Jandarma Kriminal Daire Başkanlığı

Kriminâl Daire Baþkanlýðý bünyesinde görev yapan uzman personelden oluþturulan; deprem, sel ve uçak
kazasý gibi felaketlerde cesetlerin kimliklendirme çalýþmalarýný yürütmek üzere Jandarma “Felâket
Kurbanlarýný Kimliklendirme Timi (F2K)”, kundaklama þüphesi bulunan önemli yangýn olaylarýnda, yangýn
baþlama noktasýnýn ve yangýn baþlatýcýnýn tespit edilmesi amacýyla “Yangýn Tespit Köpek Timi” ile önemli
olaylarda olay yerinin incelenmesi amacýyla “Olay Yeri Ýnceleme Timi” Cumhuriyet Savcýlarýnýn talebi
üzerine olay yerlerinde görevlendirilmektedir.
Ayrýca edinilen bilgilerin arþiv kayýtlarýný tutmak ve suçlunun tespitinde, güvenlik kuvvetlerine ve adli
birimlere yardýmcý olmak da görev alanýna girmektedir.
The Gendarmerie “Team for Identifying Disaster Victims” (F2K) which is comprised of experts serving at the
Criminal Department is sent to crime scenes upon the demand of the Prosecution Office in order to find out the
identities of the corpses in cases of earthquakes, floods, and air crashes. Also, the “Dog Team for Fire
Detection” which aims to find out where a certain fire broke out or who caused it in cases of significant fires
and the “Crime Scene Investigation Team” which aims to investigate the crime scene in significant cases are
commissioned upon the demand of the Prosecution Office, as well.
In addition, recording the information gathered and assistng the security forces and the judicial offices in the
identification of criminals are among the duties of the Team.
