When ‘Mimar Sinan’ desired a great acoustic, air circulation
and resonance, a masterpiece called ‘kubbe’ (dome) came
out. This is the case with us; we try to create a life style

olbulan Baştuğ Metalurji, hayatını ülkemizin gelişimine
adamış iki köklü ailenin ortaklığıyla doğdu. Kırk yılı
aşkın süredir demir çelik sektörüne hizmet eden Yolbulan
ve Baştuğ aileleri, 2008 yılında güçlerini birleştirerek, bugün
cirosu 1 milyar doları aşan sektörün öncü firması Yolbulan
Baştuğ Metalurji’yi kurdu.
YB Metalurji, Osmaniye Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde
145 bini kapalı, toplam 700 bin m2 alanda kurulu tesisler
ve yepyeni teknolojik yatırımlarla, kalite odaklı gelişimine
devam ediyor.
Yeni hizmete giren Haddehane yatırımıyla Ø8-Ø63 mm arası
nervürlü inşaat demiri üretim kapasitesine sahip tesisde
şu anda Ø8-Ø32 mm arası nervürlü inşaat demiri üretiliyor.
Yıllık 2 milyon ton sıvı-çelik işleme kapasitesine sahip
tesisin ilk etabı olan Ark Ocağı; Alman üretim standartları ile
yapılmış, dünyada ilk uygulama olan “Teleskopik tip elektrikli
ark ocağıdır”.
Teknoloji, istihdam oranı ve global pazar payını istikrarla
artıran YB Metalurji için karlılık bir öncelik, ancak; kalıcı,
sürdürülebilir büyüme, kaliteli üretim, dürüst ve şeffaf
yönetim daima kurumsal felsefenin vazgeçilmez ilkeleri.

partnership of two families who devoted themselves to
the future of our country for 40 years. YB Metallurgy founded
in 2008 which is the leading firm of the industry and the
endorsement of which is over 1 billion dollars.

YB Metallurgy is maintaining its quality oriented development
at Osmaniye Organized Industrial Zone with facilities and
brand new technological investments built on 700 thousand
m2 area in total.
In the facility with the capacity of producing reinforcing steel
bars between Ø8-Ø63 mm thanks to the investment of the
Rolling Mill which has now been put into service, currently
between Ø8- Ø32 mm of ribbed construction iron is being
produced. The Arc Furnace, which is the first phase of the
facility with the 2 billion tone liquid-steel treatment per year,
is the “Telescopic type electrical arc furnace” which is the
first application in the world made with German production
standards.
Profitability is a priority for YB Metallurgy who consistently
increases its share of technology, employment rate and global
market; however, persistent, sustainable growth, qualified
production, honest and transparent management are always
the indispensible principles of the corporate philosophy.

piyasalardan, kalan %25’lik kısmı ise iç
piyasadan temin edilmektedir.
ABD, AB Ülkeleri, Kanada, Baltık, Karadeniz,
Balkan ve Akdeniz ülkeleri başta olmak üzere, tüm
ülkelerden gelen hurda metallerin, hem yükleme
öncesinde, hem de ürünlerin Türkiye’de boşaltıldığı
limanlarda radyasyon ve diğer denetimleri titizlikle
uygulanmaktadır.
Tüm standart kontrollerin ardından hurda sahasındaki
tüm metaller polip vinçler yardımıyla hurda sepetlerine
aktarılmaktadır.

75% of the steel scrap is provided from
international markets and the remaining 25% is
provided from local market.
All scrap metals coming from all countries; primarily
USA, EU Countries, Canada, The Baltic, Black Sea
and Mediterranean countries, are cautiously audited
for radiation and others both before the loading and at
the ports where the steel scrap are unloaded in Turkey.
After all standard controls, all metals in scrap field are
transferred to scrap baskets via polyp cranes.

voltage. The electric provided by the national energy distribution
system is given to the system upon being turned into proper
voltages in the switchyard. This system regulates the electric waving
and prevents the system and the other users from being harmed.

There is a measuring device in the pipe of the dust
collecting system. Roads and open fields in the facility
area are regularly vacuumed in order to prevent probable
dust sources. This eliminates the negative effects of the
dust, coming from the inside or outside, to the environment.

yüksek kaliteli ve düşük yoğunluklu su kullanılmaktadır.

High qualified and low density water is used for the cooling
of the equipment used in process. Open and closed circuit
water purification facilities eliminate the leak of the waste
water to the nature. Treatment of the water used during the
production is conducted within the body of the facility; it is
purified properly and re-used in the system upon cooling.

depolanır ve sevk edilir.

SAP and Level 2 systems are used. Following of all the
raw materials, side materials and supplies entering to
the facility are conducted with this system and all the
consumptions (metal, ferroalloys, refractory, electric
amount and gas amount etc.) used for each casting are
determined separately.

Ordered products are bar coded separately in billets
during the production, stocked and transferred in
accordance with the system.
