GENEL BİLGİ
GENERAL INFORMATION
Bu Kullanım Kılavuzu redüktörün/redüktörlü motorun güvenli
taşıma, depolama, yerleştirme/montaj, bağlantı, işletmeye alma,
bakım, onarım işleyişinde bilgi sağlamak amacıyla Firmamız
tarafından hazırlanmıştır. Tüm satın alma ve dizayn kriterleriyle
ilgili bilgi, bu ürüne ait ürün kataloğumuzda yer almaktadır.
Kabul edilmiş mühendislik uygulamalarının yanında, bu talimatta verilen bilgiler dikkatlice okunmalı ve uygulanmalıdır. Dökümanlar yetkili kişi tarafından muhafaza edilmeli ve kontrol etmek
için yanında hazır bulundurulmalıdır. Elektrik motoruyla ilgili bilgiye, motor üretici firma tarafından hazırlanmış kullanım kılavuzundan bulabilirsiniz.

esnasında ve sonrası;
Gerilim altında parçalar, hareketli parçalar ve sıcak yüzeyler
bulunabilir.Tüm yapılacak çalışma boyunca; yani taşıma, depolama, yerleştirme / montaj, bağlantı, işletmeye alma, bakım,
onarım işlemlerinin sorumluluk sahibi yöneticiler ve kalifiye
elemanlar tarafından uygulanması gerekmektedir.
Bu çalışmaları yaparken, aşağıdaki uyarılar ve dökümanlar
göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır.

This brief has been compiled by the manufacturer to provide
information, maintenance,repair, disassembly and dismantling
of the gear units.
All purchasing and design criteria is provided in the Sales
Catalogue. Apart from adhering to established engineering
practices, the information given in this brief must be carefully
read and applied rigorously. The documantation must be
stored by a person with the correct authority and must always
be made available for consultation. The information regarding
the electric motor that can ve found matching the speed
reducer is supplied with the owner’s manual relevant to the
specific electric motor.
During or after operation, gearmotors, gear units and motors
have:
- Live parts, moving parts, possibly hot surfaces.
Only qualified specialists are allowed to undertake the
following work:
- Transportation, putting in to storage, installation / mounting,
connection, startup, maintenance.
Please comply with the following instructions and documents
whwn doing so:
- Associated this manual abd wiring diagrams.
- Warning and safety signs on the gear unit / gearmotor.
- Regulations and requirements for the specific system.
- National / regional regulations governing safety and the
prevention pf accidents.
Life cycle of gear unit / geared motors is ten years and
guarantee period is two years. It is validity in TURKEY. This
brief is prepared as a summary for just easy using. Manual
could be downloaded website which is www.pgr.com.tr for
more information.
Transportation and storage
Taşıma ve Depolama
Transportation: Consider information at receiving product
which is writter on package.(Check products before receiving!)
Inspect the shipment for any damage in transit as soon as you
receive the delivery. Inform the shipping company immediately.
It may be necessary to refrain from starting up the drive. All
the following operations must be done with due care and
caution and without sudden movements.
Storage: Do not store the unit im excessively humid conditions
or where it is exposed to the weather (do not store outdoors).
Do not place the gear unit directly on the ground. Place the
gear unit on a stable base and make sure that is not subjected
to accidental displacement. Store the packaged gear unit (if
allowed) in accordance with the instructions on the packaging
itself. If the breather valve is not activated, you must remove
the transport fixtur e from the breather valve before starting up
the gear unit!
If the gear unit is stored for more than 6 months, cover all
machined external surfaces with a rustproofing product
application range.

dikkate alınız. Ürün teslim alınırken ürünün taşıma sürecinde
hasar görüp görmediğini derhal kontrol edilmelidir. Olası hasarlar Firmamıza bildirilmelidir. Hasarlı ürün devreye alınmayabilir.
Tüm taşımalarda ani hareketlerden ve ani kaldırma yük hızlarından kaçınılmalıdır.
Depolama: Açık havada ve yüksek nem içeren ortamda depolama yapmayın. Redüktör/redüktörlü motorları direk yerle temas
ettirmeyin.Redüktör/redüktörlü motorların temas ettiği yer stabl/
rijit olmalı. Aksi taktirde yer değiştirme esnasında hasar oluşabilir. Redüktör üzerinde bulunan havalandırma tapasının taşıma
emniyetini Şekil’de gösterilen biçimde çıkartınız.
Eğer redüktör, 6 aydan fazla süre için depolama yapılacaksa
paslanabilir parçaların üzerine koruyucu yağ kullanılmalıdır.

