Groundbreaking in BODREAM
The concrete foundation was laid for the first stage of 48 villas construction of Bodream in a
green land of 53 hectares in Iasos, the new rising star in Güllük Bay, Bodrum which has a
contemporary architectural design. The concept and architecture of Bodream, the project of Kıyı
Gayrimenkul Yapı Turizm ve Tic. A.Ş-whose real estate investment management is conducted
by the International Pramerica Real Estate Investors and real estate development activities are
managed by Genel Yapı A.Ş. and Alpcan Yazıcı, has been designed by the famous American
architectural group Micheal Sorkin Studio. Its architectural application bears the signature of
Boran Ekinci Architects.
There are 3 different types of garden villas of 116m² -147 m² at the 1st stage of villas to be
delivered to their owners in April 2010. The project has options of 2+1 and 3+1 villas; each type
of villa is named after a shade of “green”.
In Bodream, only 15 minutes distance to the Bodrum International Airport, you can enjoy the
natural life surrounded with vegetable gardens and olive groves where you will also find privileges
