bu yönlenme lokal ýsý üretim
cihazlarý ile birlikte mobil ýsýtma
sistemlerinin ihtiyacýnýn ortaya
çýkmasýný saðlamýþtýr.
Mobil ýsýtma sistemleri elektrikten
baðýmsýz, akuple jenaratörlü
kapalý kasa içerisinde römork
þeklinde sistemlerdir. Sistemin
ýsýtma özelliði motorin brülörlü
olduðundan çok soðuk havalarda
motorinin donmamasý için sistem
önce kendini ýsýtýr. Bu özelliði ile
cihaz -32 / +44 ºC NATO çalýþma
þartlarýna uygun hale gelmiþtir.
Mobil ýsýtma sistemleri ile birlikte
ihtiyaçlar mobil ýsýtma-soðutma
sistemlerine yönlenmiþ, bu tasarým
için yürütülen AR-GE faaliyetleri
sonucunda mobil ýsýtma-soðutma
sistemleri de hayata geçmiþtir.

Since 1987, the establishement of
Gokser Machine Ind.Ltd. , we have
been producing varius kinds of
heaters with burners and their
equipments.
In the lasting evolution of Gokser
Machine Ind.Ltd., while we keep
maintaining needs of Turkish
Armed Forcess' about heating
machines and its equipments, we
also have discovered that Turkish
Armed Forces requires modern
multi-purpose mobile heating
systems in terrain.
The mobile heating systems are
seperate from the electricity line,
with an acuple generator inside,
and on a overclosed trailer. In
order to cover the NATO running
principles , the mobile heating
system has an inner fuel preheating part in case of running
between -32 / 44 C without any
problem.
With the mobile heating systems,
the new requirements about
mobile cooling systems has been
raised up. As a conclusion of the
studies and researches about the
mobile cooling systems, the new
combined heating&cooling
systems has been produced. The
system achieves the cooling
mission by condensingevoporating components while
achieving the heating mission by
diesel burner equipments.

Gökser olarak, elektrikle çalýþan brülörlü depo-hangar tipi ýsýtma sistemleri ile birlikte

sahra tipi askeri çadýrlarýn ýsý ve elektrik ihtiyacýný karþýlayan G-200 modeli ile Türk ordusunun

G-200 modeli çok amaçlý bir lojistik settir. Römorklu, içerisinde ýsý ve elektrik gruplarýnýn
birbirine akuple halde bulunduðu; istenildiðinde kontrol paneli üzerindeki çýkýþlardan 220
V 50 Hz elektrik alýnabilen, istenildiðinde ise hem sýcak hava hem de elektrik ihtiyacýný
karþýlayan bir settir. Standart donanýmýnda bulunan fleksibýl ýsýya dayanýklý körükleri sayesinde
istenilen yere sýcak hava transferi yapýlabilir. Askeri çadýrlarýn ön taraflarýna yapýlmýþ olan
hava giriþ menfezlerinde körükler adapte edilmek sureti ile çadýr içerisine sýcak hava giriþi
saðlanabilir. Yanma sonucu oluþan atýk gazlar ýsýtýlan hava ile kesinlikle karýþmadýðýndan
çadýr içerisinde temiz sýcak hava giriþi saðlanýr. Fotosel, selonoid, valf, brülör otomatiði,
kontaklý termostat gibi emniyet ekipmanlarýný bünyesinde bulundurduðu için istenilen çýkýþ
sýcaklýðýna ayarlanarak tam otomatik olarak güvenle kullanýlabilir.
Askeri helikopterlerin soðuk ve nemli havalarda kritik hareket parçalarý buzlandýðýndan
dolayý ilk çalýþtýrma esnasýnda çok büyük mekanik zorlanmalara maruz kalýrlar. Bu da akü,
elektrik sistemi ve ilk hareket ekipmanlarýna riskli þekilde yüklenilmesi anlamýna gelir. G200 modeli ile motor, ana rotor sistemi, Paller ve Transmisyon gibi kritik hareketli parçalarýn
sýcak hava ile ýsýtýlarak buzlarý çözülür ve risksiz bir ilk hareket saðlanýr.

Gökser, rendering service in the field of heat and electricity sets of completely independent
field type together with the heating sets of depot-shed type with burner operating with
electricity.
Gökser are proud to be a group supplying the logistic support increasing the movement
of the Turkish Army with its G-200 model satisfying heat and electricity requirements of
field type military tents.
G-200 model is a multi purpose logistic set. It is a set with a trailer where heat and electricity
groups are coupled with each other. Electricity with a power of 220 V 50 Hz can be received
from the outlets on the control panel and it can satisfy the need for both hot air and
electricity, when required. It can realize hot air transfer thanks to the flexible heat resistant
duct built in its standard installation.
By adapting blowers to the air inlet holes built on the front sides of the military tents, hot
air entry can be ensured. Since the waste gasses created as a result of combustion and the
heated air do not mix with each other at all, clean hot air enters into the tent. It can be
adjisted to a desired output temperature since it has security equipment such as photocell,
celonoid, valve, burner switch, thermostat with ignition etc. within itself and be used safely
as a full automatic instrument.
Since the critical starting parts of the military helicopters are frosted in cold and moist air,
they are exposed to a considerable amount of mechanical pressure when they are operated
for the first time. This means a risky pressure on the accumulator, electricity system and first
starting equipment. When the ice on the critical starting parts such as engine, main rotor
system, Blades and Transmission is heated by the hot air and melted with G-200 model,
a risk-free starting action is achieved.