Montaja Başlamadan Önce
Redüktörlü motorun üzerindeki bilgiler mevcut şebeke gerilimine uygun olmalıdır. Tahrik ünitesinde hasar olmamalıdır.
(Taşıma ve depolama hasarları vs..) Ortam sıcaklığı
“Yağlayıcılar” bölümünde verilen sıcaklık değerlerine uygun
olmalıdır. Tahrik ünitesi aşağıdaki ortam koşullarında monte
edilmemelidir.
- Patlayıcı atmosfer, yüksek korozif ve/veya yağlar, asitler, gazlar, buharlar, radyasyon.
- Direkt gıdayla temas eden yerde.
Prerequisites of assembly
The entries on the nameplate of the gearmotor match the
voltage supply system. The drive has not been damaged
during transport or storage. Make certain that the following
requirements have been met: Ambient temperature according
to the table of lubricants in Sec. Lubricants.
The drives are not allowed to be installed under the following
ambient conditions:
- Potantially explosive atmosphere, oils, acids, gases, vapors,
radiated interference.
- In direct contact with loose food products.
Özel uygulamalarda motorun / redüktörlü motorun konfigürasyonu ortam şartlarına uygun olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çıkış
milleri ve flanş yüzeyindeki korozyon önleyici madde, pislikler
vb. kirlenmeler temizlenmelidir. Piyasada yaygın olarak kullanılan solvent kullanılmalıdır. Yataklara ve sızdırmazlık elemanlarına solvent temas etmemelidir. Aşındırıcı ortam koşullarında,
çıkış mili sızdırmazlık elemanlarını aşınmaya karşı koruyun.
Bağlantı flanşlarını DIN 332’ye göre açılan diş ile mile bağlayın.
Redüktör / redüktörlü motor sadece önceden belirlenmiş olan
montaj pozisyonuna göre yerleştirilebilir/monte edilebilir.
Bağlantı temeli yeterli büyüklükte ve titreşim izolasyonu olmalı.
Altyapı; düz, titreşimsiz ve burulmaya karşı korunmalı.
Redüktör / redüktörlü motor ağırlığını ve çalışma gerilimlerine
dayanabilecek yapıda olmalı. Redüktör / redüktörlü motorun
bağlanacağı ünitenin kapalı olduğundan ve istemsiz çalıştırılmayacağından emin olunmalıdır. Redüktörün dışındaki hareketli parçaların çevresi koruyucu mahfaza ile kapatılmalıdır. Çalıştırmadan önce redüktör üzerinde bulunan havalandırma tapasının taşıma emniyetini Şekil’de gösterilen biçimde çıkartın.

Redüktörü ve motoru kasıntısız monte et. Yeterli hava (Ventilasyon) sağlanmalı. Milde kaçıklık olmamalıdır. Tercihen tahrik
makinası ve çıkış şaftı arasında elastik kaplin kullan. Motoru
çalıştırmadan önce bağlantı elemanlarını kontrol edin ve sıkın.
Şaft montajlı redüktörlerde lastik takozlu tork kolu kullanın.
Redüktörün Boyanması: Redüktörün / Redüktörlü motorların
tamamen veya kısmen boyanması gerektiğinde, havalandırma
tapasının ve mil sızdırmazlık elemanlarının ve etiket üzeri
bantla yapıştırılarak boyama işlemi yapılır. İşlemi sona erdiğinde bant çıkartılır.

