Product Code: Plasmerit 515
Plasmerit 515 is Soft PVC in granular form and
in grey color close to RAL 7040.
This product is specially developed for post coextrusion of flexible PVC seals of rigid pvc
glazing beads of window profiles.
Especially sticking performance of Plasmerit
515 to glazing bead surface is very high and
this property makes Plasmerit 515 one step
front of many of the competitive products in
the market sold for the same purpose.
Plasmerit 515 is non-toxic stabilised Soft PVC in
granular form including nitrile rubber and
phthalate free plasticizer. Therefore Plasmerit
515 is both user and environment friendly
product.
Depending on the extruder type and line
speed, processing temperature is in general
between 135°C -175°C in the barrel and 175°C190°C in the tooling.
