Company Profile
• Established as a Portfolio Management Company in 1997.
• Went to public at Istanbul Stock Exchange in 1999.
• In 2006, ‘Yeşil İnşaat Gayrimenkul Yatırım Hizmetleri Ticaret A.Ş.’ and
Rudolph Younes took over the company from İhlas Group and changed its
name to ‘Y&Y Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.’
• In 2010, company merged with ‘Yeşil İnşaat Yapı Düzenleme ve Pazarlama
Ticaret A.Ş.’, changed its title to ‘ Yeşil Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.’
and became a leading REIT in Turkey.
• With the merger, paid in capital was increased from 24,151,319 TRY to
235,115,706 TRY.

governance rating and is one of the 44 companies
which are included in the Corporate Governance
Index in Istanbul Stock Exchange (ISE).

The Corporate Governance Rating that was
determined as 8.16 in 2009 rose each year and
reached to 9.04 in 2014.

Credit Rating

Yeşil REIT has achieved another
first by obtaining an Investable
Credit Rating among other REITs.
The company’s long term credit
rating was determined as TR BBB
and short-term credit rating was
determined as TR A2 which
demonstrate that our Company is
“Investable”.
•
Yeşil REIT also received a long term
credit rating of A- and a short term
credit rating of A-1 from JCR
Eurasia Rating.