Gear units / gearmotor are designed according to ambient
condition at special operation. You must thoroughly clean anti
corrosion agents, contamination and the like off output shafts
and flange surfaces. Use a commercially available solvent.
Do not let the solvent come into contact with the sealing lips
of the oil seals-danger of damage to the material!
If the ambient conditions are aggressive, protect the oil seals
on the output end aganist wear. Make use of tapped hole
(DIN 332) to suit fastening to the shaft end.
The gear unit or gearmotor is only allowed to be installed in
the specified mounting position. The foundation (base) should
be of adequate size and vibration-proof.
The support structure must have the following features: Flat;
vibration damping; torsionally rigid. Ensure that the structure
to which the gear unit is to be mounted is sufficienty robust
and rigid to support its weight and operating stresses.Check
that time machine on which the gear unit is to be installed is
switched off and cannot be accidentally switched on again. Fit
suitable guards to protect against the external moving parts of
the gear unit. If the breather valve is not activated, you must
remove the transport fixture from the breather valve before
starting up the gear unit, install gear unit or geared motor
rigid and braceless. Ensure sufficient ventilation, avoid
shocks on shafts (bearing damage!) preferably use flexible
coupling between output shaft and driven machine. Fit output
elements to shafts end or secure feather key before starting
the motor use torque arm with rubber buffer on shaft
mounting gearboxes.
Painting the gear unit: If you paint over all or part of the
drive, please take care to mask the mask the breather valve
and oil seals carefully. Remove the masking tape once you
have completed the painting work.

INSTALLATION
Installing input elements
Çıkış miline bağlanan elemanın montajı
• Redüktörü sadece siparişte belirtilen montaj pozisyonuna
göre montajlayın. Şaft montajlı redüktörler kurulumun teorik
düzlemine ±5° tolerans ile montajlanabilir.
• Eğer dişli ünitesi yağsız olarak tedarik edildiyse, sadece
yağlayıcı ile doldurulduktan sonra kurulumu gerçekleştirilmelidir.
• Redüktörün çalışması boyunca oluşabilecek rulmanların
burma gerilimi için redüktör düz titreşimsiz bir yüzeye montajlanmalıdır.
• Redüktör montajında 8.8 kalitenin altında civata kullanmayınız, ağır işlerde 10.9 kalitede civata kullanınız. Sıkma torkları için aşağıdaki tablo size referans sağlayabilir. Redüktörün
makinaya veya elektrik motoru montajında diş açılmış deliklerde civatanın gevşememesi için ince film Loctite 510 veya
eşdeğer ürün kullanınız.
• Çalışma süresince redüktörün maruz kaldığı radyal ve
eksenel yükün belirtilen değerlerden fazla olmadığından emin
olunuz.
• Kontrolleri için havalandırma tapası ve seviye tapası kolay
ulaşılabilmelidir.
• Kurulum sonrasında redüktörü temizleyiniz.
• Only install the gear unit in the motor execution and
mounting position specified on the order. Shaft mounted
gear units can be installed with a tolerance relative to the
theoretical plane of installation of ± 5°.
• If the gear unit is supplied without lubricant it must be
installed as such and only filled with lubricant thereafter.
• Secure the gear unit to a flat, vibration-free surface capable
of bearing the torsional stresses it produces in operation.
Make sure not to deform the contact surfaces,mounting feet
and/or flanges by overtightening the bolts.
• For assembling of gearbox please do not use screw which
has quality less than 8.8, on the other hands please use
10.9 quality for heavy duty applications. Following tables
can be reference for tightening torques of screws. Please
use Loctite 510 or equivalent products to holes before
assembling electrical motor or to themachine for obtaining
film thickness to prevent lossening of screws.
• Make sure that the radial/thrust loads and operating torques
do not exceed those specified for the unit.
• The vent caps and oil level caps must be easy to access for
inspection.
• Clean the gear unit thoroughly after installation.

