Recipe for Chocolate Pecan Pie
Step 1: Preheat oven.
Step 2: Mix corn syrup, sugar, bu er and vanilla in a large
bowl unl well-blended. Have two tablespoons of
chocolate chips ready for topping. Sr in remaining
chocolate chips and pecans.
Step 3: Bake 60 minutes or unl it's deep golden brown.
Cool completely for about an hour.
Step 4: Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. In a small
microwavable bowl microwave the two tablespoons of
chocolate chips unl melted. Dip each half of pecans in
chocolate and place on lined cookie sheet. Then store in
refrigerator.
