Crinkle Effect Machine With Vacuum
Vakumlu Krinkıl Makinası, kot pantolonlara hem kalıplı hem de kalıpsız olarak krinkıl efekt vermek amacı
ile Metod Makine tarafından tasarlanmıştır. Makine, bir ana gövde ve bir de ısıtma ünitesinden oluşmaktadır.
Kuvvetli vakum sayesinde reçine işlemi sonrası verilen krinkıl efektleri bozulmamakta, istenilen efekt
kalıcı hale gelmektedir. ‹şlem süresi, alt-üst ısıtıcılar ve mankenler ısıtma ünitesinin önünde bulunan
Kontrol Paneli sayesinde kolaylıkla kontrol edilebilmektedir. Vakum kontrolü ise pedal sistemiyle
yapılmaktadır. Isıtma ünitesinde bulunan alt ve üst fanlar sayesinde ısınan hava homojen olarak
da€ıtılmaktadır. Ön kürleme süreci bir pantolon için ortalama 2-2,5 dakika kadar sürmekte olup, günlük
kapasite yaklaşık olarak 600 adettir.
The Crinkle Machine with Vacuum has been desinged by Metod Makine for using either with mold or
manually to give crinkle effects on jeans. Consists of one main body and one heating unit. The effect to
be given on the jeans after resin application, can not become deformed and changed thanks to the
vacuum system. Processing time, top-bottom heatings and mannequins can be easily controlled by the
Control Panel in front of the Heating Unit. Vacuum control is done by pedal system. Thanks to the
top-bottom fans in the heating unit, hot air is being distributed homogenously. Precuring process is
proceeded by the infrared heatings in the heating unit and this process takes approximately 2-2,5 minute
for one jean, so daily capacity would be around 600 pcs a day.

Basit 3D Efekt Makinası, krinkıl efekt için alternatif bir çözüm amacı ile Metod Makine tarafından
tasarlanmıştır. Başlık sayısı kapasiteye bağlı olarak arttırılabilir. Sistem üzerindeki kontrol panosunda
bulunan ısı-zaman kontrolü ve ergonomik kullanımı sayesinde istenilen reçeteye uygun üretim kolaylıkla
gerçekleştirilir. Bir adet sağ ve bir adet sol bacaktan oluşan makinada bulunan optimum vakum emişi
sayesinde verilen efektlerde işlem süresince herhangi bir açılma-bozulma olmaz.
Öne-arkaya ve sağa-sola hareket edebilen sıcak hava üfleme grubu üzerinde olası ani müdahaleler için
acil-stop düğmesi mevcuttur. Vakum emişi pedal sistemi ile gerçekleştirilmektedir. Ön kürleme süreci bir
pantolon için ortalama 2-2,5 dakika kadar sürmekte olup, günlük kapasite yaklaşık olarak 600 adettir.
Simple 3D Machine is designed by METOD as an alternative solution for crinkle effects. Number of heads
can be increased according to the intented capacity.Thanks to the adjustable heat-time control unit and
ergonomic usage of the control panel on the main body, it is very easy to complete the process according
to the receipt. There is no defected-failed result expected on the product -which has one leg on the left and
another leg on the right- thanks to the optimum vacuum suction of the machine.
There is an emergency stop button on the hot air blower group which can move towards front-back and
right-left. Vacuum suction can be controlled by pedal system. Pre-curing process for every single Jean is
approximately 2-2.5 min. and daily capacity is around 600 pcs.