Installation Instructions
Eğer motorlu redüktörün kurulumu yapılacaksa lütfen öncelikli
olarak elektrikli motorun üreticisine ait kullanım kılavuzuna danışınız.
1. Redüktörden tüm artık kalan paketleme ve koruyucu malzemeleri temizleyin.
2. Siparişte belirtilen data ile etiketteki bilgilerin uyuşmasını
kontrol ediniz.
3. Redüktör montajının yapılacağı yapının ağırlığa ve çalışma
gerilimine karşı yeterince sağlam ve dayanıklı olmasını sağlayınız.
4. Montajı yapılacak makinenin kapalı olduğuna ve çalıştırılması durumunda kazaya sebep olmayacağından emin olunuz.
5. Kaplin yüzeylerinin düz olduğundan emin olunuz.
6. Şaftın/delik milin kaplin için doğru hizalanmasını kontrol ediniz.
7. Redüktör dış tarafındaki hareketli parçaları korumak için uygun koruyucu yerleştirin.
8. Eğer çalışılan ortam redüktör veya parçalar için korozyonlu
bir ortam ise, aşındırıcı çevreye karşı gerekli özel önlemler
alınmalıdır. Bu durumda PGR satış servisine danışınız.
9. Size öneririz ki, redüktör/motor ve diğer parçaların arasındaki tüm kaplin yüzeylerine optimum kaplin performansı ve
aşındırma korozyonuna karşı koruyucu malzeme (Klüber
paste 46MR 401 veya benzer özelliklerde ve uygulama
alanlarında eşdeğer ürün) kullanmanızdır.
10.Etkin olan kaplindeki sürücü şaftının kataloğun 17 - 18 - 19
- 20. sayfalarına göre işlendiğinden emin olunuz.
11.Dış ortamda ve elektrik motorlu redüktörün kurulumu durumunda ünitenin direk olarak güneş ışığı ve hava ile temas kurmasını engelleyecek koruyucu veya gövde kullanınız. Düzgün bir şekilde havalandırıldığından emin olunuz.
12.Redüktörün boyanması durumunda boyanın keçe ile temasının olmaması için yapışkan bant kullanınız. Keçenin boya
ile temas etmesi sonucunda keçenin zamanından önce
kuruyup yağ sızıntısı oluşmasına sebep olur.
13.Giriş yada çıkış şaftına montajı gerçekleştirilecek herhangi
bir dişli, zincir dişli veya kasnağın iç çapı ISO H7 toleransı
ile işlenmelidir. Şaftların diş çekilmiş delik içermesi, arka
plakalı gergi elemanı kullanılarak somun ile dişli veya zincir
dişlinin montajlanması sağlanır.
14.Çalıştırmadan önce montaj pozisyonu için yağlayıcı seviyesini ve yük tipi için yağ vizkositesinin doğru olduğunu
kontrol ediniz.
If a gearmotor is going to be installed, please consult the
owner’s manual of the electric motor on beforehand.
1. Thoroughly clean all packaging materials and protective
product residue from the gear unit. Pay particular attention
to the coupling surfaces.
2. Check that the data on the data on the nameplate
corresponds to that which is specified on the order.
3. Ensure that the structure to which the gear unit is to be
mounted is sufficiently robust and rigid to support its weight
and operating stresses.
4. Check that the machine on which the gear unit is to be
installed is switched off and cannot be accidentally
switched on again.
5. Check that all coupling surfaces are flat.
6. Check that the shaft/bore are perfectly aligned for coupling.
7. Fit suitable guards to protect against the external moving
parts of the gear unit.
8. If the work environment is corrosive for the gear unit or
any of its parts, take the special precautions required for
aggressive envirobnments. In this case, contact the
POLAT REDUCER sales service.
9. We recommend applying a protective paste to all
couplings between the gear unit/motor and other parts
(Klüberpaste 46 MR 401 or equivalent product with similar
properties and application range) to ensure optimal
coupling and protection against fretting corrosion.
10.To ensure effective coupling, the driven shafts should be
machined to the tolarences given in tables17-18-19-20
in Annex 3 of this manual.
11.In case of installation outdoors and when fitted with an
electric motor, protect the latter from direct sunlight and
the weather by means of guards or a casing. Also make
sure that the assembly is properly ventilated.
12.In case the gearbox is to be painted use adhesive tape
to prevent contact of paint with the oil seals.
Painting of oil seals may lead to premature drying of
rubber and result into oil lakeage.
13. Any gears, sprockets or pulleys being fitted to the input
or output shafts must have their bores machined to
ISO H7 tolerance. The shafts are provided with threaded
hole to facilitate with threaded hole to facilitate the use
of tierods with backplate and nut to push on the gears or
sprockets being fitted.
14.Before operating the machine check that the lubricant
level is correct for the mounting position of the gearbox
and the gearbox and the lubricant viscosity is correct for
the kind of load.

