It is our honor to invite you to join us in III. International Nuclear Power
Plants Summit.
Bu yıl üçüncüsü düzenlenecek ve önceki yıllardan daha geniş bir kitleye
hitap edecek olan Zirvemiz 8-9 Mart 2016 tarihlerinde WOW İstanbul
Kongre Merkezi’nde gerçekleştirilecek. Nükleer Mühendisler Derneği ve
Ticari Eşleştirme Derneği olarak bu yıl da Zirveye ev sahipliği yapacağız.
Third Summit which will have a larger audience than previous summits,
will be held in WOW İstanbul Congress Center in 8-9 March 2016. As
Nuclear Engineers Society and B2B Matchmaking Society, we will be the
hosts of the event.
The number and the diversity of delegates are increasing every year.
And this contributes to develop nuclear industrial economy of Turkey
and Middle East, mediates joint projects between local and global
companies. Foreign companies are sharing their experiences in nuclear
energy sector and making up new economic relations with local
companies.
Turkey is in the second line for the increase in electricity demand. This
demand is very crucial to develop nuclear industry in Turkey to catch an
opportunity.
İlkini 2014 yılında gerçekleştirdiğimiz Uluslararası Nükleer Santraller
Zirvesi, her yıl katılımcı sayısını ve çeşitliliğini arttırarak Türkiye ve
Ortadoğu’da gelişen nükleer sanayi ekonomisine büyük katkı sağlıyor, yerli
ve yabancı şirketlerin iş ortaklıkları kurmasına aracı oluyor. Yabancı

sonrasında, nükleer enerji alanındaki tecrübelerini paylaşması ile

Turkey is one of the fastest growing emerging markets in the world
and the most dynamic country in Eurasian region. To sustain it’s
current growth, Turkey needs to increase it’s power generation
capacity by 5.5% by 2020. Nuclear power will play an important role in
meeting this demand.
The Turkish government, as in line with IAEA guidelines, is heavily
mandating the involvement of Turkish contractors and suppliers in the
delivery of these nuclear projects. This both for reasons of economic
development and, crucially, to ensure supply chain security and safety.
However, as these are Turkey’s first nuclear projects, local companies
with nuclear intent will require international partners with nuclear
experience to deliver upon this government mandate. This creates a
huge opportunity for international and local contractors to develop
mutually beneficial collaborations that deliver Turkey’s nuclear energy
future.
With this in mind, the Republic of Turkey’s Ministry of Energy and
Natural Resources and Nuclear Engineers Association of Turkey, B2B
Matchmaking Society present INPPS (International Nuclear Power
Plants Summit) to bring international companies possessing nuclear
know-how and expertise together with Turkish companies. This summit
will serve as a platform for meetings and discussions to enable
international partnerships to be developed to engage in Turkish NPP
projects.

Türkiye, dünyada en hızlı gelişen yeni marketlere sahip olup aynı
zamanda Avrasya bölgesinin en dinamik ülkesi. Bu büyümeyi devam
ettirmek için Türkiye’nin güç üretim kapasitesi 2020’ye kadar %5.5
arttırması gerekiyor. Nükleer enerji bu ihtiyacı karşılamak için önemli bir
rol oynayacak.
Türkiye devleti, Uluslararası Atom Enerjisi Ajansı ilkeleri çerçevesinde,
Türk anlaşmalı tarafları ve tedarikçilerinin bu nükleer projelerde yer
alması için destek veriyor. Bu desteğin arkasında ekonomik gelişme ve
tedarik zincirinin güvenliği yer alıyor.
Fakat, bu projeler Türkiye’nin ilk nükleer projeleri olduğu için, yerel
şirketler devletin desteğine karşılık verebilmek için uluslararası iş
ortaklıklarına ve bu iş ortaklarının deneyimlerine ihtiyaç duyuyorlar. Bu
durum, uluslararası ve yerel şirketlerin karşılıklı fayda prensibinden
yararlaranarak Türkiye’nin nükleer enerji alanındaki geleceğini
şekillendirmesi için dev bir fırsat oluşturuyor.
Bu nedenle, Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı, Nükleer Mühendisler
Derneği ve Ticari Eşleştirme Derneği, Uluslararası Nükleer Santraller
Zirvesi’ne uluslararası şirketleri getirerek deneyimlerini paylaşmalarını
sağlıyor. Bu Zirve, nükleer alanındaki toplantı ve tartışmalarla Türk
Nükleer Santral Projeleriyle ilgili uluslararası ortaklıkların geliştirileceği
bir platform olarak hizmet veriyor.

With a 6500-seat capacity, the WOW Convention
Center is Istanbul’s largest congress center with
accommodations. There are a total of 34 halls in
the WOW Convention Center, which is comprised
of two blocks and which can handle all types of
organizations such as international and national
congresses and meetings. Situated in the WOW
Convention Center’s A Block, the 3108-m2
Saffire Hall is the largest hall in Istanbul. There
are another six meeting rooms in the same
block handle anywhere from 20 to 235 persons.
Situated in the WOW Convention Center’s B
Block, the Ruby Hall encompasses a total area of
1200 m². The other halls situated in B Block vary
in size from 70 m2 up to 225 m2. The block also
includes a VIP lounge with a relaxation area as
well as business and meeting rooms.
