INTRODUCTION
Önceleri elektrik yüksek gerilim tesisatlarý için kablo baþlýklarý,
Kimya Sanayý tesisleri için çeþitli makina imal eden firmamýz
Redüktör imaline 1967 yýlýnda baþlamýþtýr.

and various machines for chemical industry institutions
previously, we began to produce reducers in 1967.
Bugün Türkiye’nin en büyük fabrikalarýndan en küçük
atelyelerine kadar her köþesinde binlerce ZET Redüktörü
çalýþmaktadýr. Türk iþçisinin emeði ve yerli sermayenin bir
araya gelerek ürettiði % 100 yerli Zet Redüktörleri hergün
daha kaliteli üretimi ile Redüktör sanayiinde önder olma
durumunu korumak amacýndadýr.
Today in everywhere, from the biggest factories to the smallest

reducers are in operation.

Zet Redüktör uzun yýllarýn tecrübeleri ile üretimini genel
maksatlara uygun biçimde geliþtirip iki ve üç kademeli helisel
diþlili redüktörler olarak standart hale getirmiþtir. Standart
tip iki kademeli Z.F.T. tipi Redüktörler ile üç kademeli 3KU3KF-3KT tipi Redüktörleri 0.34 HP güçden 40 HP güce kadar
-5 d/d’dan 400 d/d’ya kadar seri olarak üretmektedir.
With its rich experience “ZET Reducer” has developed its
production according to common needs by standardizing its
reducers as double and triple reduction helical gearings.
ZET Reducer is producing standart type double reduction
3KU-3KF-3KT type Reducers from 0.34 HP up to 40 HP from 5 R.P.M. up to 400 R.P.M. Our firm has alsostandardized
worm gear reducers ad single and double reduction models
and is mass producing these regularly. The Z.F.T. and S. type
reducers are either produced without motor or they are
suitable to flange mounted connection. Except our regular
production the following reducers are also in our
manufacturing program. Heavy series single, double, triple
and quadruple reduction reducers with high speed shaft
and output shaft in the same line.
Ayrýca firmamýz sonsuz vidalý Redüktörleri de bir kademeli
ve iki kademeli modeller olarak standartlaþtýrmýþ ve seri
olarak üretmektedir.
Z.F.T. ve S. tipi Redüktörler, elektrik motoru ile direkt akuple
ayaklý veya flanþlý baðlantýya uygun veya motorsuz olarak
da imal edilen Redüktörlerdir. Seri imalatýmýz dýþýnda aðýr
seri bir, iki, üç ve dört kademeli giriþ ve çýkýþ milleri birbirine
paralel olan ayrýca giriþ mili çýkýþ miline 90°dik ve çýkýþ mili
yatay düzleme paralel veya çýkýþ mili yatay düzleme dik
konumda olan Redüktörleri de üretim programýna almýþtýr.
Aðýr seri bu Redüktörler maliyetleri yüksek olduðundan ancak
sipariþ üzerine imal edilmektedir. Ayrýca müþterilerimizin
özel istekleri ve deðiþik konstrüksiyonlu Redüktörler adete
bakýlmaksýzýn proje çalýþmasý yapýlarak imal edilmektedir.
ZET Redüktörleri müþterilerine anýnda hizmet etmeyi prensip
edinmiþ bu maksatla Z.F.T. ve S. tipi Redüktörlerin en çok
kullanýlan modellerin deðiþik güç ve devir sayýlarýnda olmak
üzere 1500 adet’lik bir stok planlamasý ile üretimini
sürdürmektedir.

are also being manufactured.
Heavyseries, because of their higher prices are manufactured
only on order. Special orders from our customers are being
considered.
Disregarding the size of the order. One of ZET Reducer’s
aim is to be ready to serve its customers immediatly. For this
purpose it is continueing its production with a stock of 1500
of its mostly used Z.F.T. and S. type reducers, at different
R.P.M. and power.

In our catalogue one can find more than one model of each
type, power input and -output R.P.M. selection tables that
show reduction ratios and dimensions tables. Reducers that
are produced im a range series have plenty of spare parts.
Seri imalat kapsamýna giren Redüktörler bol yedek parçalýdýr.
Stok mevcudu kalmayan Redüktörler çok kýsa sürede imal
edilip müþteriye teslim edilmektedir.
Also reducers not available in stocks are produced in a very
short time for our customers.

çalýþmasý ve Elektrik motoru ile tahrik edilmesi
halinde geçerlidir.
- Ýþletme þartlarý yukarýdaki durumdan farklý durum
gösterirse Tahrik edilecek makinanýn Nominal gücü
(K) iþletme faktörü ile çalýþýr. Böylece gerekli güç tespit
edilir.
The rating on the table are valid only if the following
conditions are met, schockfree, 8 hour running without
stopping ambiend temperature 20 C and being driven
with electric motor. In case of a change in operating
conditions the nominal raating of the driving machine
must be multiplied by the service factor (K) to obtain the
standart rating. The service factor (K) is exuivalent to the
multiplication of (k1,k2,k3) factors.