Now proceed with the installation as follows:
1. Redüktörü kurulumun yapılacak olduğu alanın civarına yerleştiriniz.
2. Redüktörün montajını gerçekleştirin ve sağlanan bağlantı
noktalarından redüktörü yerleştirin. Redüktör belirtilen montaj bağlantısı (tork kolu) ile sağlama alınmalıdır.
3. Sevkiyat boyunca yerleştirilmiş kör tapayı havalandırma
tapasıyla değiştiriniz.
4. Montaj civatalarını sıkınız ve yağ tapalarının sayfa 7 - 8 - 9
10’da katalogda verilen değerlere göre yerleştirildiğini
kontrol ediniz.
1. Place the gear unit in the vicinity of the installation area.
2. Mount the gear unit and secure it to the structure at the
points provided. The gear unit should be secured to the
structure through all mounting points on the mount
specified (torque arm).
3. Locate the closed plug used for transportation and replace
it with the vented plug provided.
4. Tighten down the mounting bolts and check that the oil
plugs are screwed down to the torque given on 7 - 8 - 9
10 page.

1. Civataları sırayla (karşılıklı değil), 1/4 devir yaparak sök. Civataları tamamen sökerseniz kaza tehlikesi vardır.
2. Sıkma flanşını iç bileziğin koniğinden çözün.
3. Redüktörlü makinanın milinden alın.
1. Loosen locking screws in sequence in several steps by
using approximately 1/4 turns. Danger - Do not remove
locking screws completely.
2. Loosen the outer collars from the double tapered iner ring.
3. Remove hollow-shaft reducer from solid shaft.

STARTING UP
• Katalogdaki montaj pozisyon tablosu yardımı ile yağ seviyesini kontrol et.
• Çalıştırmadan evvel havalandırma tapasını tak.
• Eğer belirtilmemişse ilk yağ dolumu yağlama listesinde gösterildiği gibi yapılır.
• Please check oil level according to analysing table of mounting positions on catalogue.
• Before running the gearbox please mount vent plug to gearbox.
• If it is not determined, first oil filling must be achieved according to lubrication table.
BAKIM
MAINTENANCE
Redüktörler fabrika tarafından sentetik yağ doldurularak sunulur, çok fazla bakım gerektirmez. Redüktör uzun bir zaman çok
nemli ortamda kalacak ise redüktörün tamamının yağ ile doldurulmasını öneririz. Çalışmaya alınacağı zaman uygun seviye
sağlanmalıdır (Sayfa 11).
Gearboxes supplied with synthetic oil from factory do not
require further maintenance. Should the gearbox be sitting
standstill for a long time in a very humid environment we
suggest to full it up with oil. The proper level must be restored
when the gearbox is newly put back into operation
(see page 11).

esnasında karıştırılmamalıdır.
Synthetic and mineral lubricants must not be mixed
either for filling or for disposal!
Ünitenin bakım işine başlamadan önce operatör
üniteyi kapatmalı servis dışı olduğundan emin olmalı ve herhangi bir kaza ya da umulmadık bir yük ya
da dış yükle dönebilecek parçalara karşı tüm önlemleri almalıdır. Bunun dışında tüm çevre güvenliği tedbrileri alınmalıdır. (Ör: Artık gaz eliminasyonu
ya da yoz gibi.)
Before doing any work on the unit, the operator
must first switch off power to the gear unit and
ensure that it is out of service, as well as taking all
necessary precautions against it being accidentally
switched on again or its parts moving without
warning(due to suspended loads or similar external
factors). Furthermore, all additional environmental
safety precautions must be taken (e.g. elimination
of residual gas or dust, etc.).

