends the traditional and
modern Scandinavian styles in a perfect manner has been
performed by Swedish architecture and design company;
Claesson Koivisto Rune. There are 201 rooms designed in
6 different styles; 69 of them are standard, 99 of them
are superior, 22 of them are Deluxe and 11 of them are
Suit rooms. The rooms which have soft colors and facing
the town or courtyard of the hotel attract attention
thanks to the luxurious Carrera marble-tiled bathrooms.
Resembling to a Cathedral with its 25 meter long ceiling,
the Lobby of Nobis Hotel is the home of Caina which is
one of the most important restaurants of the town with
the Gold Bar which shines with its golden mirrors.

Yunanistan’ın başkenti Atina’da bulunan New Hotel, ödüllü tasarımcı Campana
Brothers imzası taşıyor. Olympic Palace Hotel’in yenilenmesiyle misafirlerinin
hizmetine açılan otel, çağdaş tasarımlar ve eşsiz sanat koleksiyonlarıyla ünlü
Hotels zincirinin en son tasarladığı lüks otel girişimi olarak dikkat çekiyor. Cesur
tasarımlarıyla bilinen Campana Brothers, otelde ağırlıklı olarak Atina’ya özgü
çizgileri kullanmış. Otelin odalarına bakıldığında ise 3 farklı oda tipi göze çarpıyor.
İlkinde Yunan folklorundan Karagiozis adlı kurgusal karakterlere yer verildiği
görülüyor. İkinci tip odada ise tüm kötülüklere karşı koruduğuna inanılan nazar
boncuğu tasarımı ağırlıklı olarak tercih edilmiş. Sonuncuda ise turistlere Atina
tarihini anlatan kartpostalların duvarları süslediği bir tasarım göze çarpıyor.
New Hotel / Athens
Located in Athens, the capital of Greece, the New Hotel has been designed by the
famous award winner designer Campana Brothers. Being put into service after the
Olympic Palace Hotel is restored, this hotel attracts the attentions with its moderns
designs and unique art collections as the final luxurious hotel initiative of the famous
Yes! Hotel chains. Known for very bold designs, Campana Brothers used mainly the
style of Athens in the hotel. Looking at the room of the hotel, it seems that there are
three different room types, The first one gives place to fictional character named
karagiozis belonging to Greek folklore. The second room type is decorated with evil
eye talisman which is believed to protect people against all kind of evil. The last one
has a design which covers the walls with postcards related to the history of Athens.
Murano Resort / Paris
Fransa’nın en romantik şehri Paris’te bulunan Murano Resort,
klasik çizgilerin modern hatlarla birleştiği hip oteller arasında yer
alıyor. Patrick Machefert ve Jerome Foucaud imzası bulunan otelde,
misafirlere her türlü konforun sağlanması için en ince detaylar
düşünülmüş. Otelde bulunan Bar Lounge bölümünde modern
banketler ve broşlarla süslenen kapitone duvarlar göze çarpıyor.
Restoran bölümünde ise barok ve çağdaş çizgilerin hakim olduğu
görülüyor. 43 odanın ve 8 suitin bulunduğu Murano Resort’un
odalarında ise minimalist ve zarif çizgiler hakim. Renk olarak beyazın
tercih edildiği odalarda, oda içi ışıklandırmanızı otomatik bir sistem
sayesinde istediğiniz renge getirebilmeniz de mümkün. Otelin 2
suitinde ise yalnızca size özel olan terasta ısıtmalı havuz bulunuyor.
Murano Resort / Paris
Located in Paris, the most romantic town of France, Murano Resort
takes place among the hip hotels which combine classical style with
modernism. Designed by Patrick Machefert and Jerome Foucaud, the
hotel includes every single detail which can make the guests comfortable.
In the Bar Lounge section of the Hotel, the modern banquets and quilted
walls decorated with brooches attract attention. In the restaurant
section, the baroque and modern designs are mainly used. There are
43 rooms and 8 suits in Murano Resort and the rooms have minimalist
and elegant styles. The colors of the rooms are entirely white and it is
possible to have the lights in the room in any color you want with an
automatic system. In 2 suit rooms of the hotel, there are heated pools on
the terrace just for you.
Alila Villas Soori / Bali Adası
Endonezya’nın Bali Adası’nda yer alan Alila Villas Soori, Design Hotels’e üye

