يَا اَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَاُنْثٰى وَج

(٤٩-١٣)
ْ‫يَا اَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ مِن‬
‫ذَكَرٍ وَاُنْثٰى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا‬
َ‫وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا اِنَّ اَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْد‬
ٌ‫هّٰللاِ اَتْقٰیكُمْ اِنَّ هّٰللاَ عَل ٖ يم‬
ٌ‫خَب ٖ ير‬
İSLAM ve INSAN
Muhterem Müslümanlar!
Dinimiz İslam; en degerli konumda olan insana
büyük deger vermis ve ona huzurlu bir hayat
yasaması için dokunulmaz haklar sunmustur. Bu
haklar insan haklarıdır.İnsan, Rabbine karsı
sorumlulugunu ibadet ederek yerine getirirken,
insanlara karsı sorumlulugunu da onların haklarına
saygı göstererek yerine getirir.
Her insan, başta din ve vicdan hürriyeti olmak üzere
yasama, mal-mülk edinme, diger insanlarla beraber
adaletle muamele görme ve barınma gibi haklara
sahiptir. Bu hakların ihlali cezayı gerektirir. Onun için
Kur’an ve Sünnet terbiyesi almıs hiçbir müslümanın,
insan hak ve hukukuna yönelik olumsuz davranıslar
sergilemesi düsünülemez. Peygamberimiz(s.a.s.);
“Zulümden kaçınınız. Çünkü zulüm,kıyamet gününde
bir karanlıktır.” (1)buyurarak, dinimizin zulmü ve
haksızlıgıyasakladıgını bildirmistir.
Diger bir hadis-iseriflerinde ise; “Süphesiz Allah,
dünyada insanlara eziyet edenlere azap
edecektir.”(2)ikazı ile bizleri uyarmıstır. İnsan hakları
niteligi tasıyan Veda Hutbesi’nde ise
söylebuyurmustur: “Ey nsanlar! Bu günleriniz nasıl
mukaddes bir gün ise, bu aylarınız nasıl mukaddes
bir ay ise, bu sehriniz (Mekke)nasıl mukaddes bir
sehir ise, canlarınız,mallarınız, namuslarınız da
öylemukaddestir. Her türlü tecavüzdenkorunmustur.”

Kıymetli Mü’minler!
Kur’an-ı Kerim, insanlara haksızlıkyapmamayı,
paylasmayı, dostlugu, kardesligi,sevgiyi, barısı ve
iyilik yapmayı ögütler. Insan hayatına, seref ve
haysiyetine yönelik saldırıları,kan davalarını, iffet ve
namusa yönelik suçları,sahibinin izni dısında bir
malı kullanmayı,insanların mallarına zarar vermeyi
ve gasp etmeyi dinen günah, hukuken de insan
haklarına yönelik suç saymıstır.
Degerli Kardeslerim!
Dinimiz İslam, insanlar için bir rahmettir.Geliniz,
islam’ın çagrısına kulak verelim. Haklara riayet
edelim. Kendimize ve toplumumuza karsı
sorumluluklarımızın bilincinde olalım. Insanlarla
kavgalı degil barısık, kendimiz ve Rabbimiz ile tanısık
olan bir kul olmaya çalısalım. insanları, ya dinde
yada insanlıkta bir kardesimiz oldugunu düsünerek,
sefkat ve merhametle kucaklayalım.
Hutbemi okumus oldugum ayet-i kerimenin meali ile
bitiriyorum: “- Ey insanlar! Şüphe yok ki, biz sizi bir
erkek ve bir dişiden yarattık ve birbirinizi tanımanız
için sizi boylara ve kabilelere ayırdık. Allah katında en
değerli olanınız, O'na karşı gelmekten en çok
sakınanınızdır. Şüphesiz Allah hakkıyla bilendir,
hakkıyla haberdar olandır. ”.(4)

Honourable Muslims!
Dear Brothers!
Our religion Islam, has given people great value and
the most valuable position. It has provided them
with unchangeable rights in order to live a peaceful
life. These rights are human rights. While people
fulfill the responsibilities set by our Lord through
worship and keep in mind the accountability to Allah,
they also fulfill the responsibility to other people by
respecting their rights.
Our religion Islam, is a mercy for people. Let’s come
and listen to the call of Islam. Let us respect the
rights. Let’s be conscious of our responsibilities to
ourselves and our society. Let’s try to be servants
who are familiar with ourselves and our Lord, and
people of peace rather than people of violence.
Keeping in mind our religious brothers and sisters or
humanity in general, let’s embrace compassion and
mercy.
Every person, has the right to the freedom of
religion and moral sense including the right to life,
property acquisition, engaging with other people
and being treated with justice. Violation of these
rights is punishable. Those Muslims who have taken
the obedience of the Quran and Sunnah cannot be
thought to exhibit negative behaviours towards
human rights and the rule of law. In the following
hadith the prophet (saw) informs us on the
prohibition of cruelty and injustice in our religion,
where he said: “Avoid cruelty and injustice for, on
the Day of Judgment, the same will turn into several
darknesses…”
In one of the hadith it warns us about this, where it
states: “Verily, Allah will torture those who tortured
people in this world.” In regards to human rights,
the prophet (saw) stated in his last sermon: “O
People, just as you regard this month, this day, this
city as Sacred, so regard the life and property of
every Muslim as a sacred trust.”
Precious believers!
The Holy Quran advises people no to do injustice to
others, to share, seek friendship, brotherhood, love,
and kindness. In human life, attacks on the honour
and dignity of others, blood feuds, crimes against
chastity and honour, using a property without the
consent of the owner, and damaging the property of
others and seeking extortion is a sin in our religion,
which are all against human rights law.
I would like to conclude with the meaning of the
verse which was recited in the beginning of the
khutbah: “O mankind, indeed We have created you
from male and female and made you peoples and
tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the
most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most
righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and
Acquainted.”
