a-Si:H/c-Si Heterojunction Solar Cells: Heterojunction solar cells in (p)a-Si:H/(i)a-Si:H/n-c-Si
structures are produced at (HIT: Heterojunction with intrinsic thin layer) TUBITAK-Materials
Institute-FESLAB by PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition) system. The structural
and electrical properties are investigated in FESLAB and YTU Physics Department Semiconductor
Electronics Lab. Panasonic holds the world record of cell efficiency for HIT solar cells with 24,7%
conversion efficiency.