of blue and green. In Alila Villas Soori which is designed in accordance with
Asian style, you can have a luxurious vacation by the ocean. There are rooms
with different sized and different design related features in the hotel. There
are 44 rooms in total in the hotel which has applied 6 different design types
on them. In the rooms, each of which has its own pool, there is a private road
which goes to the beach. Also, there are pergolas in front of the rooms that
can give you the chance to listen to the sounds of nature and the ocean. As
can be understood from its name; Ten-Bedroom Residence, the biggest room
of the hotel is a ten-bedroom villa. It is possible to see the endless ocean from
all the rooms of this villa.

Mimari bir grubun itinayla tasarladığı Hotel Josef’te, geleneksel çizgilerin modern
mimariyle kombine edildiği de dikkat çekiyor. Ayrıca görkemli dokular, ısmarlama
mobilyalar ve yenilikçi teknolojilerin hakim olduğu modern tasarım da otelde dikkat
çeken unsurların başında geliyor. Otelin tüm odalarında beyaz renk hakim. Beyazın

color is enlightened by the orange and olive green furnitures. The rooms numbered

gardens, terraces and cabanas. Each room reflects the
elegant harmony of modern design and Turkish design with
the unique enlightenment design. In the high ceiled rooms,

genç tasarımcılarından biri olan Matali Crasset tarafından dizayn edildi. 38 odası bulunan otel
aynı zamanda çevreyi de dikkate alan yeşil bir hip otel olarak hizmet veriyor. Öncelikle otelin dış
yüzeyine baktığınızda organik boyalarla boyandığı dikkat çekiyor. Otelin restoranlarında da aynı
zamanda organik yiyeceklerden hazırlanan yemekler misafirlere sunuluyor. Resepsiyonda ve
odalarda yine çevreyi dikkate alan geri dönüşümlü kağıtlar var. Otel çalışanları organik kotondan
üretilen giysiler giyiyor. Odalarda da paketlenmemiş bitkisel şampuanlar ve vücut kremleri yer
alıyor. Otel aynı zamanda araç tahsis etmek isteyenlere de, yine yeşili dikkate alarak araba yerine
bisiklet sunuyor.

Located on the Nice region in France and in a 200 meter distance from the sea, Hi Hotel has
been designed by one of the youngest designers of France; Matali Crasset. Having 38 rooms,
the hotel also offers service as a green hip hotel which cares about its environment. First of all,
the exterior surface of the hotel is painted with organic paints. The restaurants in the hotel also
offer meals which are cooked with organic food. In the reception and rooms, the environmental
friendly, recyclable papers are used. The Hotel staff is wearing clothes which are made up of
organic cotton. You can also find un-packed herbal shampoo and body creams in the rooms.
What is surprising that if you would like to rent a car, the hotel offers a bicycle instead of a car
in an environment friendly manner.

and colorful objects are used in a way to reflect the natural

them are beach villas and 2 of them are private villas which are
named ‘Beaulieu’. Being the biggest villa with 200 square meter
area and located among the natural environment, Villa Beaulieu
also has a unique and beautiful ocean landscape. The visitors can

perdelerde daha canlı renkler kullanılmış. Lounge’ın başka bir bölümünde ise siyah
ve beyaz sandalyeler, gümüş banketler ve canlı renklerdeki puflar dikkat çekiyor.

