MSM*** SERİ TEKNİK ÖZELLİKLER
Star Line Washer Extractors are produced in
industrial design with solid, heavy duty
frame for long time operation. Simple by
design, but built to industrial standarts, the
MSM series soft mount washer exytactors
set a new benchmark for the laundry and
textile treatment industries. The patented
design consists of four heavy coiled springs
located on each corner of frame, coupled
with four industrial strength shock absorbers,
evently distributing the dynamic forces to
give the smooth wash and extraction and
minimize the dynamic floor load. This solid,
rugged frame provides the platform for a
tough and reliable machine and it does not
require a foundation to install the machine.

tasarlanmıştır. Basit fakat endüstriyel
dizayn, süspansiyonlu MSM seri
makinaların çamaşırhane ve tekstil
sektörlerinde kullanımını mümkün kılar.
Patentli süspansiyon sistemi, tanbur
grubunun dört köşeden ana şasiye
bağlandığı ağır hizmet tipi yay ve amortisör
gruplarından müteşekkildir. Bu sayede tüm
titreşim yerleşim alanına eşit olarak
dağıtılarak dinamik zemin yükü minimum
düzeylerde tutulabilmiştir. Bu sayede özel
zemin veya kaide gereksinimi olmadan
serbest oturmalı montaj mümkündür.
Bearings and Sealings
Equipments use the highest quality bearings
rated for heavy use and extreme
environments. The front and rear bearings
are rigidly fixed in the same housing to
prevent any misalignment. Triple water seals
protect and isolate the bearings from water
and harsh chemicals. To further protect of
investment, a built-in lubrication system,
coupled with a microprocess controlled cycle
count reminder, makes periodic maintinance
simple.

mikroprosesörden kontrolu ile gerekli ikaz

işlemlerini basitleştirmiştir.

Frekans inverter kumanda sistemi, yıkama,
dağıtma ve sıkma hızlarının tam kontrolunu
ve enerji tasarrufunu- sağlar. Tek motor
kullanımı ile kavrama ve dişli kutusu gibi
mekanik bakım gerektiren parçalar elimine
edilerek kolay ve basit operasyon
sağlanmış, arıza noktaları minimuma
indirilmiştir.
This is a standart feature on all MSM series
machines giving complete control of the
wash and extract cycles - while saving
energy. A single motor drive eliminates
clutches and gear reducers and also
provides for a quiter, smoother operation.
Fewer parts mean less maintinance.

Microprocess Control and Easy Operation
Standart easy to use microprocessor controls all
functions of the machine and can be
programmed to provide complete flexibility for
all laundry and textile processing requirements.
Simple stepped programming allows the
operator exact and functional control up to 30
or 40 programmes. The drum speed for wash,
distribution and extraction can be controlled to
handle whatever type of textile you process.
Five washing programmes are preset for
immediate use and these can be modified as
required. A copying feature allows washing
programmes to be copied directly into another.
For real operator flexibility and control, units
come with emergency manual override
controls, thus no more down time due to
computer fetaures.

mümkündür. Derhal kullanıma hazır beş
yıkama programı, std. yüklüdür ve istenirse
değiştirilebilir. Program kopyalama özelliği
ile mevcut bir program üzerinden değişiklikle
yeni program yaratmak kolay şekilde
mümkündür. Manuel müdahale düzeni ile de,
acil durumlarda direkt müdahale imkanı
sağlanmıştır.
