New generation tubuler dyeing machine provided for world of textile dyeing and finishing sector which has developed considered
by customer. TWINFLOW temperature
rapid dyeing machine forward the fabric
mostly by the high pressure of the jet flow
nozzle. A principal conseption of rapid
dyeing machine was to accelerate the fabric
circulating speed as far as possible to shorten the time required for each batch to obtain
better dyeing effect. The fabric has been
teste to provide more flexible structure, removed pubescence problems and excellent
shrinlage control at the end of the dyeing
processes of thes machine.

Yüksek sıcaklıkta çalışan TWIN-FLOW
kumaş boyama makinasında kumaş; düzenin
kapalı pozisyonunda oluşturmuş olduğu
yüksek basınç vasıtasıyla yönlendirilir.
Kalıplaşmış boyama mantığında; makinanın
içinde kumaş mümkün olan en kısa sürede tur
zamanına ulaşarak daha iyi bir boyama effektivitesi sağlandığı düşünülüyordu. Bu makinanın boya prosesleri sonucu ise kumaşın
yapısının daha esnek, tüylenme problemlerinin yok edildiği, mükemmel kırık kontrolü
söylendiği test edilmiştir.

While the practical experience has show the
high pressure provided by jet nozzle usually
brings about a high tension to the fabric
that leads the disadvantages like pilling,
structure deformation and poor shrinkage
control. TWIN-FLOW Fabric dyeing machine espacially for delicate knitting fabric
to achieve fabric by a high flowrate of
dyeing liquor instead of high pressure.
The parts of the machine in contact with the
process liqour are manufactured from acit-resistant AISI316L quality stainless steel,
other parts are manufactured from AISI304
quality stainless steel for main body legs,
reinforcement pad, unloading system, all of
the pulley-belt covers etc. Stainless steel
parts of the machine are manufactured
from european certifiate material (DINEN10028-7)
