Hi Jane and Jack,
First, I am very happy because you are coming to Turkey. When are you going to fly to
Istanbul? Are you going to fly with Turkish Airlines? Please write which Airlines are you
going to come with.
Most of the International Flights to Turkey are from Atatürk Airport. Atatürk Airport is in
the center of Istanbul so you can easily get to the city center. I live in Bakirkoy. When you
get to the Atatürk Airport you can take a tube or a bus to Bakirkoy. Tube is very fast and
there is a station called Bakirkoy. You can take the 34B number bus in the International
Passenger Exit. 6th bus stop is Incirli and you are going to get off the bus in Incirli (Bakirkoy).
In Bakirkoy you will see Bakirkoy Palace Hotel. It is a very good hotel. It is very comfortable.
You can visit Florya Aquarium in Yeşilköy and Blue Mosque in Eminonu. You can have classic
Turkish breakfast in the morning and Turkish Kebab in the lunch.
