Bellerophon’un kanatlı atı Pegasos’un öldürdüğü Bargylos anısına

Established in the memory of Bargylos, who was killed by
Bellerphon’s winged horse Pegasus, this secret port city is almost a
shelter with its sea taking form as a lake. Today, it is a cozy town only

fish in the restaurants embracing you with their spartan yet friendly
atmosphere.

KUMBÜKÜ KONUTLARI, Havaalanı ile Bodrum şehir merkezinin
hemen yanı başında; ancak şehrin olumsuz etkilerinden uzakta olan,
tarih, tabiat ve muhteşem bir denizin birleştiği sevimli bir balıkçı
beldesi olan eski adıyla Bargilya, şimdiki adıyla Boğaziçi köyünün
açık denize bakan en güzel koyunda bulunmaktadır. Adını bölgenin
ender bulunan sığ ve kumlu plajından almıştır. 2 ayrı etaptan
oluşacak olan sitemizin, 7000 m2 alanlı konut bölümleri 2015
yılında, hem konutlara hem de dışarıdan gelecek misafirlere hizmet
verecek olan, 15.000 m2 alanlı turizm ve sosyal tesis bölümü ise
2017 yılında tamamlanması hedeflenmektedir.
SANDBAY HOUSES, located by the side of the Airport and Bodrum
City Center, yet away from the stress of the city, is the meeting
point of history, nature and an amazing sea. Formerly known
as Bargylia, and Bosphorus nowadays, this lovely fisher town is
situated in the best bay of the village that views the open sea. It
takes its name from the rare shallow and sandy beach. Sandbay
Houses is composed of two separate stages, where the houses
with 7000 m2 area will be finished in 2015 and the second stage
of tourism and recreational facility field with 15.000 m2 area is
planned to be completed in 2017.