ANTI-RUN BACK DEVICE
Talep edilirse redüktörlerde (Pt/A - Pt/A_D) yalnızca bir yönde
dönüşe izin veren kilit sistemi mevcuttur. Yön seçimi (sağsol) opsiyonel olmasından dolayı siparişte belirtilmelidir.
Redüktör boyutlarından 40 - 45 - 50 - 100 - 125 (25 - 35/5 - 30
- 38 hariç) BW kilidini standart gibi kabul edilmesi için tasarlanmıştır. Boyutlardan 35 - 60 - 70 - 80 kilit destekleme elemanına (A) ihtiyaç duyar.
Kilit elemanı aşağıdaki kolay prosedür takip edilerek kolayca
montajlanır veya demontajlanır.
1. A kapağını çıkarınız.
2. E kamasını yerleştirin (Pt/A 35...Pt/A 45... dışında)
3. 40 - 45 - 50 - 100 - 125 boyutları için dış burç (D) yerleştiriniz.
4. Kapın içindeki kilidin oturma yerine(veya dayanak kapağına)
BW kilit elemanını yerleştirin.
5. Halka etrafına kalın bir gres sürerek dış tarafın üzerine baskı uygulayarak kilit elemanına doğru itiniz.
6. Manuel olarak (destek kapağını) yerleştirin ve kendi etrafında hizalamak için döndürünüz.
7. Dönüş yönünün doğruluğunu giriş milini döndürerek kontrol
ediniz ve eğer doğru değilse yukarıdaki basamakları tekrar
ederek kilit elemanını ters yönde montajlayın.
On request the gearbox is available fitted with an anti-runback
device (Pt/A - Pt/A-D) which only allows output shaft rotation
in one direction. The choice of direction is optional, therefore is should be indicated when ordering (left or right).
The gearboxes of size 40 - 45 - 50 - 100 - 125 (excluding
25-35/5-30-38) are desingned to accept the BW antirunback
element as standard; Sizes 35-60-70-80 need the anti-runback element support (A) as well.
The element is easily fitted or disassembled by following this
simple proceedure:
1. Remove cover A;
2. Fit key E (excluding Pt/A 35... and Pt/A 45...);
3. For sizes 40-45-50-100-125 also fit external bush D;
4. Insert the clutch element BW into the seat of the cap (or
support);
5. Put thick grease into the ring and press outside the small
of the antirunback device;
6. Fit cap A (or support) pressing with the hands and turning
the cap itself;
7. Check that the direction of rotation is correct, by turning the
gearbox input shaft by and. If not correct then repeat the
above steps, but fit the clutch element in the opposite way
around.

YAĞLAMA
LUBRICATION
Redüktörler seviye, boşaltma ve doldurma tapalarına sahip olmaksızın yağlanırlar.
Yağlanan redüktörler havalandırma tapası, seviye tapası ve
boşaltma tapası ile tedarik edilir. Siparişlerinizde gerçek
montaj pozisyonlarını mutlaka belirtiniz.
Gerçek montaj pozisyonu siparişte belirtildiği gibi olmalıdır.
The gearboxes lubricated for life have no level, drain and filling plugs.
Lubricated gearboxes are supplied with venting plug, oil-level
plug and drain plug. Please always specify actual mounting
positions of gearboxes when you are ordered.
Actual mounting position should be always specified when
ordering.

Sentetik yağlayıcılar dış ortam sıcaklığı -30°C ile +50°C arasında
kullanılabilir.
Pt/A redüktörün iç parçaları yağ havuzunda ve sıçrama ile yağlanmaktadır.
Verilen tablolarda değişen montaj pozisyonuna göre konulması gereken yağ miktarı ve buna uygun olarak tapa pozisyonları
belirlenmiştir. Uygun dolum daima gösterge tapasının merkezi
veya yağ ölçme çubuğu ile kontrol edilmelidir.
Bazı durumlarda listede verilen yağ miktarlarının dışında arasıra kayıp olma ihtimali vardır.

The synthetic lubricants can be used with ambient temperature
from -30° C to +50°C.
Gears of Pt/A gear unit series run at oil bath and lubrication
could be provided with splashing.
Applicable plug position and oil quantity are given at tables
according to variable mounting positions.Suitable checking of
oil level must always be according to center of oil-level plug or
with dipstick.
Sometimes, there are possibility difference between oil-level
and oil quantity which is given at table.