Located in the Brussels town of Belgium, Be Manos Hotel enters into the hip hotel
category which is recently designed by Poulgouras family. This 5 star hotel is designed
by adjusting an old building dating back to 1920s into modern styles of today and the
design belongs to different European architects. Being the first special design hotel
of Brussels, Be Manos has a design which mainly includes the colors of black and
white. The couches and beanbag chairs in the Black Lounge located on the third floor
of the Hotel have the color of black and the curtains have more bright colors. In a
different section of the Lounge, there are black and white chairs, silver banquets and
beanbag chairs in bright colors. Similarly, the rooms also are in black and white. In the
elevators, it is possible to see that citrus yellow color is preferred.

diyebiliriz. Gösterge panelin de beyaz aydınlatma
kullanılması araca ferahlık sağlamış. Arka bölüm
de 2 kişilik oturma kapasitesi var.

Otomobilin etrafında yer alan kameraların
sayesinde görüntüleri 20 cm’lik ekrandan izleyebiliyorsunuz. 360 derece olarak görüntü sunan
sistem, otomobilin kuş-bakışı görüntüsünü de
yansıtarak manevralarda kolaylık sağlıyor. Aktif park yardımcısı dikey ve yatay olarak park
edebilen otomobil, otomatik olarak fren ve direksiyon hareketlerini de sürücüden devralabiliyor.

devirlerde 2 tona yakın ağırlığı sebebiyle atak bir
karakter sergilemese de CLS’nin orta devirleri ve
ara hızlanma performansı çok iyi. Verilerine göre
6.2 lt/100 km olan ortalama tüketim pratikteyse 8
litre aralığında seyrediyor.

Thanks to the cameras located around

assistance, the car can be parked vertically and horizontally; also the car can
assign the brake and wheel motions from
the driver automatically. The length of
the car is 4937 mm; in such a car which
has curved shafts and narrow windows, it
would be beneficial to prefer camera and
automatic parking hardware.
While Mercedes is offering the silence
and comfort that we expect with CLS 350
BlueTEC 4MATIC, this car can speed up in
a smooth and effective manner. Sustaining
the same comfort also while turning the
bends, this car is very effective thanks to
the four wheel drive system. Responding
really quickly to the demands of speeding
up on desire, the car comes to the forefront thanks to its stinginess for gas consumption.
Under the engine hood of CLS 350
BlueTEC 4MATIC, there is a 3 litre diesel
engine which offers 252 horsepower and
a really high torque level (620 Nm). Combined with the 7 forward 7G-TRONIC gears
in the four wheel drive version, this engine
is powered by 9 forward 9G-TRONIC gears
in the rear-wheel drive version.
Offering soft and smooth gear shifting and performing this process very fast,
7G-TRONIC CLS 350 can speed up from
0km to 100 km/h within 6.7 seconds and
can reach a maximum speed of 245 km/h.
Even though it cannot display an active
characteristic due to its weight (nearly 2
tons), the middle cycles and medium acceleration performances are very good.
According to the data, the average consumption is 6.2 l/100km and in real life it
ranges around 8 litres.
The second generation CLS, which is the first fourdoor coupe by Mercedes, is renewed and heads back
to the road. After the innovations made, CLS 350
Bluetec gains a more elegant look.
Also the options like hardware and engine are enriched.
Entering into ‘coupe’ version in 2004 with the CLS
model, Mercedes_Benz has experienced a very rapid
improvement in this sense. The process which began
in 2004 continued with the second generation vehicles
in 2010. As for the year 2015, the make-up on the second generation vehicles created a great momentum.
It also has two carbody options; Coupe and Shooting
Brake.
INTERIOR
The information screen which used to take place
in the hollow section of the front panel has been
changed by the make-up. It is replaced by the screen
which looks like it is hung in the air, just like in the
other models by Mercedes. The new screen is bigger,
therefore easier to watch and follow. But it is a little
bit worrying since it seems to be hung on the front
panel and it is likely to fall down.

gelen 2 bin 800 fitness profesyonelinin yorumları alarak hazırlandığını da söylemekte fayda var. Araştırma sonuçlarını

