By winning Doğa College team in Özyeğin University Cup, our Young Basketball Team got a very important advantage for the semifinals.

Traditional high school streetball tournament started on March 24. 16 teams participated in the tournament and teams were matched
with the drawing of lots method. Finals and semifinals will be organized during May 19 celebrations.

FUTBALL
Sarıyer District Football Matches started with the little category this week. Our little team were eliminated from the tournament by losing
the match that it played against Darüşşafaka.
CHESS
Enka Schools Chess Team got the 3. Place among 25 schools in Terakki Schools Chess Tournament that was organized on 22 and 23
March 2014.
Uzay Çizmeci placed 3rd in his category and Efe Şenel placed 3rd in his category as well.
Kaan Torfilli, 1st Grader, attended the tournament and he placed 2nd in his category. We congratulate all our students.
VOLEYBALL
Enka Sport Club Teams;
Our little girls volleyball team that consists of 7th and 8th graders continue its matches in the development league.
Enka Sport Club Teams;
Özü Cup High School Tournament which was organized by Özyeğin University still continues.
Enka Schools teachers attended Sarıyer District Volleyball Matches and they won all three matches in their category.

STARS REGIONAL SWIMMING CHAMPIONSHIP
Stars Regional Swimming Championship was organized on 21-23 March 2014 in Aksaray. Our school team participated in the races with
Ela Köksal, Defne L. Karabatur, Derya Çöğendez, Zeynep Naz Tunç, Doğan Tamer, Ali Odabaşı, Seran Kobaner,Ali Deniz Aydınak, Mekin
Kutucular, Eren Uluç, Altuğ Yılmaz. Our students got 8 Golden, 27 Silver and 8 Bronze medals. Our girls team had 3 missing
swimmers but they placed 3rd in their group, whereas our boys team became champion. We would like to congratulate our girls and boys
teams who deserved to attend Turkey finals in May in Bursa. We wish them every success.
