Tat Konserve (TATKS.IS, AL), Şirket’in %3.7 ortağı olan Kagome Co.Ltd. ve SC Foods
Co.Ltd. ile satış kontratını yeniledi.
Şirket’in 2004 yılında imzaladığı satış kontratı 2009 yılı içinde sona ermekteydi. Yapılan
görüşmeler sonrasında yıllık minimum 6,000 ton salça ve domates ürünlerinin Japonya'ya
satışlarını içeren yeni 3 yıllık kontrat imzalanmıştır.
Yorum: Sürekli satış geliri sağlayacak kontratın hisse fiyatı üzerindeki etkisi olumludur.

Tat Konserve (TATKS.IS, Outperform) renewed its sales contract with Tat Konserve’s 3.7%
shareholder Kagome Co.Ltd. and SC Foods Co.Ltd.
Previous contract signed in 2004 was ending in 2009. Following the talks, a contract for a
minimum sales volume of 6,000 tonnes of tomato paste and products to Japan has been
signed.
Comment: We believe that the contract will supply steady sales volume, therefore affecting
the stock price positively.
