1950'li yıllarda Sivas-Zara 'da öğretmen
olan Mürteza Üstündağ'ın arzuladığı ve
başlattığı, teknik arıcılık ile doğal bal
üretimi, nesilden nesile aktarılarak günümüze
taşınmıştır. Mürteza hocanın ardından 30
yılı aşkın bir süredir birçok kaliteli markaya
bal ve bitkisel ürün tedariğinde bulunan
e k i b i m i z 2 0 1 4 y ı l ı n d a U m ay H e r b a l
markasını oluşturmuştur.
ürünlerimizin tamamı Anadolu'nun dört bir
yanından özenle seçilmektedir . Dolum ve
paketleme işlemleri ise İstanbul da 200 m2
lik kapalı alan içerisinde bulunan ve
“organik dolum tesisi” sertifikasına sahip
dolum merkezimizde yapılmaktadır.
Murteza Ustundag, teacher from Sivas-Zara city, has succeeded in
1950's to create modern beekeeping and honey production which was
passed down from generation to generation until our times.
Over 30 years' experience in supplying leading companies with honey
and herbs inspired us to create in 2014 Umay Herbal brand.
All of our products are exclusively selected from all across the Anatolia.
Filling and packing operations are performed in closed 200m2 place in
Istanbul which is certified as “organic filling facility”
Our brand is registered to Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock
with the number TR-34-K-100000 and our products are manufactured in
accordance with the regulations.

Extracted flower honey.
It is produced in Sivas Zara and Van Baskale district of Anatolia.
This area is specialized with its famous wild flowers that live on high altitude around 2000-2300m.
The honey has intense odour due to thymus, tragacanth, Products are subject to analysis
and tests according to Turkish food codex honey declaration.

PERVARI FLOWER HONEY
Extracted flower honey.
It is produced in Siirt Pervari district of Anatolia. This area is specialized with its famous wild flowers
that live on high altitude around 1800-2000m. The honey has intense odour due to thymus,
tragacanth, viper's bugloss wild flowers. Products are subject to analysis and tests according to
Turkish food codex honey declaration.

Extracted Chestnut Honey is a honeydew honey which is gathered mostly from eastern black sea
district of Turkey . It is produced mostly from sugary secretions of chestnut trees picked by bees
flying around the chestnut forest. It may also include some linden tree flower honey if exists in
the area. Chestnut honey is usually preferred in winter. The honey has strong odour
due to its ingredients. Products are subject to analysis and tests according to
Turkish food codex honey declaration.

It is achieved by releasing bees in wooden beehives which are prepared in different types.
The product itself belongs to beefarm as well. It contains all naturally bee produced honeycomb
and honey inside it. After discharging the bees the beehive is sold as it is, including honey.
