Tuğla ve benzeri topraktan imal edilen malzemelerin şeklini veren makinadır. Kiremit ve benzeri vakumlanmış çamur kullanılan
malzeme vakum presten istenilen ebatlarda %17-20 nem oranıyla ürünün iki boyuttaki şeklini belirler. Üçüncü boyut kesilerek elde
edilir. Üst ve alt makina helisel ve düz dişlilerden dizayn edilmiş olan iki ayrı şanzumanla tahrik edilir. Şanzumanlara hareket debriyaj
sistemi ile verilir. Debriyaj sistemi hava ile çalışır. Makine gövde olarak tamamen çelik konstruksiyondan imal edilmiştir. Makine
çalışma sırasında üst bölüm gereği 90º’lik açı ile monte edilebilir.

VACUUM EXTRUDER

Vacuum extruder is used coating the different shape base material
with brick and similar clay raw material. The product is acquired
through the vacuum extruder machine in wet ratios 17-20%. The
mould box connected to the tip of the machine determines the two
dimensional shape of the product. The third dimension is available by
means of cutting operation. The up and base machine are designed
with helical gear and drive the two redactor. Redactor system works
a clutch system. Clutch system is working with air (pneumatic). The
machine completely is produced with steel construction. When the
machine working, changing the up machine montage by 90º.

C’est une machine qui modélise les matériaux fabriqués à partir de
briques et de terre similaires. Les matériaux qui utilisent de l’argile
sous vacuum pour les tuiles et similaires, sont obtenus dans les
dimensions désirées par la presse vacuum avec un taux d’humidité
de 17-20%. La moule raccordée à la section des sortie de la machine
détermine la forme du produit en deux dimensions. La troisiéme
dimension est obtenue par coupe La machine supérieure et inférieure
est entraîné par deux boîtes de transmission séparées conçus des
engrenages hélicoïdaux et cylindriques. La motion est donnée aux

prese kadar toprağın işlenmesi için en önemli makinadır. Ham madde ne kadar inceltilirse şekil vermek o kadar kolay ve düzgün
olabilmektedir. Valsler konstruktif olarak kullanıldığı yere, üretim çeşidine, üretim safhasına göre hazırlanır.Duruma göre 1-2-3 adet
vals üretim bandında çalıştırılır. Yan taşıyıcı gövdeler simetrik döküm kaidelerden imal edilmiştir.Yataklar çok mukavemetli pik
dökümden yapılmış olup yataklama sistemi çalışma şartlarına göre ayarlanabilecek şekilde dizayn edilmiştir. Merdaneleri taşıyan
miller ağır ve darbeli yükler gözönüne alınarak boyutlandırılmıştır.Yataklama ağır seriden rulmanlarla yapılmaktadır.

Squeezing roller provides the rough processed soil particles to
become smaller by getting squeezed in between the roller and
provides the attaining of a more homogeneous structure of the soil.
This is the most important the machine for the processing of soil
until the vacuum extruder. Better forming is possible in ease and in
a smooth manner by getting finer the raw material. The rollers are
prepared in accordance with the place where it is used in constructive
manner, type of the production and the phase of production. 1,2 or
3 each rollers are operated in the production process.
The side
loading bodies are made casting iron and montaged the symmetrical.
The bearings have high strength. The bearing alignment is very
simple. The shaft is designed very strength material. Roller bearings
are good quality and wide series.
Раздробление глины между двумя валиками способствует
получению компактной и однородной массы. Крупные
частицы сырья размельчаясь улучшают качество продукции.
Размельчённые в агрегате частицы смягчаются, впитывая в
себя воду. Работающий в разном режиме вал создаёт условие
получения однородной массы. Чем лучше будет измельчина
масса тем качественней форма и качество продукции.Вальцы
производятся в зависимости от места применения ,типу
производства .В производственной линий используется от1 штдо 3шт .Боковые несущие балки использованы из симетричных
литых оснований .Подвижная часть агрегата изготовленны
из прочного чугуна и учтена удобность при эксплуатации.
Размеры осей несущих валов сделаны с учётом ударостойкости
и тяжести.В подвижных частях использованны подшипники
тяжёлых серий .
BROYEUR A CYLINDRE
Elle assure le broyage entre les rouleaux de la terre dont le traitement
a été réalisé en gros ainsi elle permet de diminuer la grosseur des
grains et obtenir une structure plus homogéne. C’est la machine la
plus importante pour le traitement de la terre jusqu’ à la presse à
vacuum. Plus la matiére est affinée, plus son modelage sera facile et
correct. Les vals utilisés comme élément constructif seront préparés
en fonction de l’emplacement, de la variété de production et de la
phase de production. Selon le cas, on pourra faire fonctionner 1,2,3
vals sur la bande de production.
Ses corps de support latéraux
sont fabriqués des appuis coulée symétrique. Les roulements sont
faits en fonte de première fusion a très haute résistance et le système
de literie est conçu de façon à être ajusté en fonction des conditions
de travail. Les arbres portant les rouleaux sont dimensionnés en
tenant compte des charges lourdes et pulsés. La literie est constitué
des roulements de série lourd.

wetting soil. The Body is completely made of steel structure and the
augers are made of wear resistant steel casting. The gear box and the

water. The screw helices in the throat section after the basin provide
the mud to pass from the grid.

maximum le débit de la bande de production située dans les sections

Starmajör gemiye, trene vs. malzeme yüklenmesinde yada malzeme istifleme işlerinde kullanılan makinadır. Yüklemesi ya da istifi
yapılacak malzeme ilk olarak Starmajöre boşaltılır. Kamyonların boşaltım yapabilmesi için 1 metre yüksekliğindeki rampa starmajörün
arkasına monte edilir. Bu boşaltım sırasında oluşacak tozu önlemek için starmajörün üzerine filtre konulmuştur. Starmajör’e dökülen
malzeme paletli bant üzerinde ilerleyerek boşaltma silosuna gelir ve buradan da starmajörün boşaltma kısmına konulan konveyör
banda dökülür. Bu esnada da yine tozlanma olacaktır. Bunu önlemek içinde malzemenin konveyör banda döküldüğü kısma da bir
filtre konulmuştur. Bu filtre konveyör bandın baş kısmına konulur ve şaseye monte edilir

This machine use for the loading or stowing of some materials to ship,
train etc. First of all The material is loading to starmajor. The Machine
has a ramp in a back side dimension of 1 meter for the good loading.
It has the filter system for the dusty. The loading part is coming the
unloading bunker with iron plates. After that it is poured the conveyor
belt. In this time maybe would be dusty too. So in this part has the
one filter system too up to conveyor.

очередь стармажор .Для выгрузки грузовиков с задней
стороны стармажора устанавливается рампа высотой 1 м.
Чтобы предотвратить попадание пыли во время разргрузки
на стормажор монтирован фильтр.Выгруженный материал
на стармажор с помощью гусеничной лентой подается в
разгрузочный бункер и после на ленточный конвейер
установленным со стороны выгрузки стармажора .В это
время сново образуется пыль.Для предотвращения этого на
летночном конвейере был установлен ище один фильтр.Второй
фильтр установлен в начале конвейера и монтирован на шасси.
