Double Drum Raising Machine

Two Passes Brushing Machine
■ Hassas ve ince kumaşlar için geliştirilmiş
CSM – 4 fırça makinesi ile kumaşa tansiyon
uygulamadan fırça efektini almak mümkündür.
■ Her çeşit dokuma, örme ve denim kumaşlar için
uygundur.
■ It is possible to obtain brush effects without
application of fabric tension with CSM – 4
brush machine which is designed for sensitive
and slim fabrics.
■ It is suitable for every kind of woven, knitted
and denim fabrics.
■ 2 + 2 = 4 adet karbon ya da seramik yapılı fırça silindirleri
ile donatılmıştır.
■ Beş noktada loadcell silindirleri ile gerginlik kontrolü
sağlanmaktadır.
■ Kumaşın tansiyonunu ayarlamaya yarayan loadcell
silindiri sayesinde kumaşın homojen bir yapıya
sahip olması ve yırtılma dayanımının arttırılması
sağlanmaktadır. Bunun yanında fırça yüzeyinin ısınması
engellenerek fırçanın ömrü uzatılmaktadır.

boyuna sahiptir.
■ Kumaş temas yüzeyi ayar silindirleri mevcuttur.
■ Dönüş yönleri farklı olarak çalıştırılabilen fırça silindirleri
ile kumaşın tek yüzeyini aynı yönde iki geçiş ya da tersi
fırçalama imkanı sunulmaktadır.
■ PLC kontrol sistemi mevcuttur.
■ Düşük çalışma maliyeti sayesinde mevcut endüstriyel
tekstil apreleme işletmelerinde kullanılmakta olan
fırçalama makinelerinin tüketim değerinin üçte ikisine
kadar enerji harcanmaktadır.

same direction and opposite is provided with brush rollers which can be
operated differently directions of rotation.
■ There is PLC control unit.
■ Energy is used up to 2/3 of the consumption value of the brushing
machine which is used in the current industrial textile finishing plants
thanks to its low working cost.