G-200 YS90 N modeli, NATO Standartlarýnda belirtilen, aðýr
çevre þartlarýnda ( (-32ºC) - (+44 ºC) ) çalýþma imkaný saðlayan
özel sistemlere sahip, akuple jeneratör içeren, yüksek kapasiteli,
ekstra ses yalýtýmýna (Double Sound - Proof System 75dB)
sahip, SAHRA TÝPÝ ÇADIR ISITMA - SOÐUTMA CÝHAZI’dýr.
G-200 YS90 N modeli, her türlü askeri araçla çekilebilmesi için
NATO standartlarýnda Çeki Okuna, Havalý Fren Tartibatýna,
Tandem Dingil Sistemine sahiptir. Bütün bu özelliklerinden
dolayý, karayolunda azami 80 km. sürat ile istenilen bölgeye en
hýzlý ve en güvenli þekilde intikali saðlanýr. Askeri taþýtlarýn
girebildiði her türlü araziye intikal edebilir, ordugahlarda kolaylýkla
devreye girer. Ayrýca, istenildiðinde G-200 YS90 N, her çeþit
kara, hava ve deniz taþýmacýlýðýna da uygundur. (Kamyon, týr,
tren, gemi, veya uçak gibi).
G-200 YS90 N, sýcak - soðuk hava saðlanmasý ve gerektiðinde
jeneratör kapasitesi oranýnda her türlü elektrik ihtiyacýný karþýlamak
amacý ile kullanýlmaktadýr. G-200 YS90 N modeli ile 60 m2’lik
1 adet (veya 2 adet 30 m2’lik) sahra tipi isolasyonlu çadýrýn
Isýtma - Soðutma ve elektrik ihtiyacý karþýlanabilir. Cihazýn yakýt
deposundaki motorinin donmamasý için özel geliþtirilen sistemler
kullanýlmýþtýr. Cihazdan çýkan sýcak veya soðuk hava çadýr içerisine
kendi imalatýmýz olan esnek Özel Hava Nakil Sistemi ile
iletilmektedir. Bu Özel Hava Nakil Sistemi ile cihazda üretilen
sýcak veya soðuk hava ekstra-yalýtýmlý körük sayesinde ýsý veya
soðuk kaybýna uðramadan çadýr içerisine homojen bir þekilde
nakledilir. Ayrýca, çadýr içi sýcaklýk - soðukluk düzeyleri istenilen

G-200/YS 90N MILITARY FIELD TYPE HEATING&COOLING SYSTEMS
Model G-200 YS90 N, meets the NATO standards in heavy
wheather conditions (-32 to +44 Degrees Celcius), includes an
acoupled generator, specially designed for noise (Double - Sound
Proof System, 75dB), which is a high capacity heating and cooling
system for military fields.
To enable for pulling with all military vehicles, this model have
includes High Capasity Hitch, Air Brake, Tandem Acxel System,
which meets NATO standards. With these specialities, this system
is able to being pulled 80 km./hr. Furthermore, G-200 YS90
N is capable to go, with every type of road, with military trucks
fast and safe. It is also suitable for all kinds of transportation (by
truck, semi truck, train, ship and air-plane.)
G-200 YS90 N, have been used for heating, cooling and
generating electrical energy.
G-200 YS90 N’s suitable for Isolated Military Tents with the
capasity of 60 m2 (or 2 x 30 m2) covered areas. Special developed
systems are used not to frost diesel fluid in the fuel tank of the
machine. The cold or hot air running from the machine is
transfered in to the tent by our flexible special air transfer system.
This system transfers hot or cool air by specially designed Isolated
Air Ducts without any loss of required temperature into the tent.
Once it has transferred inside, with same ducts, hot or cool air
will flow homogeneously, reaches up to the required temperature
and keeps up the same temperature. As refers, this system is
able to supply fresh air into the tent while cooling or heating.

• For heating the frost and icing on the mechanical parts in helicopters (choppers) before running the engine.
• For heating the frost and icing on the mechanical parts in aeroplanes before take-offs.
• Indoor work stations and hangar heating.
• For heating and supplying electrical energy for military tents.
• For heating and supplying electrical energy for military tents.
• Recharging up the batteries for the military vehicles in site stationary.
• For heating up engines for military tanks.
MUNICIPAL USAGE:
• For heating the frost and icing on the mechanical parts, fuel tanks and fuel lines for heavy duty mechinery and vehicles.
• For heating the mobile work-shops and supplying electrical energy.
• Recharging up the batteries for the site vehicles.

RED CROSS & RED CRESCENT USAGE:
•For heating and supplying electrical energy of Red Cross / Red Crescent tents (including the emergency outlets)

• Recharging up the batteries for the Red Cross / Red Crescent vehicles.

edilmekte ve yüksek verim alýnmasý için
özel ýsý transfer kanadý yapýsýný ihtiva
etmektedir.
GOKSER Machine Co Ltd. produces air
boiler (thermoblock) with gas oil and
/or LPG for the high temperature
requirements. Thermoblocks run in
industrial areas for the purpose of
heating and drying because of their
high capacity. Thermoblocks are made
of CR-NI steel plates and to have special
heat transfer wings to get high efficiency.