Garanti Şartları
1. Garanti süresi, malın teslim tarihinden itibaren başlar ve 2 yıldır.
2. Malın bütün parçaları dahil olmak üzere tamamı Firmamızın garanti kapsamındadır.
3. Malın garanti süresi içerisinde arızalanması durumunda, tamirde geçen süre garanti süresine eklenir. Malın tamir süresi en fazla
30 iş günüdür. Bu süre, mala ilişkin arızanın servis istasyonuna, servis istasyonunun olmaması durumunda, malın satıcısı, bayii,
acentası, temsilciliği, ithalatçısı veya imalatçısı-üreticisinden birisine bildirim tarihinden itibaren başlar. Malın arızasının 15 gün
içerisinde giderilmemesi halinde imalatçı-üretici veya ithalatçı malın tamiri tamamlanıncaya kadar, benzer özelliklere sahip başka
bir malı tüketicinin kullanımına tahsis etmek zorundadır.
4. Malın garanti süresi içerisinde gerek malzeme ve işçilik, gerekse montaj hatalarından dolayı arızalanması halinde, işçilik masrafı,
değiştirilen parça bedeli ya da başka herhangi bir ad altında hiçbir ücret talep etmeksizin tamiri yapılacaktır.
5. Tüketicinin onarım hakkını kullanmasına rağmen malın;
- Tüketiciye teslim edildiği tarihten itibaren, belirlenen garanti süresi içinde kalmak kaydıyla, bir yıl içerisinde; aynı arızanın ikiden fazla tekrarlanması veya farklı arızaların dörtten fazla meydana gelmesi veya belirlenen garanti süresi içerisinde farklı
arızaların toplamının altıdan fazla olması unsurlarının yanı sıra, bu arızaların maldan yararlanamamayı sürekli kılması,
- Tamiri için gereken azami süresinin aşılması,
- Firmanın servis istasyonunun, servis istasyonunun mevcut olmaması halinde sırayla satıcısı, bayii, acentesi temsilciliği ithalatçısı veya imalatçı-üreticisinden birisinin düzenleyeceği raporla arızanın tamirini mümkün bulunmadığının belirlenmesi, durumlarında tüketici malın ücretsiz değiştirilmesini, bedel iadesi veya ayıp oranda bedel indirimi talep edilebilir.
6. Malın kullanma kılavuzunda yer alan hususlara aykırı kullanılmasından kaynaklanan arızalar garanti kapsamı dışındadır.
7. Garanti Belgesi ile ilgili olarak çıkabilecek sorunlar için Sanayi ve Ticaret Bakanlığı Tüketicinin ve Rekabetin Korunması Genel
Müdürlüğü’ne başvurabilir.
8. Müşteriler servis veya tamir sonrası oluşan problemler için üreticiyi bilgilendirilmelidir.
9. Bu garanti, ürünün kendisi dışında, ürünün kullanıldığı müşteri tarafındaki tesis durması, fiziksel veya ruhsal yaralanmalar gibi
zararları kapsamaz.
10. Satın alınan ürünlerimizde yapılacak değişiklikler, kusurlu arıza tamiri, hatalı kullanımlar, ilgili ürüne ait kullanım kılavuzuna uygun
olmayan işlemler, firmamızın onayı olmadan satılan malzemeler, yeterli teknik donanımı olmayan elemanların işletmeye alması
sırasında meydana gelecek arıza ve bozulmalar garanti kapsamında değildir.
11. Müşteri, sevk edilen ürünü kontrol etmekle yükümlüdür. Herhangi bir hasar vb. uygunsuzluk durumunda ürün kabul edilemez ve
uygunsuzluğun Firmamıza bildirilmesi gerekir.
12. Arıza durumunda, garanti kapsamında olan ürünlerin kullanımı hemen durdurulmalı ve firmamıza gönderilmelidir.
13. Müşteri tarafından çalışma koşulları bilgisi doğru verilmediğinde (yanlış, eksik, koşulların değişmesi vs. bilgi) ya da servis faktörünün önerilenin altında seçilmesi durumunda ürün, garanti kapsamı dışındadır.
14. Ürünlerin kullanım alanında tamir edilmesi, garanti şartlarına dahil değildir.
15. Ürünün kullanım ömrü 10 yıldır.
