“R. Doğan Öksüm” , the member of the board of
directors of Bodream, visited Cityscape, Dubai
R. Doğan Öksüm, a member of the board of directors of Kıyı Gayrimenkul Yapı Turizm ve Tic.
A.Ş, whose real estate investment management is provided by Pramerica Real Estate Investors
and real estate development activities are managed by Genel Yapı A.Ş. and Alpcan Yazıcı,
participated as speaker at the panel themed “Developing Europe” in the Cityscape Meeting.
R. Doğan Öksüm, member of the board of directors of Kıyı Gayrimenkul Yapı Turizm ve Tic. A.Ş,
also participated as speaker in the Dubai leg of the “Cityscape International Property Investment
and Development Conference” held in 7 different countries every year and the 8th of which
was held between5th-8th October 2009 this year.
Cityscape Conference, where the real estate investment opportunities and developments in the
international market were discussed with the presentations and comparative analysis of the
experts of the industry, brought the most prominent investors, project developers, architects,
brokers of the international and local property/construction industry and the leading professionals
