Almanya’nın Münih şehri merkezli, Münih ve Dubai’deki
yeni üretim tesisleriyle yıllardır hizmet veren ve sektörünün
lider üretici firmalarından birisi olan VIP, Voelkel Industrie Produkte GmbH, Saf Polyurea ile halihazırdaki kalite ve
yenilik potansiyelini kanıtlayarak kaplama sektöründe yeni
bir mihenk taşı olduğunu göstermiştir.
Sektörde yenilikçi bir misyon üstlenen VIP, ayrıca yüksek basınçlı püskürtme makineleri yardımı ile uygulanabilen Quick Spray Polyurea ürün çeşidini sergilemek için
Maastricht’teki UTECH Fuar’ına katılacaktır. Saniyeler içerisinde reaksiyona giren sıcak püskürtme polyurea sistemleri, “Vinil gibi” elastik bir tabaka yaratır.Örneğin Quick
Spray Industrial W içme suyu depolarında kullanıma uygun ve Wras test sertifikalı 23°C’de test edilmiştir, diğer bir
ürün ise Quick Spray Supreme W olup bu ürün ise 80°C’de
test edilmiş olup yine Wras içme suyu hijyenlik sertifikasına sahiptir. Quick Spray Industrial saf polyurea olup;
kimyasal depolama tesislerinde, atıksu arıtma tesislerinde
beton ve çeliğin korozyona karşı korunması anlamında
projelerin tasarım ömrünü uzatmaya fayda sağlayacaktır.
Quick Fill SL ise iç mekan beton derz dolgu ve çatlak onarım polyureasıdır,bu kendi kendine yayılan polyurea yatay
derz boşluklarının doldurulması için üretilmiştir. Malzeme
çatlak ve derzlerin içine yerleşerek derzlerin çatlamasına ve
zedelenmesine engel olur.
VIP Türkiye Distribütörü ArsanYapı’nın Genel Müdürü Serdar Ruhi Arslan’a göre VIP’nin Saf Polyurea sistemleri
ile onarım ve kaplamadan daha kolayı, daha hızlısı gerçekten yok. Buna ek olarak 25 yıldan daha uzun süreli
tasarım ömrü, yüksek bütçeli projelerinin bakımı ve tamirini en alt seviyeye indirecektir.