Bünyamin Aysoy; 2016’da listeye geçmiş yıllarda hiç yer almamış bir unsurun yani ‘giyilebilir teknolojiler’in ilk sıradan

Bünyamin Aysoy states that one element, the wearable technologies which has never been in the list in previous years
has ranked first place in the list of 2016. Pedometers, calorimeters and clothes that can measure the body heat are included among the most significant components of wearable technology. The second most important improvements is that the
trainings performed with small groups had ranked 9th place in 2014, 10th place in 2015 but cannot take place among Top
Ten in 2016… This fact proves that individual trainings will be much more popular in 2016. Considering the data belonging to
the last three years, it is remarkable that TRX trainings which are performed with body weight keeps it place successfully

3-H.I.I.T (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING): This is the name
which is given to high intensity trainings which are usually performed for
30 minutes or less. This program includes the exercise which requires
high energy performance and only short breaks are given.
1-WEARABLE TECHNOLOGIES: Accepted as the biggest technologic
improvement after smart phones, the wearable technologies is based on
the principles of transferring the data collected by the product sensor
into your phones. The data related to how many calories you have burnt,

the end, the things go really complicated when a senior official from
the aid corporation which they work for, Katya, arrives the region. We
think that this movie has very thrilling scenes and is definitely worth

Taking place in metropolis, the story gives the
experience of excitement. Living in a destroyed city;
Metropolis, Superman is still a hero and a symbol
for hope for some people. However, Batman is one of
those who thinks that Superman is dangerous and
he comes to Metropolis from Gotham in order to fix
the damages that Superman results. These two do
not like each other from the beginning and the rivalry
between them is becoming more and more intense.
However, when Doomsday created by Lex Luthor
becomes the biggest threat for the entire Metropolis,

sincere atmosphere. The high ceiling of the
building makes the location look really wide

bar in it. In the bar, a lovely area is formed
with white cupboards up to ceiling and specially designed enlightenments. In the sitting
area, the sofas with colorful and striped pillows attract attention. The warm feeling of
the wood is balanced with the specially designed chairs. Comfort is again on the fore
front in the area which is used for making

maroon and live colors which accompany the
natural look of the wood create an environment which makes visitors more comfortable.

misafirlerimizin kendilerini evlerinde hissedebilecekleri, günün her saatini keyifli bir şekilde değerlendirebilecekleri bir konsepte sahip. Farklı lezzetler,
keyifli müzik seçimleriyle birleşiyor. İki katlı mekanımız, 120 kişiyi ağırlayabilecek kapasiteye sahip. Buraya gelen tüm misafirlerimize yeni açılan bir yerden
çok, daha önce hep varmış hissi veren bir mekan kurgulamak istedik. Dekorasyonda evsel dokularla endüstriyel dokular birleştirildi. Tasarımların birçoğu
özellikle de yer döşemeleri Anadolu’daki eski evlerden toplatıldı, işlendi ve döşendi. Aynı şekilde bar için ev tipi büfe yapıldı. Bununla birlikte büfenin ön
kısmına yerleştirilen endüstriyel tipi aydınlatmalarla bir bütün oluşturuldu. Cam önlerine yapılan rahat ve renkli sedirler, en sevilen köşelerimizden biri. İki

About the details that differentiate Any İstanbul from other location in terms of both place and service, Oytun Yazdıç says: “Any İstanbul has a warm
and sincere concept which makes our visitors feel like home and spend every hour of the day in an enjoyable manner. Different tastes are combined
with enjoyable music selections. Our two floor restaurant has a capacity for welcoming 120 people. We would like to build a place which has been here for
long times rather than a newly opened place for all our visitors. In the decoration, domestic senses are combined with industrial senses. Several pieces
of the decoration – especially the floor coverings – are collected from old Anatolian houses, processed and used in this restaurant. Similarly, home type
sideboard is furnished in the bar. Along with it, the industrial type of enlightenment placed in the front section of the sideboard creates a finished look.
The comfy and colorful sofas placed in front of the windows are our favorite items in this restaurant. The bay window located between two floors is used
as the DJ cabin. We are developing strategies in order to offer warm and sincere atmosphere.”

