Public Disclosure/s to be Announced:
Although not yet issued in the Official Gazette and has become effective, pursuant to the 4th paragraph of
Article 13 of the new Capital Market Law No. 6362, that has been passed in the General Assembly of the
Turkish National Grand Assembly on December 6, 2012, the capital market instruments which are not
delivered by the end of the seventh year following the date they start to be monitored through registration,
shall be transferred to Investor Compensation Centre. A similar provision with regards to foreclosure is
essentially stipulated likewise in the currently effective Capital Market Law No. 2499.
Accordingly, taking into account that our Company shares are being monitored through registration since
2005, our shareholders who fail to register in due time as per the Capital Market Legislation and the other
relevant regulations, the Company securities held physically, by December 2012, may lose the ownership
of such securities.
Therefore, we would like to remind with emphasis that our shareholders who physically hold the securities
of our Company need to apply to our Company headquarters at the address of 100. Yıl Mahallesi
Matbaacılar Caddesi No:78 Bağcılar / İstanbul (Telephone: 0 212 677 01 74) latest by 17:00 hours on
31.12.2012, and that no registration applications may be made after such date.