The type of reducer is selected from the reduction ratio of
power table for example: (KA) type reducers are reducers
with input and output shafts parallel to each other. It is a
reducer with 3 reduction stages according to the reduction
ratio.
Thus it is model (3KA).
The size will be selected from power table. First one should
search for 32 HP or the closest value higher. The closest
value is 35 HP. The size of the reducer with this power is
obtained from reduction ratio table. Thus the correct reducer
is (3KA500).
Öyle ise çeþit (3KA) modelidir.Güç tablosundan büyüklük

Redüktör gövdeleri gri pik döküm malzemeden imal edilmektedir.
Gövdeler iki parçalýdýr böylece montaj ve demontaj iþlemi

HOUSINGS:
Reducer housings are made out of grey perlictic cast-iron. Housings
consist of 2 parts, therefore mounting and dismounting are simplified.
Because of the correct selection of wall-thickness right desing of
bearings and with support bars housing are rigid, stable and free
from vibration.

The housing is equipped with oil fill and drainage tap, oil level
indicator, lifting ring and observation windows.

GEARS:
All reducers are manufactured with helical gears. Helical gears are
preferable because of the contact of the multiple gears, quiet
performance and capability of carrying more load.

Gears are manufactured in the gear cutting machine with nound
off technique. This technique has superior advantages because the
gear will have smoother surface. The gears are heat treated to a
hardness of 55-60 HRc with a thickness of 0.8 - 1.6 mm SD. Gears
with larger dimensions are either made with Ç.4140 or with quality
cromium steel. The external surfaces of these gears are hardened
with induction technique.

For strength purposes, the lower section of the gears are thickened
by profile slipping method. Each pinion and gear is manufactured
with the measurements on technical drawings and tolerances very
sensitively. Their measurements are controlled with precise
micrometers. The roughnesses occurred in heat treating are grounded.
The wheel and shafts are mounted in precise hydraulic presses.

SHAFTS:
High speed shafts output shaftsand keyways are made according
to standard dimensions and tolerances. Shafts have center holes
and are constructed suitably according to the strength requirements.

The output shafts are usually produced with Ç.1060 quality material
and the input shafts are made with Ç.8620
BEARINGS:
Our bearings have a long working life under heavy working conditions
and they are able to meet thrust and radial loads.

In small type reducers there are usually ball bearings. In big heavy
work, reducers we use tapered roller or spherical roller bearings.
YATAKLAR:
Aðýr iþletme þartlarýnda uzun müddet kullanýlabilecek ömre sahip
eksenel ve radyal yükleri karþýlayabilen rulman yataklardýr.
LUBRICATION:
Dip lubrication is used generally in oiling. Oil should be filled until
the line on the indicator. The bearings are lubricated with grease
during mounting. Reducers are sold already filled with “Mobil Gear
630” oil.
Küçük tiplerde bunlar genellikle bilyalý rulmanlardýr. Büyük tip aðýr
hizmet redüktörlerinde konik veya fýçý masuralý rulman yataklardýr.
YAÐLAMA:

THE FIRST OIL CHANGE:
Should be made after 500 operating hours. After draining the first
oil, the reducer must be cleaned with motorin and then new oil
should be filled. Subsequent oil changes are made after each 3000
hour operation.

doldurularak teslimat yapýlýr.
MOUNTING:
ZET reducers can be attached to driving machines with a single
chain sprocked-belt pulley or a flexible coupling. It is advised to use
flexible coupling. In this case, the coupling attachment should be
exactly on line. By joining an additional part to input or output
shafts, you should avoid sudden impacts that will force the shaft
bearings.
ÝLK YAÐ DEÐÝÞÝMÝ:
Redüktörlerin iþletmeye alýnýþýný müteakip 500 iþ saatinden sonra
yapýlmaktadýr.

EFFICENCY:
The efficiency of helical gears with bearings should be accepted as
(% 98,5) for each reduction stage.
MONTAJ:
ZET redüktörleri iþ makinasýna alýn diþli, zincir diþli, kayýþ kasnak
veya elastik kaplin ile baðlanabilir.
So,
elastik kaplin kullanýlmasý tavsiyemizdir. Bu durumda kaplin
baðlantýsýnýn tam olarak eksende olmasýna bilhassa dikkat edilmelidir.

The sealing is achieved by gaskets in housing and cover, by rubber
seals in shafts. By spring forced seals reducers obtain an excellent
sealing against dust and leakage.
