ensuring that 22 local underprivileged children received presents
under the tree during the 2009 holiday season.
It was joyous to witness our office filled with clothing, bikes, shoes and toys. On December 12th all the
presents were tagged and sent off to the parents of the children.

SAVE THE DATE: Boys' Towns of Italy "Gran Ballo"
THE BOYS' TOWNS OF ITALY Florida Committee is
slated to hold their annual "Gran Ballo" on Friday, March
12th at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida. The
honorable Marco Rocca, Consul General of Italy, will be
honored as the "2010 Man of the Year" with the honorable Basilio Giordano, the Senatore of the Italian Republic as the Guest of Honor. The "2010 Celebrity of the
Year" will be announced shortly.
Mrs. Ann Marie Napolitano will be offering a wide arrange of wonderful gifts for the Silent Auction, which
is a major part of the fund-raising for the event. The
guests will dance the night away with the Dee Dee Wilde
Band.
Mr. Nick Di Tempora, of Hillsboro Beach, is the General
Chairman of the event and encourages anyone traveling
to Rome, Italy to make arrangements to visit the Boys'
Town in Rome and meet the young citizens who today
come from five continents and are given a "chance in
life" in their democratic, self-governing communities.
Boys' Towns is the oldest American charity overseas,
founded 65 years ago.

THE CAPITAL GRILLE, recently opened in Boca
Raton, is nationally known for its dry-aged, handcarved beef selections and extensive, award-winning
wine list, routinely recognized by Wine Spectator
magazine, among many others.
Alev Ersoy is the managing partner of The Capital Grille
in Boca Raton. Ersoy oversees the daily operations of
the 250-seat fine-dining restaurant, ensuring that every
guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
Ersoy credits his passion for food to his birthplace:
Paris. Exposed to the culinary arts at a young age,
one of his first jobs was working as a waiter in the
then newly-opened EuroDisneyland restaurants, The
Steakhouse and L.A. Bar & Grill. Prior to joining The
Capital Grille, he served as a general manager of Dick
& Harry’s, New American Cuisine, in Roswell, GA.
Since then, he has spent nearly five years working his
way up at The Capital Grille locations in Atlanta and
Orlando.
Ersoy credits The Capital Grille’s appeal to the
restaurant’s high standards and continuous employee
training. He shares his love of wine with the
knowledgeable Capital Grille wait staff, who excel
at making the restaurant’s comprehensive wine list
accessible for guests. Ersoy works closely with the
restaurant’s executive chef to prepare signature wine
dinners and obtain rare vintages for members of The
Capital Grille’s personal Wine Locker program, offered
by annual lease.
In addition, The Capital Grille received the American
Culinary Federation’s “Achievement of Excellence
Award.” The restaurant prides itself on its professional,

attentive service, in an atmosphere of relaxed
elegance.
Ersoy resides in Lake Worth, FL with his wife, Diana,
and two sons, Nolan and Aiden. During his free time,

with his family. Ersoy also enjoys cooking at home
with Diana, playing soccer with the kids, and is an
avid wine collector.