yemeklerimizin yanı sıra hafta içi öğlen saatlerinde, her gün farklı çeşitte hazırlanan öğlen
mönülerimiz bulunuyor. Firmaların damak tadına hitap eden bu mönüler sayesinde, müşterilerini devamlı bir şekilde yemeğe getiren sabit
firmalarımız var. Mekan planlanırken aslında
üst katın yerleşimini daha çok kurumsal firmalara yönelik hazırladık. Maksimum 50 kişilik
olan üst katın içerisinde daha küçük gruplar ya
da toplantılar için 12 kişilik masanın olduğu ayrı
bir odamız da yer alıyor. Aynı zamanda yemek
sonrası açık havada bir şeyler içmek istenirse
yine aynı katta bulunan yaklaşık 30 kişilik bir
terasımız mevcut. Bizi tercih eden firmaların
istekleri doğrultusunda çeşitli fiks mönüler
hazırlıyoruz. Cam önlerine yapılan rahat ve
renkli sedirler, en sevilen köşelerimizden biri…

addition to the dinner alternatives, we also have
lunch menus prepared with different styles for
noon hours. Thanks to these menus which address
to the tastes of the firms, there are some companies which constantly brings their employees into
our restaurant. While we plan the restaurant, we
have prepared the interior of the upper floor for
corporate companies. On the upper floor which has
a capacity of maximum 50 people, there is a separate room including a table for 12 people for small
groups or meetings. At the same time, we have a
terrace for 30 people on the upper floor for those
who would like to have something to drink after
meal. In accordance with the companies that prefer
our restaurant, we prepare set meal alternatives.

The Nostalgy of Cinema Paradiso
When you enter the town, a postcard like scenery will welcome you. You would never want to
miss one single detail of this landscape and you
would definitely want to take a bunch of pictures.
Located on the foothills of La Rocca Mountain,
going down to the sea over the rocks and surrounded by greenery, this town keeps a medieval
tale alive with its undamaged identity. Maybe this
is why it was mentioned in my favorite movie Cinema Paradiso…
We really suggest you have a cup of espresso
in the lovely cafe on Doumo Square at the entrance of the town. For the Turkish coffee lovers
like us, espresso is just like a saviour in Italy. After you enjoy your coffee, you should start to visit
Cefalu Cathedral. Built between the years; 1131
and 1200, this cathedral was established by the
art protector Roger the Second. The cathedral is
famous for especially its mosaics.
You should definitely enjoy the city by spending some time on this square which is surrounded by several historical buildings, stores which
sell artifacts and accessories, cafes and ice cream shops and palm trees.

Roma döneminden kalma çamaşırhane
Sonrasında da kasabanın trafiğe kapalı sokaklarında dolaşmak
ayrı bir güzel. Bez tenteli, çamaşırlar asılı, çiçeklerle süslenmiş,
balkonlu evleri ve Vittoria Emanuele Caddesi üzerindeki Roma döneminden kalma bir çamaşırhane özellikle görülmeli. Birkaç basamakla inilen tarihi çamaşırhanenin suları sodalı akıyor. Günümüzde
halen Cefalu halkı burayı aktif olarak kullanıp, çamaşırlarını burada
yıkıyor.
Katedralin tam karşısındaki sokaktan aşağıya doğru yürürken
karşınıza çıkan Mandralisca Müzesi de görülmesi gereken yerler
arasında yer alıyor. Çeşitli önemli koleksiyonların yer aldığı bu müzenin Antonello de Messina tarafından yapılan Bilinmeyen Adam
Portresi çok meşhur.
The laundry remaining from Roman period
After the square, it is really magical to wander around the streets of the town which are closed to traffic. Especially the laundry
remaining from Roman period located on Vittoria Emanuele Street
on which the laundry is hung out on canopies, which is decorated
by flower pots and houses with balconies. You can go down into
laundry with some steps and can see that the water flowing in the
laundry includes mineral water. Today the people of Cefalu still use
this laundry and wash their clothes here.
Mandralisca Museum which you can come across while you are
walking down from the street right in front of the Cathedral is
one of the places which are worth seeing. In this museum which
includes several different art collections, a very popular masterpiece; the Portrait of an Unknown Man by Antonello de Messina
is exhibited.

