Yukarıda bilgileri bulunan konteynerler yükün yükleteni olarak tarafımızdan, "Denizyolu ile Taşınacak Dolu Konteynerlerin Brüt Ağırlıklarının Tespiti ve Bildirimi Hakkındaki Yönerge" gereği Bilim, Sanayi ve Teknoloji
Bakanlığının ilgili mevzuatında belirtilen yasal gereklilikleri sağlayan, sertifikalandırılmış tartı alet(ler)i ile tartılmiştir. Yukarıda beyan etmiş olduğumuz bilgilerin doğru ve gerçek olduğuklarını beyan ederiz. Beyanımızda mevcut
bilgilerde herhangi bir eksik, yanlış veya tutarsızlık olması durumunda konteynerlerin limana ve/veya gemiye kabulünün yapılmayacağından haberdar olduğumuzu ve bu durumda doğacak gecikme ile oluşabilecek her türlü
zarar, ceza ve ek masraflardan sorumlu olduğumuzu kabul, beyan ve taahhüt ederiz.
İş bu Doğrulanmış Brüt Ağırlık Belgesi şirketimiz yetkilisince veya yetkilendirmiş olduğumuz temsilcimiz tarafınca imzalanmıştır.
The above mentioned containers has been weighed by us as the Shippers of the containers in accordance with Industry, Science and Technology Ministry’s Instruction for the Gross Weight Verification of Full Containers by the Certified Weights complying the legal necessities. We state, declare
and undertake the correctness of the existing information and being informed and aware that in case of any error, missing and contradiction in the said information will cause the refuse of the containers entry to the terminals and/or refusal of their loading to the vessels and we accept, declare and undertake
the consequences of delays and all liability arising out this situation.
We hereby warrant that the VGM document is made, entered into and signed by the authorised person in our company or by the person entitled as the representative to make this declaration.
