Wing Tzun Kung Fu > the most effective form of self-defence
Latosa Weapon System > realistic combat with weapons
under one roof.
EBMAS secures quality standards for the above-mentioned arts, organizes the continued education of its instructors,
teachers and students as well as the further development of the entire training system. EBMAS carries out seminars and
attends to its members in all affairs regarding the association. If you have questions concerning our association, please

Üyelik Başvurusu ve Süresi: Bu belgeyle ben, EBMAS (Emin Boztepe Martial Arts System) üyeliğine ilk 12 ay için başburduğumu beyan ederim. Üyelik
süremin bitiş tarihinden 3 ay öncesine kadar üyeliğimin iptalini istemediğim taktirde sözleşmenin otomatik olarak 1 yıl uzayacağını kabul ederim. Ayrıca yasal
olarak herhangi bir suçtan aranmadığımı beyan ederim
Üyelik Ücretleri: ilk EBMAS üyelik aidatı (Başvuruyu takiben ilk 12 ay için) 36.00 € (başvuru masrafları ve C.O.D. ücreti dahil)
Üyelik ücretleri C.O.D. dir.Kimliğimi o zaman alacağım.

Basic Contractual Agreement for Membership
with EBMAS Headquarters
Processing of Application:
The EBMAS director of your school will send your application via registered mail to the EBMAS membership administration 10
days after its submission. You will be enrolled for the exam this way. If all prerequisites have been fulfilled, you will receive
your AWTO / EBMAS I.D. Within thirty days after postal receipt. Payment will be on delivery. Every year, the membership fee
for 12 months is indicated through a tag inside the AWTO / EBMAS I.D.
Cancellation of Membership(s):
A) The applicant desires to leave only AWTO / EBMAS martial arts school, but would like to continue membership with
the AWTO / EBMAS headquarters.
In this case, submit your cancellation in time (according to the rules set for the cancellation period) to your AWTO / EBMAS
martial arts school. There will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation from the EBMAS school director, which you
can mail immediately to the AWTO / EBMAS membership administration office. (You continue being a member of AWTO /
EBMAS and will be able to attend AWTO / EBMAS seminars without registering in another AWTO / EBMAS school).
B) The applicant desires to leave the AWTO / EBMAS martial arts school as well as cancel his/her membership with the
AWTO / EBMAS headquarters.
In this case, submit your cancellation in time (according to the rules set for the cancellation period) to your AWTO / EBMAS
martial arts school. You will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation from the EBMAS school director. Send this
together with your AWTO / EBMAS I.D. and your written cancellation to the EBMAS membership administration. Be sure to give
enough notice. The cancellation has to arrive at the administration office at least three months prior to the expiration date of each
membership year (which is always calculated from the day of the application).
Other Regulations:
The acquired techniques may only be used in an emergency and may in no case be passed on to unauthorized individuals.
Take your AWTO / EBMAS I.D. to all AWTO / EBMAS events.
Please inform the AWTO / EBMAS membership administration office as soon as possible of any change of address, change of an
AWTO / EBMAS martial arts school, ect.