Kasabanın önemli caddelerinden biri de Corso Ruggero… Burada ve ara
sokaklarda sağlı sollu şipşirin mağazalarda türlü hediyelik eşyalar satılıyor.
Sicilya’nın ünlü Mafya şapkaları ise en çok satılanlar arasında. Bu şapkalar
bu isimle anılıyor ama siz sakın Sicilya’da mafya kelimesini kullanmayın. Çok
bozuluyorlar! Rengarenk şallar da yine favori ürünlerden…
The streets closed to traffic
Corso Ruggero is one of the most important streets of the town… Several
different souveniers are sold in very cute stores on this street and the side
streets. Mafia hats which are really famous in Sicily are among the best sellers. This hats are called “Mafia hats” but you should never use “mafia” word
in Sicily. They really get offended! The colorful scarves are among the favorite
products...
Göz alabildiğine kumsal
İlerlerken her sokağın denize çıktığını göreceksiniz ve muhteşem deniz
manzarasına mest olacaksınız. Cefalu plajları görüntü olarak gayet mütevazi.
Bizdeki halk plajlarına benziyor. Bunun yanında son derece cici. İhtiyacınız olan
her şey var. Öyle giriş parası, şezlong parası gibi ayrı ayrı fahiş fiyatlar alınmıyor. Çoğunda yediğinize içtiğinize para ödüyorsunuz o kadar. Göz alabildiğine
kumsal plajlarla dolu…
Beach as far as the eye can see
When you walk around, you see that each street is facing the sea and you
will be enchanted by the magical seascape. The Cefalu beaches are seen to be
really modest. They look like the public beaches in our country. Also they are
really cute. You can find anything you need. There are no extreme prices for
entry or sunbeds. You only pay for what you eat, that’s all. There are so many
beaches as far as the eye can see.

Cefalu başta kılıç balığı olmak üzere balık ve deniz ürünleri ile meşhur. Karides, kalamar, kum midyeli spagetti ve deniz ürünlü pizzaları da çok beğeniliyor.
Vittorio Emanuele Caddesi üzerine pek çok lokanta sıralanıyor. Hemen hepsi aile işletmesi olan
bu lokantalar kuşaklar boyudur şöhretini sürdürüyor. Bu kasabanın gece hayatının da çok güzel
olduğu söyleniyor. Özellikle plaj partileri dillere destanmış.
Beach parties
Cefalu is famous for fish and seafood, especially the sword fish. People really love tastes like
shrimps, wedges, mussel spaghetti and seafood pizza. There are a lot of restaurants on Vittorio Emanuele street. Nearly all of them are run by families and really famous for ages with
generations. Also the nightlife of this town is said to be really good. Especially the beach parties
are told to be legendary.
Balıklarla yüzmenin keyfi!
Plajların dışında da neredeyse her yer denize girmeye elverişli. Pek çok bölümde duşlar, kabinler bulunuyor. Veya yemek yediğiniz lokantalarda
üstünüzü değiştirebiliyorsunuz.
Denizi ise öylesine güzel ki… Pırıl pırıl, dibi gözüken, kumluk ve tertemiz denizde küçük balıklarla birlikte yüzmenin keyfini yaşaya bilirsiniz.
The joy of swimming with the fish!
Apart from the beaches, you can swim in the sea from almost any point. Several points have showers and changing cabins. Or you can change
your clothes in the restaurants where you eat. The sea is so beautiful… It is sleek and bright, you can see the bottom of the sea and enjoy a swim
with small fish in this sandy and clean sea.
